    The quality of the windows and slider are excellent so far and the installers were professional and efficient. We had to have them come back to fix a seal around the frame and they did it very quickly with no questions asked.

    Quality of windows is "very high quality" & "very well made". Richly detailed with high quality low-E insulated glass encased in a real attractive insulated frame results in a "superior window" one can be proud to display in their home Price was a little high as one of the windows I purchased was a very small size 17"X28" which was the same price as the much larger 57"X38" windows that were installed. This came as a surprise as one would logically think that a window 1/2 the size should cost a little less, but that was not the case. Installation was fine as the installers had a lot of installation experience but could have paid a little more attention to "fine installation details" instead of focusing on finishing the job early & heading home as soon as possible. Overall, I really like the windows which add beautiful luminous light & a soft airy breeze to my kitchen area. Price was higher than I was expecting, but quality is superior to the standard windows available at the large consumer box stores. If price could be improved a little, I would replace the rest of the windows in my house with Rite Window products. Overall I am very happy with the result & would assign a "very good" 4 out of 5 star "honest consumer rating" for the window installation.

    So far the product has been outstanding. Honestly better than I originally anticipated. Winter performance was exceptional and so far they are truly easy open easy close. The process was relatively easy and they were very forthcoming with delivery delays and change orders. Honestly would have been a 5 star rating if it were not for the callback for exteriors home finish rework that l had to address on my own after their attempt to correct it was inadequate..

    Work was very good, the 3 guys were very efficient and completed work in one day, the cleaning after work was completed was not very good as I had to have the carpets shampooed. Also I manage a company with many clients and after I sell a job and my crew finishes the work I personally call to speak the client to make sure work was well done, sales man came in sold the work and we never heard from him after completion. That is something that Rite Window should train sales to do.

    Would not recommend using Rite Window. They never finished the job that I paid for. They did not install the molding around the windows that was included in price as explained to me by the sales man when I signed the contract . When the workers showed up to install the windows as they were finishing the job I asked why the molding was not put up. The workers told me that the molding was not included in the work order that I needed to contact the main office about it. Called the main office and they told me that it was their mistake and that they would send someone out to finish the job, The Rite window representative came out looked at the windows and told me that because of the molding I had on the house there was an issue installing the new molding around the windows. They promised to get back to me. Someone from Rite window did call me back and told me it was going to be an additional $5,000 to install the molding around the windows which was going to almost double the price of windows. Now I am stuck trying to find a contractor to complete the job that they never finished. Once again I would not recommend Rite window as I felt that I was lied to about the job I contracted them to do and then was asked to pay alot more money to complete the job.

    Thank you. The contract was for7 double-hung windows and 1 patio-door installed with the exterior trim "wrapped" in PVC vinyl. That's what we did. But obviously there was a miscommunication. We should have done better to explain that "wrapping the existing trim" isn't the same as "replacing the existing trim with all new trim". We apologize.

    I was told that you would work with me to finish the job. I can’t find a contractor to finish the work. I should have been told the correct info when the salesman sold me the product. This was not a case of simple mis/communication. I spoke to Josiah and was told by him that Rote Window screwed up and that I should have been told before the work started that what I told could be done couldn’t be done. I paid for a job that was 1/2 done. Very disappointed and would not recommend at all.

    Understood. Maybe it wasn't a "simple" miscommunication, but it's also true that nowhere on the contract does it say "replace all trim", so we're not sure what kind of communication you were expecting... Thank you.

    As of right now, I don't have any confidence in the window that right windows installed. The last cold three weeks in Boston, the windows allowed air directly through the window and middle where both up and lower pane meet. The winters are cold in Winthrop these failures will not suffice

    Thank you for your kind review! We totally understand your point on advertised pricing. Our explanation is pretty simple. We never say, "for the lowest price", rather we say "for the right price". Much like you could find a lower priced car than the Toyota Camry, you could also find many automobiles for a much higher price. The Camry is the top-selling car model in the world because many consumers weight its quality with its price and consider it a "good value", (the "right" price). We try to do the same by providing the highest quality possible at a moderate price. Of course the only way a homeowner can confirm this is true, is if they compare our pricing to some of our competitors who price their windows more like a Maserati, (Andersen, Marvin, & Pella for example) These companies charge upwards of $1,500 per an installed double-hung. We're not criticizing them! For some folks only a Maserati will do, but most of our customers have a Camry in the driveway and prefer to seek "value"...Thank you for hearing our explanation and for your review.     I received a review request from Verified Reviews about 10 days ago. I completed it, with a 2-Star rating. Yesterday I received a message from Rite Window via verified reviews that the owner would contact me. Not only did I not get a call, today I received a new email from Verified Reviews saying my "review was refused" and then was asked to complete a new one. Not sure I understand what is going on or why, but either Verified Reviews is doing something wrong, or Rite Windows doesn't seem able to accept a bad review. Very strange.

