    Resperate was recommended by a family member. It was very easy to order. I received it within a few days. It's very easy to follow the directions for use.. The email tutorials and frequently asked questions are extremely helpful. While I have only use it for 8 days and have not seen lower blood pressure readings yet, I am confident it will come. I'm looking forward to that day, hopefully in about 3 more weeks!

    I have just received my unit and am on session 8 (one 15 min. per day) and loving it. I am listening to videos, reading all the information, have created a notebook where I keep everything with my own notes. and complete records of each session . I am so happy to have found this device and eagerly look forward to what happens as the weeks and sessions go on.

    Before desperate breathing exercises did not provide a measure of efficiency. With the machine, metrics can be acquired to give the user some indication of how well they breathe. The explanation by Dr Gavish was very instrumental in helping me to understand the connection between breathing and blood pressure. I hope to receive more information in upcoming sessions to help me know more and explain to others the benefit of using this apparatus.

    It was very easy to order on the site. It came as expected and is very easy to use. I was surprised how easily and quickly it guided me into the therapeutic breathing range. I went down to 5 resperations a minute and felt so relaxed. Just put the sensor belt around your upper abdomen and put the earphones in and press the power button. The system tells you when it starts to recognize your breathing pattern and helps guide you into following the tones that tell you when to inhale and exhale and tells you if you are doing anything wrong and when the time is up, it tells you it is shutting off now. I think it is a great system to use to relax and destress even if you do not have high blood pressure. I have only had mine a week, so I cannot say how much it is going to help my blood pressure, but I am very optimistic that it will.

    Several weeks ago, I received the email to fill out my personal info. for the 12-week course and was asked if I purchased the product or if someone else did. And if someone else did, it asked if I wanted to leave it with the other person or submit my name, etc. After I opted to set it up in my own name I was informed I would be contacted in about a week with the new info. but I have yet to see anything new in my name.

    I bought a second Resperate device as a backup. Should something happen to my first device I wouldn't want to be without this excellent aid to keep my b.p. at a healthy level. I use a set of headphones with my Resperate since I us have in the canal hearing aids.

    I've been using it for a couple weeks and all I can say is AWESOME. It is a top grade machine - not the least expensive but I am willing to pay for quality - not only is the machine top notch (commercial grade) but there are tutorials, not to mention they are so convinced that you will like it they offer a 60 day money back guarantee. I would definitely suggest anyone purchase it - the advantage of buying directly from the manufacturer is I am able to deal directly with them if there is an issues. If you want a cheap machine - buy something else - if you want quality and are willing to pay for something that will last, I strongly recommend this product.

    So far, I have been impressed with the delivery, set up and initial comfort level getting used to Respirate. I am using it 5-6 x weekly for the full session and do feel very relaxed after each session. It is too early to assess any meaningful BP reduction, but I am very hopeful that with continued use, this will be a very helpful too to sustain a reduction in BP. The email and video support has been very helpful.

    The tones are very helpful with taking breaths correctly. I can't be as consistent without them. My biggest complaint is the sensory belt. It's challenging enough that I almost quit. I was forever hearing, "Tighten the sensory belt. Loosen the sensory belt." It seems to be worth it though. After two weeks, I am starting to see my blood pressure lower at times.

    After 16days since receiving it i only missing 2 days I really haven't seen a difference YET. I am struggling still to get the breathing down. I find it frustrating & stressful. My home BP is not really an issue as I see it but when I see a doctor I have anxiety attacks bordering panic attacks which elevates my BP & trying to find a way to use this to try to control that. Yes, diagnosed with white coat syndrome. Hopefully over time this gets better as I am trying hard. I have to say 1st day it took me well over 2 hours to try to get it off the instruction recording.

    The machine is fine, it works great, my problem is I don't think my order was complete, I paid over 400 for this and it only serves one, I will pursue this further, I didn't order this unit from Amazon, but they delivered it, wrapping ripped and left on my doorstep, I think I am entitled to another headset and body controller

    I learned about respirate on a tv commercial and I went to their web site to learn more. It was very informative. When it was mailed to me the next week and I started the treatment soon after. I have been using it a week now and I already see a lowering of my high blood pressure numbers. It’s a keeper!

    This product is easy to use. I have a tendency to breathe short shallow breaths when doing physical labor like house chores, shopping, etc. It's made me aware of how I breathe throughout the day. My BP has dropped with the use of this BPHT machine accompanied with nutritional changes. It proves to be a good investment for me.

    I am sure this is a terrific product and I really wish it had worked for me, but I have a shortness of breath problem from Respiratory Reflux and cannot take a deep breath; resulting in the machine telling me I was not following instructions. I would recommend this for most people however.

    So far I find it to be cumbersome with wires for the headphones and the monitor. If possible having a Bluetooth connection would make it less awkward and annoying.

    Hi Eli, Today was my second day using it and it seemed a bit easier to use. It actually caught me holding my breath! I was trying to stay with the beat. LOL. I DO NOT WANT TO GO ON MEDICATION...so I am working with this along with losing 20 pounds. My BP has been fluctuating between 135/85 - 148/90. I have my physical on 29 April...and my BP always shoots through the roof when I go to the doctor. I will bring him my BP notebook and also be telling him about Resperate. Cheers, Marty

    You are asking me to review too soon. all of your videos suggest to give it time. All I can review it on is ease of use. It has not lowered my Blood Pressure, but then again, I haven't had it that long. As for ease of use.... It is very easy! In fact, it's quite relaxing. I have to concentrate in order to not fall asleep! It only takes 15 minutes, the earbuds are very comfortable. I can only hope that the amount of money I spent on this thing is going to be worth it and it does lower my blood pressure.
