  We had our roof done with Rite Windows and are so happy with the outcome. Our roof was leaking and very old and they made it look amazing. Very happy with the clean up process as well and that there are no leftover nails. Everyone was very polite and it was great working with them all ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family !

  This is the second time we've used Rite Window. They always do a great job. Very professional, respectful and neat. The products are very much worth the cost in quality and value. We recently had 11 windows and our front entrance door replaced. We are very pleased with the everything came out. Looks great.

  The crew of Shane and Nick just completed the installation of our windows and I couldn't be happier!! Very personable and professional, what you always hope you will have when getting work done for you! From sales to the office staff they have all been great from day one!   Grade A experience with Rite Window! From the original ""pitch"" to the final install, they were respectful of our time, space, and budget. Where they missed the ""5-star"" mark for us was our subsequent challenge we had in finding blinds to fit our windows after the install. We were left with about a 1/2"" of frame to work with after the new windows went in, so buyer be prepared to put blinds on brackets on the flats of the frames. The process with their credit provider was frustrating too, so we just paid half at the sale and half at the install. They were very flexible with us, though.

  I recently had 14 windows replaced by Rite Window. Matt and his team were awesome - great workmanship, clean, took care of my original woodwork, extremely friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend them.

  I called rite window for my roof replacement. Everyone was nice and professional from the salesman to the installer's. Within two weeks of meeting with salesman the job was completed. They did a great job. I highly recommend Rite Window Roofing.

  We chose this company as we were impressed with the window that we were purchasing. The crew that came to install our 36 windows were, solid. Cleaned up after themselves was mindful of the fact we have animals in house. They were professional and punctual. I found them puntual.

  The windows look great. The company has been a pleasure to deal with. They offered the best price. The sales man was polite and normal. He gave me a quote pretty quickly. Every other window company that came to our house were so annoying.... so so annoying. But the rite window salesman understood we didnt want a long winded sales pitch. He got ""rite"" to the point and it was great. My suggestion to you is to just go with rite window and avoid all the other companies if you want to avoid weird people and annoying pressure filled sales pitches. Also every other company tried to pressure us into signing that day at their ""low price"" which was higher then the rite window flat price. 5 stars!

  Rating 5/5 : Rite Window exceeded my expectations at every step of the way! The estimate was stress free without any pressure. It was transparent at every step. I felt as if I was there customer for 20 years. The installation was extremely professional. Every installer was also polite and respectful. 18 windows in one day, and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Just exceptional from beginning to end. They are a sincere and honest company that has the goal of the ultimate customer service!!

  After the install my wife had trouble tilting the top sash and it came out of the track. I made one call and service-man came and fixed it, and showed me how to do it if it ever happened again. RW is a good company. We're glad we went with them.

  My husband hired them to do my mother's house. She had been complaining about being cold and we could feel a draft from the window by her favorite chair. We had Rite Window in and they did all 13 windows. There wasn't a draft after, which is good of course, but what my mom liked even better is she no longer hears as much noise from the street. We never thought about that prior to purchase, but it’s a bonus. We enjoyed working with the company. Everyone was very professional. Thank you.

  Their Salesman Andrew was a rock star! He was funny, not pushy. And he explained how we could cut some cost without giving up too much. Our dog Maxwell liked him too, and when Max doesn't like someone it's "see ya!" ;) We liked the installers too, (but they asked us to keep Max in the backyard so they would trip over him and break our new glass ;) We are going to do our place on the Cape and Andrew said he'd help us there too. Good deal.

  The boys that did the work did a great job. We had painters working on the 1st floor and it made it difficult for them, but not only did they do a great job, they did it with a smile. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, but nonetheless I really appreciated their quality work.

  The “average” rating balances a bad front-end experience against a good back-end resolution. At the front-end, I was misled by the sales person concerning which installation process would be appropriate for my home. At the conclusion of the project, I felt I was overcharged.   Our experience with the sales person was great as well as the delivery. The two men that installed the windows were polite and respectful. We would however suggest that the installers are more careful with the caulking around the inside window. It was smeared up on the window frame and dried in a yellow-ish color. We ended up having to scrape it all of and apply new that is white and can't be seen.

  Setting up the appointment and purchasing the windows with a knowledgeable salesman was a five, the installation seemed to go very well and instead of taking the few days I was told it took less than a few hours because the crew didn’t end up wrapping the windows when I mentioned that I was going to have siding done sometime in the next year. So I had a nice new windowsWith ugly old trim around them. I don’t think I should’ve been charged for the trim or they should’ve given me a credit instead they left it in my garage for me to use if I ever wanted to. The windows were installed during the winter so it wasn’t until now when we’ve had a few nice days that I open them and every time I open them the top part of the window slides down and I have to get something to push it back up when I’m ready to close them again so that I can lock them. I am surprised with the lack of quality. Until I started actually opening and closing the windows the spring I would’ve given right window of four but now I’m giving you a three

  The glass storm door and interior door are very well-made. The order came on the date promised and the installers came a few days later and did a very professional installation in under two hours. They took away the debris. All in all a very professional job and a pleasant experience!