    Verified Reviews is not associated with Rite Window. They are a 3rd party review site that surveys the customers of many companies.     Not sure I understand what is going on or why. There was a response from Rite Window to my original review that Rite Window's owner would contact me. That has not happened. There is no explanation from either Rite Window or Verified Reviews about why my review was rejected. Their site say that Rite Window rejected the review. In any case, if this is legitimate then I would have expected someone at Rite Window to follow up with me - but I guess not. The bad service continues.

    So I received a call from someone at RiteWindow claiming to be the owner. WE talked for about 10 minutes. He promised to get the current issue corrected and said he would like to give me some sort of refund for the bad experience I had. He did apologize several times and I appreciated his accepting responsibility for the bad install experience. He has not, however, followed up or contacted me about the refund we discussed.

    Very professional window service experience. They are expensive windows, however they have a great warranty and 0% financing for 18 months. The windows did take six months to order, but we felt worth the wait. We were told that the Pandemic was the problem. The installers were neat, clean and good at what they do. We are replacing all the windows in the house over time.

    I made the mistake of not getting another quote for my roof job and paid $6000 dollars more than I needed to. I don't plan on using their services again. The work they did was fine but way overpriced. ALWAYS GET A SECOND QUOTE!

    We apologize! It was US that made the "mistake". We should have done a much better job of explaining and justifying the price difference. Much like choosing dinner at McDonalds or the Capitol Grill, the cost of a roofing job varies. We install a higher quality "Scotchgard Stain-Free®" shingle, and back our work with a true warranty. Whereas less expensive options often use a lower quality asphalt shingle, and their warranty lasts up until they leave your driveway. There's nothing wrong with choosing that company, especially if price is the only factor considered. We always urge folks to get multiple quotes and compare, but it seems we must not have in your case. If so, again we apologize... Thank you

    I appreciate the new windows which were less expensive than the couple I'd already put in. Supply chain problems due to the pandemic caused several delays. One of my shutters was hung upside down - still have to fix it. Customer Service responded immediately whenever I had a question or needed info. Overall, I'd recommend RiteWindow.and appreciate how much nicer my home looks inside and out and that the windows are much more energy efficient. The windows are also MUCH easier to clean.     The delivery was on time. There were two men to install our 10 windows. They covered all our floors and stairs with tarps. Our old windows were removed and new ones installed with no mess inside or outside our home. They work wonderful especially when cleaning as they tilt out, inside and outside done in a few minutes. Could not be happier. The men were courteous and everything was picked up and kept very neat. I would highly recommend them if you are considering new windows.

    Excellent experience from start to finish. They had the best presentation and price, no nonsense, very quick installation. My only issue was that the day after they finished, I discovered that they left plastic shards on my lawn where they cut the plastic molding that goes around the windows. Otherwise they have it down to a science. I would recommend them

    The door is a good product and the install team was good as well. We had some problems with the screen door. The install team said they would relay the message. It got lost. I contacted the sales team and they put in an order for a new screen. That didn't happen. Had to contact again. They finally came through with a new screen, but it has the same problem as the old one. And the storm door fit isn't great leaving gaps for bugs to sneak in. While they were responsive when I reached out to them, they didn't keep me updated as to the progress of my order. And the storm doors, which are quite expensive, are not of the same quality or fit as the doors.

    I had a French door installed. They came on time and finished the same day. Only reason why I did not give them 5 stars was due to not doing finishing touches like filling in nail holes. My wife loves the door and are overall very satisfied.

    Rite Window was affordable and built better than all of the rest, I had a bad experience with Renewal by Andersen I gave them a check for a deposit and I had to file a complaint with the BBB.to get the money back, Rite Window did an awesome job,and I would refer anyone that I knew that were in the market for windows.

    Met with a number of window replacement companies, Rite Window was straight forward from the beginning. The remainder of the process was exactly as described, measurements were spot on and installation took 1.5 days (15 windows) which is what was approximated.     My household is not likely to pursue this company for new business. Although, we were entering a pandemic, the elapsed time to deliver the product, was very long and communication was close to being non existence. And they are pricey. If I had a rewind button, not sure we would use them. Would definitely explore other options. We will say that, although the wait was long and no updates given, they did deliver the ordered product and their service men were courteous. Although, part of the order was damaged and they had to come back and less than a year later, I have a defective part.

