  I want to highly recommend Rite Window! I had windows done first and I am more than pleased. Efficient, expert installers who never took a break. Immaculate - took away old windows and they didn't leave a speck behind. I then had them back to do a tub/shower installation. Wow again! Experts and once again took great pride in their work. Cleaned up, no breaks and didn't leave until they made sure they had answered any questions I had. Thank you for making me so very happy!

  I had Rite Window install replacement windows (20) 2 years ago. They were a fraction of the price of Anderson and NuPro, and had a no pressure sales pitch. They were on time, efficient and after the install, you would have never known they were here. Just had them back to fix a window broken by my son. They replaced for free and re-caulked a couple of windows without hesitation (100+ yr old home.) The windows are quality, work perfectly and look great. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

  Very positive experience with Rite Window beginning with the initial sales consultation which was honest and straightforward without any of the questionable sales tactics I heard from reps from other companies.   The 2) Rite Window guys who installed our porch windows, were very professional & did a super job.The windows look great, & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.   The boys that did the work did a great job. We had painters working on the 1st floor and it made it difficult for them, but not only did they do a great job, they did it with a smile. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, but nonetheless I really appreciated their quality work.

  Just had an estimate today salesperson was knowledgeable, however, he was pushy and trying to get me to agree quickly to buying their most expensive window. I had to explain multiple times I needed to get more than one estimate before agreeing to spend five figures on a twelve window replacement job. I changed my rating after the sales people called back and apologized. This review is just focusing the sales people.

  I'm systematically replacing the windows in my cape-style home and so have worked with Rite Window three times (one more to go!). Informative and no pressure, sales. Clear and systematic process for ordering and installing windows and the workers do a great job. The windows are high quality. I wish they were a bit better at follow-up the one time I had a question after one of the jobs was completed. However, not stopping me from using them again!

  Rating 5/5 : Rite Window exceeded my expectations at every step of the way! The estimate was stress free without any pressure. It was transparent at every step. I felt as if I was there customer for 20 years. The installation was extremely professional. Every installer was also polite and respectful. 18 windows in one day, and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Just exceptional from beginning to end. They are a sincere and honest company that has the goal of the ultimate customer service!!

  Rite windows is the best place to shop for windows replacement in the house, deck doors, other window doors, patio doors, basement windows etc. Five of us in our friends group we had replaced the old windows with new windows, Also we get patio doors replaced. It starts with sales person coming to give pricing after intial measurements, then the actual technician comes to take accurate measurement, then the orders placed and once received they will schedule a date to do the actual work. in the whole process they are absolutely professional and very nice to the customers. The quality of the windows are next to the best and also work done by these guys is immaculate. There is never any looking back again after their work. So spotless. I recommend right windows to everybody.

  On 3/13/21 I met with Tony Dattilo, product specialist and agreed to buy Rite Windows. Unfortunately I had to back out of the contract due to a change in family situation.This review is about Tony. He is, simply put, a great family guy, and an absolute professional. He was wonderful with my young son, and very warm throughout the appointment. I would welcome him into my home again, and look forward to calling him back in the future when I can revisit the project.He took time to answer all the questions we had. He proved the superiority of Rite Windows vs. the competition. He never pressured us or make us feel uncomfortable. I appreciate the "this is the price" mentality when it comes to their product and that's why I pursued them in the first place. He demonstrated each feature of the window for us and made sure I understood why it was that way and what the benefits would be immediately AND in long term savings.When it came to the contract, he was thorough and patient, and even secured financing for me on a Saturday.Tony is a great ambassador for Rite Window and as I stated above, when things change for the better, he will hear from me again. Thank you Tony!

  This company was awesome from start to finish. Great customer service and installers were early on the day of the job. The salesman who came to my house to give me the quote, lived up to every word and every promise. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends... can’t say anything bad about this company.   Our entire experience with Rite Window has been outstanding! From the moment Jacob and Chris set foot in our house and explained how our new shower and tub would be installed, we were nothing but impressed. Very professional and knowledgeable! We couldn't believe they would be able to knock out our old shower walls, remove the old tub and install new shower walls and tub in a day or two. However, they did it! Brian and Paul worked non-stop and did an amazing job! In fact, my husband said it turned out better than he expected it would. We will definitely use Rite Window again.Lorrie Wheeler

