  The ring didnt fit, so when I brought it to a store to exchange for a different size, they didn't tell me anything about when the new one would be in. The saleswoman was great, but I still haven't received any word about my ring, and for all I know, it's just gone forever. I have no confirmation number or order number to check on, and haven't heard anything about it since i stopped in.

  It took a while to get a response, but I was able to work through receiving the wrong piece and Riddle's did send me the piece I ordered. It would have been nice to have gotten a quick response to my issue but I am very happy with the piece I ordered!