    Thank you. We understand your points. As for our pricing, we are like the Toyota Camry...a good quality ride, more expensive than some brands, and far less than others. We've tried not to use the pandemic as an excuse for installation delays, but if there's such a thing as a "legitimate excuse", the pandemic fits the definition.     Everything was great - price for product was best (not much for similar quality) after interviewing 2 other window companies but we like salesperson. That was it. No one called for weeks to schedule our window sizing. Finally I got an email from him stating I needed to reply since I didn't answer my phone. Yes, after weeks of waiting I found out the salesperson had given him the wrong number. I called her and told her we now had to wait that much longer for windows and she said it wasn't her fault. Are you kidding me??? You gave them the wrong number. Can you rush the window since it was your fault? Again, it wasn't her fault. Once they cashed the check in September we didn't get any customer service......I would NEVER use them again.

    We apologize. It's crazy that a mistake like entering the wrong phone number can cause everything to go off the rails. It doesn't happen often, but it can happen. Part of the problem is today people often don't answer numbers they don't recognize, so when we call to schedule an install or measure, at first we tend to assume it’s a "no answer" rather than a "wrong number". You mentioned our Rep said it was your fault! And that's even crazier!!! It certainly was NOT your fault; it wasn't even her fault. It’s the nothing more than the possibility that 10-digits can be given wrong, taken down wrong, or entered wrong.     I needed to have my cellar door replaced and since I had begun the process, I figured I would also repair my cellar windows. As soon as I started to peel back the rotted wood, it became apparent I would need a professional. After fielding seven different vendors, Ritewindow was the clear winner. Not only because of price but their willingness to take on the job. We're in a weird time where vendors actually refuse jobs! I had Anderson windows come by, they took one look at the door and my windows and said they won't do the job. Simply unbelievable! John was my first point of contact at Ritewindow, saw the job and priced it out. He answered all my questions and its clear he knows what he's doing. The next person was Bob who came by and took measurements for the door and the windows. Please keep in mind some of these windows are in really tight spots with little room to actually work. After taking my order, John let me know that my special order steel door would take some time and I was more than fine with that. I got an email three days ago letting me know that the Ritewindow crew would be by in the morning. Mark, Bob and Mike showed up to the job, I did the walk through with Mark and expressed my concern with one of my windows and like a true professional said "we do these every day!" They began their work and when they were finished I was ecstatic! The windows apparently were no problem at all! The door looks fantastic and more importantly it now gives me a level of security I didn't have before. Nobody is coming through that door! I can't praise them enough for the job that they did and I am more than satisfied with the job they did. My only regret is that I didn't have any tip money for that work! Looking through the reviews on Google, I find it stunning that anyone would have had a bad experience. I found this company really pleasant to deal with from the front office down to the crew that did the job. I will not hesitate to call them in the future for other jobs I have planned. This is top shelf service!

    Contractor came out to measure all the windows multiple times, placed the order, received the order and showed up to install before they realized they measured wrong, therefore the wrong windows were ordered and could not be installed. New measurements were taken and windows were ordered once again. This delayed the installation by another couple of months.

    We apologize! We have a clear recollection of your job and we know we came up short, (literally). Installing a window takes skill, but in the replacement window business, the greatest skill needed is the "measure". It sounds simple, but it is not. The inconsistencies of openings and shapes can be like mapping out a trapezoid and periodically errors are made. Obviously reordering a window comes at our expense, but we understand the real expense is the added time and inconvenience we've caused our customer...and we are truly sorry...Thank you for you patience and kind understanding.

    The product quality is good. The installation was generally good, but there were a few obvious issues with the installation both interior and exterior. The installers did not point these out, but acknowledged when I mentioned and promised quick resolution. It took well over a month and numerous calls to get any response after installation. They arrived to fix but the repair parts did not fit. A few more months have passed with promises to repair correctly, but still waiting.

    The doors, now that they're installed, are of high quality. The salesperson gave us an estimated installation date in December. This became January. When the installers did show up, they realized that the existing door hadn't been measured correctly. It was measured again and the delivery of the doors was expedited for February. It was finally installed, although the door jam at the top wasn't level. This was fixed by another visit. It's also necessary for us to stain the new jamb and paint the wall adjacent to the top of the door. Rite Window installed a number of windows for me several years ago and did an OUTSTANDING job. It was as a direct result of that experience that I engaged them to replace the door and storm door. The late delivery and need for multiple visits was disappointing and not consistent with my first window installation experienced. The price tag was a bit on the high side, too..