  I was a bit skeptical about hiring them at first because, for me at least, based on their extensive advertising, I felt they were just going to do a decent job as quickly as possible but nothing more than that. We just needed two windows before they spent a lot of time with us showing us the different options available and describing in detail what they would do. They were very punctual, cleaned up really well and were very professional and friendly.. and their price was significantly less than the other estimates we got. The windows look great

  I've had two very good experiences with RiteWindow. Andrew G was the sales rep each time. He was professional and patient. I always have a lot of questions and he listened. He addressed all my concerns working on my time line. The roofing crew was timely and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

  Very professional crew, polite,respectful, kept all areas they were working clean, and there work was top notch. Had all windows replaced , picture window, and sliding door in two days of approximately 5 hrs a day and on the coldest two days of the year, but it was no problem at all. Would recommend them to anyone. Of course the price was excellent as well.

  They did a great job with the roof, it looks fantastic. I am not excited about the clean-up. We spent days picking up nails and debris. They did send someone back out to pick up nails and large pieces of debris but we still needed to clean up afterwards. They didn't bother using a rake or broom.

  Excellent Experience with Rite Windows, from Sales, Product Quality, and Installation. We had Rite-Windows install 30 Replacement Double-Hung Vinyl Windows, along with a Double-Width Awning Window, and Roofing on the House and Shed.. While the 30 Replacement Windows and Roofing were somewhat "Normal" Replacements, (remove Old Windows & replace with New Windows, along with remove 2 layers of Old Roofing, & replace with New Under-Layment, Ice/Water-Shield & New Roofing), the Double Width Awning Window required more Time and Effort. The Window-Crew had to co-ordinate with the Roofing-Team, as 2 "Original" Double-Hung Windows had to be removed from the Bedroom-Wall and the Exterior Sill of the Double Windows melded into the Roof-Line of the Sun-Room. Both the Roof-Line and the Exterior/Interior Bedroom Wall had to be Modified and Built/Installed to accommodate the new Awning Window.. It has been 9 months since all of Windows and Roofing were installed, and they have held up very well so far. Both Crews were very Courteous and Professional.. We had received multiple Quotes for the Roofing and Windows, and Rite Window was Not the Least Expensive, Nor were they the Most Expensive; basically, somewhere in the Middle. As an "Aside", we recommended Rite Window to my Wife's Sister and her Husband, and they had Rite Window come out for a Quote, and they had Rite-Window replace all of their Windows.. They were very happy with their Replacement Windows.. We were/are very happy with whole experience, and will recommend Rite Window in the Future. Thanx..

  From the first phone call to RW my experience was wonderful. Everyone was professional, appointments were kept, everyone who came to the house provided ID, were polite, answered all of my questions, explained everything. Measurements were taken and checked. Installation was, again, on time, professional, everything was cleaned up. Before leaving the installer made sure to show me how to operate the windows and asked if I had questions. I rate Rite Window with 5 gold stars.

  I was not as happy as I had hoped I would be with my front door experience. I have not replied to any of the review emails because I know there is nothing that can be done about it at this point - it is done, so why beat a dead horse. That being said, you keep asking so I am hoping this might help others at least. My door is nice, the installers were good. For the price I paid, nice should not be my description - I hate the door handles, they are made so cheap that every time I open the door I feel like they are going to break. I noticed the first day a mark on the glass I thought was a stain - it’s a scratch, the installers left a mark around the handle on the inside of the brand new door - i don’t feel the side panels were explained to me as well as they could have been. I get it was my choice not to make them the same color as the door but maybe a virtual app or something to show customers the difference they will make to be the same color as the door. I hate how lost my front door looks because it is black on a full White House it doesn’t stand out in a good way at all

  Rite Window exceeded my expectations at every step of the way! The estimate was stress free without any pressure. It was transparent at every step. I felt as if I was there customer for 20 years. The installation was extremely professional. Every installer was also polite and respectful. 18 windows in one day, and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Just exceptional from beginning to end. They are a sincere and honest company that has the goal of the ultimate customer service!!

  I am extremely satisfied and happy with my new windows. The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional while not being pushy. The installers were also very professional and experienced. They installed the windows and put the trim back on with no damage to the trim. They also vacuumed the floor under each window. Very neat workers. Rite Window also had the best warranty of any other company I had an estimate from. I highly recommend Rite Window.

  I had the guys from rite window come out to price up my window project and they were excellent giving me a detailed description of what they would do and the price. When it came time to install the guys went out of there way to make sure the install went flawless including making a run to Home Depot to pick up some supplies to insulate better and complete the trim work. The windows are awesome no drafts and the price stayed at what I was quoted. They were friendly, quiet, and left the place exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend right window to a friend!!!

  They were good...although I have a few who are getting condensation in the winter and they told me they would get back to me but have not...that is disappointing...do they leak ? I do not know but they were not supposed to have lower across the bottom condensation...so I wait to hear......

  We had only one problem with the 11 windows that we replaced and that was with the slider in the kitchen. After several calls to the company we FINALLY got someone who FULLY understood our leakage problem. Turns out the measurements were wrong leaving a minut area for cold air to leak into the kitchen. The last technician discovered the error.....corrected it and now all is well. BUT....until then our family was at odds. Alls well that ends well. Would I recommend them....yup!!! Good company and you get a good price with great service.
