  I had trouble resetting my password as I never received the password reset email. So I created another login and password with a different email address. When I placed the order I got a message the the paypal payment did not process. When I tried to look up the order I could not find it, but I somehow found it under the original email address. My paypal account was charged, but there was no order confirmation. In the end I did receive the items but it was very confusing. I love the products!

  One of the two items that I order - the bowl was cracked in pieces upon delivery - this has happened before - not much padding or packing material to cushion the bowl and cover from hitting against each other. I am waiting to hear back from Revol about a replacement.

  The two platters were nice, but not as advertised on the web site. The small platter was advertised as having two shallow reliefs for cups. The platter I received had none. The large platter was advertised as resting on a wood base. I never received the wood base, only the stone platter.

  Perfection to my eye. I've drunk morning coffee out of these mugs for 30+ years. Straight sides, thin walled, and beautiful to look at. Very architectural in style, which appeals to me. I wouldn't use anything else. Bought to replace one which my DW broke, new ones arrived carefully packed in timely manner.

  We recently broke the last of our Revol coffee cups that we purchased a long time ago and wanted to replace them. These porcelain cups are thicker, more ceramic like. We really liked the older, thinner porcelain cups. Why did Revol make them thicker?

  Website is virtually unusable. Don’t take my word for it. Just try it yourself. These days there is an acceptable standard for retail and anybody can create a responsive, professional website. There is no excuse for this kind of miserable experience.

  My favorite cereal, soup, rice, everything bowl in my kitchen. The diameter is a bit smaller than my hand stretched out. $20 each which is pricey- w a discount code I got them for $18-$19. They are sturdy and don’t break easily. I unfortunately do not have a light hand when I’m handling my dishes which I need to change. But these haven’t broken on me. They are also very beautiful!!!!! Simple, elegant, and minimal. The logo changed so I was afraid I had gotten the wrong company but I compared it to previous bought Revol bowls and I cannot tell any difference from the new to the old ones. Hope this is helping someone.

  I went on the website to order a bowl. There was only one in stock. I inquired from the website. I was told to order the item I was trying to order -- I had to tell the person there is only one in stock. This to an extended period of time. If I could have ordered it somewhere else, I would have, but I waited. Finally there were four in stock, I ordered them and I have now received them. I love your products, I don't love your website or customer service.

  The Equinox set of dishes has been a dream of mine for a while. They are beyond what I could’ve ever hoped for.   Hi All , I worked for Sur La Table in Carlsbad , CA . The head chef told me about Revol . I respected his opinion very much . We stopped carrying Revol after awhile there . Very few Americans are familiar with the brand , which is not good becuase I know it ' s the best ! I will continue to build my collection now that I have a little extra money every month ! I live in Las Vegas and also work for the ***** **** **** ****** ******* . You guys should come the World Market Las Vegas . Its a building of the best housewares and wholesalers in the WORLD !   I love everything I have bought from Revol, mostly from the French Classics line. Most recently bought two salad bowls (the larger size) and they are perfect for a salad for two and any number of side dishes. They are beautiful and already much loved in my scullery!

  Excellent products. Responsive customer support when breakage during shipping occurs. Website can be confusing. Products presented, whereas upon further selection the product is indicated as discontinued/unavailable (as opposed to sole-out). This is frustrating because some items would seem to be part of a core offering.

  I adore revol products but the descriptions on the website are so inconsistent. Which products are oven safe? It's not always clear if you're buying, for example, a pekoe cup whether that can be used in the oven - the description doesn't say. And that Likid creamer pot you're thinking of buying? Is it the red internal glaze as it says in the description or is it the black internal glaze that's depicted in the only available image on the product page? Apparently won't find out until it arrives. On the plus side, the website's cookies work well enough that if you revisit it later the same items will still be in your cart. That's nice. But it should also be expected. Then there's the ridiculous return/exchange policy which isn't highlighted for customers until after they've made a purchase. I ordered several thousand US Dollars worth of revol products to outfit a newly built home. They all arrived wonderfully packed and in beautiful condition - except for the pekoe teapot, which had a chip on the spout. Fine, should be an easy return, right? I had saved the original packaging. BUT the original packaging was not enough. Apparently you also have to have the original shipping box. Well the shipping box it arrived in was 2ftx2ftx3ft due to the other items it was shipped with, so how am I supposed to send a 6" cubed teapot package back in that? Besides, the construction crew had already taken it away. So, here I am with this dumb chipped teapot and no options to return or exchange because the product pages don't warn you that you need not just the original packaging but the original shipping box. Ridiculous. Also the website doesn't allow you to look up, for example, all matte black dishware. Instead you have to click through every single collection one by one trying to mix and match when instead they could simply have a filter along the same lines as online clothing retailers do for size/type/material/finish/etc. It was frustrating enough that I wound up ordering place settings from cookplay instead, and just got a few specialized revol dishes instead of buying everything from revol. The website functions and doesn't hang when you click on things but I'm not impressed by its usability design from a customer standpoint. And beware that bizarre return policy - it should be highlighted in bold on every product page but is instead hidden away until it's too late.

  Love these plates and bowls. It’s very convenient to warm a quick meal in the oven and use the same dish to eat your meal. After a wash in the dishwasher, they come out beautifully. Actually, I just ordered some more as gifts.