  We replaced 18 windows in our home, and the quality of the new windows met our expectations. They are efficient - our window drafts are gone, and neighborhood noise is greatly diminished. The windows are very easy to operate - smooth opening and closing. Rite Window did a good job communicating throughout the process, keeping us updated during the few months while our windows were made. Once the windows were ready, installation happened within days.The installers were polite and efficient over the day-and-a-half job. They arrived early, were unintrusive and did an excellent job of indoor clean-up (though only a fair job of cleaning up outside - numerous wood chips, plastic pieces, and bits of trash around the house, as well as a large piece of metal trim). They did reek of cigarette smoke, which wasn't entirely pleasant, but they kept their smoking away from the house and cleaned up all but one of their cigarette butts.We were told that some light touch-up would be needed around the windows, and that is the case, as there were a few scratches and gouges on the window frame and surrounding walls. All within reason.Upon departing, one of the metal extensions from the installers' truck struck and damaged our mailbox. Damage was minor but disappointing.All in all, a reasonably imperfect, but overall good experience.

  Great experience with Rite Window. John was very helpful in explaining the features and options with the windows and answered all of our questions. We shopped around a bit and felt that Rite was high quality at a reasonable price. John continued to be available to help answer questions and made a couple of changes for us just before the installation.Installation was fairly easy. Artem and his crew gave plenty of notice on when they would arrive and kept us continuously updated on the status and what to expect. The job was completed on time and they left everything cleaned up. I definitely recommend Rite for replacement windows.

  So far so good. We had two bay windows installed, and three large double hung windows all in the same dining room. The men were professional, knew their stuff, attentive to detail, courteous, and cleaned up beautifully after the job. We hope to have strong reviews of the product as well.   I needed to have my cellar door replaced and since I had begun the process, I figured I would also repair my cellar windows. As soon as I started to peel back the rotted wood, it became apparent I would need a professional. After fielding seven different vendors, Ritewindow was the clear winner. Not only because of price but their willingness to take on the job. We're in a weird time where vendors actually refuse jobs! I had Anderson windows come by, they took one look at the door and my windows and said they won't do the job. Simply unbelievable! John was my first point of contact at Ritewindow, saw the job and priced it out. He answered all my questions and its clear he knows what he's doing. The next person was Bob who came by and took measurements for the door and the windows. Please keep in mind some of these windows are in really tight spots with little room to actually work. After taking my order, John let me know that my special order steel door would take some time and I was more than fine with that. I got an email three days ago letting me know that the Ritewindow crew would be by in the morning. Mark, Bob and Mike showed up to the job, I did the walk through with Mark and expressed my concern with one of my windows and like a true professional said "we do these every day!" They began their work and when they were finished I was ecstatic! The windows apparently were no problem at all! The door looks fantastic and more importantly it now gives me a level of security I didn't have before. Nobody is coming through that door! I can't praise them enough for the job that they did and I am more than satisfied with the job they did. My only regret is that I didn't have any tip money for that work! Looking through the reviews on Google, I find it stunning that anyone would have had a bad experience. I found this company really pleasant to deal with from the front office down to the crew that did the job. I will not hesitate to call them in the future for other jobs I have planned. This is top shelf service!

  This review is for their roof replacement.We have used Rite Window twice before for replacement windows. We loved their sales team, products, cost and installation professionals.When we heard they did roofing as well, we had them give us an estimate. After comparing the quality, value and price of a Rite Window roof with several other companies, we felt without any doubt Rite Window was the company to replace our roof. My husband and I were truly impressed with the high quality of materials/processes, their warranty & of course the cost! One of the best attributes of dealing with Rite Window is the lack of sales pressure & together with the very competitive pricing it made our choice easy choosing them to replace our 25 year old roof.Chris S. (Project Manager) and his roofing crew came as scheduled and were working UP ON THE ROOF by 7:15 am! They finished the entire job in one day and by 6pm were just about finished doing an impeccable job cleaning up. My husband who was working at home spoke to Chris through out the day and could not say enough about his knowledge, attention to detail, and down to earth professionalism. He really appreciated how Chris stayed on top of our job the entire day and communicated excellently with him & his crew.When the job was completed we could not have been any more satisfied with the phenomenal job Chris & crew did! The roof looked fantastic!--& I should add three days later we had a truly stormy day with high winds and torrential rain.   We used rite window to replace our outdated tiles and add a glass sliding door in our bathroom. The process was seamless from start to finish. The salesman Jacob did not pressure us to upgrade, and worked with us to get a price that we wanted. Patrick came out next to measure and then order the supplies. In no time, we were able to set up a date to install it. Patrick and Sean were on time, professional, and entertaining. Chris the project manager checked in to make sure it was going well. The end result exceeded my expectations. My new shower enclosure feels luxurious and looks amazing. I would use them again without hesitation.

