  Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback on my recent “Revol 1768” experience. 1. My communication with your PayPal was confusing. I was able to go to PayPal via your link, set up payment, return to your site to complete the payment, and was not able to complete the purchase, and there was no error message. A second try produced the desired results; albeit, this created two orders of the same plate. 2. The website does not include all plate sizes, nor does the information allow the customer to make an informed decision; hence, a mistake in customer selection. 3. Please include more information on the delivery notice; it looks like someone was angry when they built it. a. Consider adding Invoice No | Item stock number | Size in inches | Contact Number b. Your “Contact Number” is only available after an extensive web search. c. Your internal system should also include this same information, perhaps associated with the address and phone number.

  Revol has a simple style. It is strong and I've ordered more and more items over the past few years. I like that the dinner plates aren't as large as some companies - maybe that's why the French are thinner!! Delivery is prompt and when several years ago a piece was broken, it was quickly replaced. Bravo Revol!

  Revol products are fantastic. I've been using their products for about 5+ years so far and found them when I was looking for non-toxic, ceramic cookware. Pros: All ceramic, non-toxic, durable, made to last, versatile, beautiful/stylistic; they come in multiple colors and different lines of products for other types of cooking needs. Great customer service. Cons: The price point could be more than the average person can afford. So it's wise to wait for a sale or save up for the items you need. The old "bridge-like" handle was not the strongest, but they've upgraded to metal handles that have taken care of that issue. Hard to choose when there are so many things to like.

  Nice dishes for serving individual pasta portions. Quick delivery although unfortunately not to Canada. I live near the US border so I was able to have the dishes delivered to a US parcel service near the Canada US border.

  I made my purchase to replace some dinnerware that broke and cracked over the years. The original retailer, Sur la Table, doesn't carry them anymore, so I purchased them directly. Although the model names didn't match up, they're a perfect match for my existing plates and bowls. One of the benefits getting a staple from a long-established company. The only way this could have gone better was if Revol's customer service could confirm the current product would match my existing ones in advance of my purchase. The items were very well packaed.

  I am unable to provide a review of Revol. My order was canceled the same day - 9/25/2019 - it was originally placed, because the efficient representative I was dealing with caught my error. My dissatisfaction is with your credit card processor. I'm unhappy because my Visa account has not been credited for the amount of my original charge. October 9 will mark ten days since my order was canceled and that is too long to make a simple correction. The problem, I believe, lies with your credit card processor/bank. The lady I have dealt with at Revol has been helpful, kind, and understanding. I encourage you contact your credit card processor/bank to speed-up recrediting accounts for canceled orders. Until mine is corrected, I will not place an order with Revol.

  I have not used these lion's head soup bowls yet but they are gorgeous! They are lightweight porcelain that truly looks like old seasoned cast iron. They are very unique and very French!

  1st time ordering. Most items have detailed descriptions, though some did not (looking for oz items held) aside from that, my order came wrapped extremely well, in 2 separate boxes w/lots of air packs, so everything arrived w/no issues. My coupon code applied fine @ checkout, & other than a slight hiccup through PP, all was easy. Even though expensive items, I'm hoping they last for a good long time. Would certainly order again once I put these to use for a bit.. : )

  I've had Revol dishes for everyday use more than 8 years and recently ordered more plates and bowls. The order was very well packaged but one plate had cracked. Revol's customer service was extremely prompt and professional, and I had a new replacement plate in a matter of days. The French Classics dishes are durable and the design is timeless, mixing well with my Fiesta Ware, Christmas dishes and fine china.

  I love my Revol Dutch oven. However I was surprised how poorly packed the Dutch oven was. It didn’t have the foam to protect the lid from the pan. The box was not in good shape. Also no information on the Dutch oven. I purchased the round Dutch oven. It was packed properly and had info with it.