Despite taking great care to get them right first-time every-time, we sometimes fall short of perfection, and if that happens we do all we can to expedite the corrected product. Concerning the painting situation, we understand your frustration. But because we are not professional painters we have a paragraph in our contract about post-install painting being the role of the homeowner or their paint contractor. Even though we point it out, more often than not customers don't take note of that disclaimer and can be less than happy that installs don't include paint.     I am very pleased with my new front door from Rite Window. The salesperson came to my house to help me determine which door fit my needs best. I picked exactly what I wanted and was not pressured to buy anything I did not want. Because of Covid the wait was a bit longer than expected but worth it.     We had a great experience throughout the process. It took several weeks for the windows to arrive for installation but installation was completed in 2 days. I had a large picture window replaced along with seven other double hung windows requiring some outside trim replacement. Rite Window did a great job, removed all the old windows and scrap. They completed the job quickly and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and knowledgeable installers.

    I give them 5 stars. Because we had so many windows we did them in three separate occasions. Downstairs , upstairs and a casement window in the kitchen. All three times we had John Ditillio as our salesman and go to person, he was excellent. The installers were also great. We are very satisfied with our windows.

    After putting off purchasing new windows for years we finally pulled the trigger. You don’t realize what a huge difference they make . The whole experience was great from the sales person to scheduling and everything in between . I was worried about the weather on installation day , however it was a beautiful day and when the crew showed up they took time to cover the floors so I wouldn’t freak out . What I thought was going to be a disaster turned out to be a truly positive experience . I just can’t praise the installation crew enough . And of course the windows are fantastic !

    After install I had to replace latches on quite a few windows from the smaller latches to the the bigger latches; seems to be a problem with ability to lock windows. Some windows had to have different weather stripping as windows were dropping down from the top pane and could not lock windows. With bigger latches, it seemed to fix the issue but now another window won't latch without me pushing up the top pane to latch the window to lock. I will check all the windows again. The tech who came out was great and worked hard. My sales rep was great. I would suggest the bigger latches to the manufacturer if windows are average size or above. Continuing to send out techs to install larger latches costs the company unecessary funds and the larger latches work.

They anticipated it would take one, possibly two days to complete but the had all 21 old windows removed and the new windows replaced in under 4 hours including a fantastic clean up job.     At this point, I do not believe there is much you can do. I've called your company several times for resolution in the past and multiple people were working on the issue but I never received a response back. It had to do with failed promises around financing and not receiving all the options I could have been provided. Very poor performance.

    We were not made aware that this required opening a new charge card account that we were going to be charged a fee for until a bill showed up in the mail. Also have not received any confirmation on the warranty for the windows. I did it online as requested. The workers were very nice and worked quickly to get everything installed. There is some touch up of woodwork that needs to be done. Guess that is to be expected with what had to be done.

    Company showed up with damaged parts for replacement and the wrong colors. we then had to wait an additional 4 months before replacement. through winter with a job half done and ice build up on the sliding door. overall the experience was less than satisfying. when you pay that much for service it should be done correctly the first time.

    We apologize! Damage in shipping and production delays are always unacceptable, and we're very sorry. You mentioned if the customer pays a higher price it shouldn't happen, but in truth, the price a consumer pays doesn't eliminate the possibility. Cadillac's cost far more than windows, and some are delivered damaged, or in the wrong color, and during the pandemic reordering a Cadilla took months. The important thing is that 1) The product was eventually delivered to the customer's satisfaction, and 2) The company attempted to offset the error by refunding a portion of the original price, and we did that when we reduced the original contract amount by $700. Regardless, we understand we fell short of perfection, and we'd greatly appreciate any amount of forgiveness you could spare. Thank you

    The sales representative explained all of the options, and the installation process, and when the installation day came, the installlation team was prompt, efficient, and left my property in cleaner condition than when they arrived. I am pleased with how the roof looks and performs, and would gladly reccommend the company.

    The sales representative Jonathan was great and explained everything to me and took his time to show me how the windows work . Project manager Danny was very polite and explained everything to the tenants what they needed to do to prepare for the window installation. They 3 guys that did my windows were awesome. They popped out 13 windows and replaced them in a half days time. They were professional, respectful, and cleaned as they went along. I wouldn’t mine hiring them to stay and clean the whole apartment. I have a old 3 family Victorian home they did the first floor and I will have Rite Windows to put in windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor also. I’m happy I chose Rite Windows for the job.
