  When I reviewed my Order Conformation from REVOL my bill was not what I expected. I emailed REVOL regarding my confusion and their service team made me see that it was a computer error on my part and offered a couple of solutions. The next day the order was delivered. Two items were missing and two items I did not order were included. A quick call and the issue was resolved. REVOLS service team is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with.

  The quality consistency across product and service is top tier. The equinox collection looks so good on my cherry table made from a tree that I had to cut down. Just really like the line.

  We have a pair of Revol butter dishes that have a domed stainless steel lid. We broke the porcelain/china base on one and my wife was very upset. Revol had a replacement. Ordered it and it came two days later. Exactly like the original, perfect fit with the cover that survived. My wife is VERY happy (consequently so am I).

  I own approximately 10 -12 pieces of black and white Revol and enjoy each. Currently I use them as serving pieces but, like them so much will order plates to use for dining. Admirers like the blending of colors and textures, not classic but, minimal with style.

  i found this company difficult to navigate online. I speak french and lived in France but the ordering of items is quite mixed up. Revol products are excellent and I have several in my cookware. delivery was quick. one item was missing. I am happy with the product despite these two issues

  My order arrived broken in a bunch of tiny pieces. It wasn’t properly packaged for shipment. Customer service still hasn’t replaced it after 2 weeks and they only even responded to me to confirm receipt of the issue after I sent a second email. I’m still waiting on a replacement. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the original order arrived much faster than expected.

  I love Revol dishware, but my latest shipment arrived with three broken pieces. I'll update this review when I get replacements. I do appreciate that they are trying to spare the environment with no styrofoam packaging.

  Best packaging I've ever seen! No way could anything get broken. Replacing 2 items we broke and the local store from which they were purchased is no longer available so ordering online and shipping to our home was convenient.

  I periodically add to my set of Basalt dinnerware. I receive many compliments on the various pieces. In the last shipment one bowl was shattered. It looked like the shipper pressed the edge of the box against something, because of an obvious indentation. I notified Revol, and their Customer Service representative will ship a replacement bowl. Thank you, Revol!!

  Easy to navigate the site but needs a revision of the payment choices. There is no way to use a gift card as payment. You have to insert it at the coupon section which means you can’t take advantage of the sales using a gift card.