  We highly recommend Rite Window for quality of their products, customer service and installation. We have recently replaced 25 windows in our house. Everything went very smoothly from the initial appointment, providing relevant information, estimate and answering endless follow up questions. Judi was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Although they have been experiencing COVID-related delays, we were kept informed on the status of our project in a timely fashion.Shane and his crew provided a seamless install that only took less than two days. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, after they were done everything was left clean and buttoned up, then they did a final walk through, explained the project, provided instructions and answered more questions. We love our new triple pane, energy efficient windows, already noticed great difference in noise reduction and I'm thrilled that they can be cleaned from the inside. No more ladder hopping . these windows are great value for their quality as compared to other window companies, including those big national chains, and the long warranty on labor and windows are the extra bonus. We like to support a local company and the windows are made in NJ.

  I was looking to replace my drafty, nearly 30 year old sliding patio door that was no longer efficient anymore. I knew it wouldn't be cheap and I was leaning toward using a locally based business instead of a national company. The customer service is usually better, too because they want to earn a good reputation in the local community. I found Rite Window on a Google search and also had a coupon I received in the mail for savings off doors and windows. I saw lots of positive reviews and decided to give them a try. Their customer service team was able to set up a meeting with a project consultant with my husband and I the same week I called which was really nice. The specialist who arrived was very friendly and knowledgeable and adhered to COVID protocols wearing a face covering and opting not to shake our hands. He sat down with us and went over our options and budget for the project. He explained to us that due to COVID the company had a backlog of other projects to complete, but he gave us an approximate timeline for our project. I was kept informed via email and text periodically on the progress of our order. The end result is a clean, beautiful, energy efficient patio door that we could not be happier with. The project was done in only a few hours, the work area was cleaned up and even though there was a delay and we had to go through another winter with our old, cruddy door, the new door we got was totally worth the wait.

  Fantastic whole house windows upgrade - from start to finish!Sales : Andrew was flexible in meeting with us. He took his time to walk through plenty of styles, options, colors, glass, build etc - and with how picky we are and how many times we wanted to change our minds on choices - he was very patient! His transparency and knowledge of the industry and process was excellent. There was zero pressure and zero haggle. Side note we called Andrew directly a week or so later and said "What about doors?" He came right back out and walked through another evening with us on doors.Communication : During the manufacturing process we received plenty of updates keeping us in the loop. When the windows were ready, scheduling was quick and easy.Installation : We followed their clear instructions to prepare our house for the installers. Day of, the installers were on time, friendly, and they got right to work. They first did a double check on the dimensions to avoid nonsense. They then laid down floor protection and covered all of our furniture in all of the areas with plastic. Then the real work started. This particular team is a well oiled detailed oriented and efficient machine. They answered all of my questions, showed me the process as a curious home owner, and were super nice guys. Care was taken every step of the way. After install they cleaned up everything and carted away the old windows. They even swept up sawdust in the driveway! No accidents, no mistakes, and everything was exactly as Rite Window promised.Afterwards : We had a clerical confusion item with the finance company - Rite Window cleared it up in about 10 minutes."Call Rite Window, right now." You won't regret it.

  This is the 3rd time we have had the opportunity to work with Rite Window. The first window installation was over 10 yrs ago. The windows are amazing. We had a small issue with one of our windows 10 years later and they replaced the window with no hesitation and no cost. This latest installation was even bigger. We had a huge picture window replaced, several smaller windows and a beautiful front door. There were so many style options. We are very pleased with the company on every level from sales to installation. The quality and price get 5 stars from me. I highly recommend Rite Window.

  Brian, Mike & Paul were here today removing my scorched bathtub and surround and replacing them with a beautiful wall surround, new bathtub and the bronze fixtures I requested to match the rest of my bathroom. They were here on time, worked very hard all day and stayed late at my request so I wouldn't have to take another day off of work. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my newly installed bathtub and surround -- great job guys!!! I will highly recommend Rite Window & Bath to my neighbors and friends.Janet Chaput

  The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable although I do wish there was a showroom available where the windows and other products could be viewed fully in place. The installation was done on time, efficiently and the cleanup was excellent. The warranty is hard to beat. Overall very satisfied.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my new Rite Window windows. They are even better than I anticipated. The energy efficiency was immediately noticeable and they are so easy to open/close. Contractor Bob and his crew did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything looked great. They worked hard and were quiet and clean. I already gave information to 2 of my neighbors who were impressed with the windows and with the installation crew. It all started with Justin, my salesperson, and Jess, customer service. They were both communicative and great to deal with. I highly recommend using Rite Window. 5 starts from me.

  Rite Window just finished my roof yesterday (11/18) they did a fantastic job I would highly recommend them. I found them through the Owens Corning roofing site where they're listed as one of the top installers. My salesman was John Bryson who did a great job explaining everything to me and using satellite images of the roof was able to give me an estimate on the spot which was very competitive with a warranty that was fantastic. I signed a contract and his estimate of 6 weeks out at the time was right on. an issue came up and I was very impressed with Bryson as he stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of it so it became a non-issue. Katie in the office did a great job keeping me informed about the start date, delivery of the dumpster and stock, etc. Also Chris and Wayne were the on-site managers of the roofing crew and did a great job keeping me informed about the progress, when payments needed to be made, etc. Both times I showed up to the job site, they were making sure that there were no nails in the driveway. The job was finished when they said it would be and they left the property in the same condition as when they started clean. Thanks again-It was a real pleasure doing business with you!

  We used Rite Window to purchase a side door and screen. We were very happy with the installation, and the door, however had a problem with the screen. It was installed great, but we didn't realize the screen vented from the bottom which was a safety hazard for our small children. The sales person came back out and reviewed our options and he was able to order a full screen to allow venting from bottom or top. They came back out with the new screen and we are very happy with the results!

  I had a multi family home that was in dire need of windows and a roof. Several visits from the experts to include the owner occurred and they were able to work with me with my budget and financing options. They're great and made this difficult project easier.   Everything went great and we are satisfied with the end result, but I want to acknowledge the sales and estimate process specifically for what caused us to pick this company and go through with the work. Guy showed up on time, stayed on task with the estimate we inquired about, and didn't try to upsell or use any high pressure sales tactics.   We had both Vinyl Replacement Windows, along with a new Roof installed at our house. In fact we had a dormer/shed roof built up from a 1 & 1/2 -- 12 Pitch, up to a 4 -- 12 Pitch, and they handled ""Everything"", related to the various aspects of the job(s)!! Everyone was Courteous, Professional, and Understanding of our Requests. First off, Jessi and Cheryl, who work in the Office and helped to co-ordinate the efforts of the Window and Roofing Teams especially to coincide with My Wife's and My Schedule. Secondly, Joe, who came out and gave us the Initial Estimate, came back again, when my wife and I decided on a couple of changes with Bay Window and Awning Window. He took the time to explain how the windows would be removed, and new ones installed, along with the ""stops, sills, casings, and stoops"". Thirdly, Bob and his ""Window Crew/Team"" came and removed 31 windows, and installed 30 windows in 2 days. Along with putting in the stops, they even repaired a few of the window-casing fascias, as well as a few of the sills. The 31st window is a ""Special-Order"" and should be manufactured and installed within the next week or two. Lastly, Chris and his team of Roofers came and removed two (2) layers of asphalt shingles, installed two rows of Ice & Water Shield (typically only one 3 foot roll of ice & water shield is installed), roof under-layment, and Pinnacle Pristine Asphalt Shingles. Chris even went out and bought the ""Red"" Sheathing Plywood for the build-up of the Shed Roof, instead of using standard ""un-finished"" plywood. The whole roof was done in one day!! Both crews cleaned up at the end of their respective Work-Days, and even left their telephone numbers to call them directly, if any problems should arise. Very, Very Happy with the whole Experience. A sincere Thank You to ""Rite Windows"" and their entire Staff!!
