  Long lead time to get the shed installed but worth the wait! Installers were on time, made sure the shed was exactly where I wanted it and it needed to be by code, and did a decent job cleaning up after themselves.

  This was my second Reed's Ferry shed, the guys did a great job installing the shed despite my off-level shed base. If I ever feel the need for a 3rd shed I will only go to Reed's Ferry.

  Everything was really great. They put the shed up on the most awful day, downpour rain with really strong winds. I was not expecting them to show up because it was so awful. Not only did they show up but they apologized for the mud/wet around the shed. It came out beautifully and they did a great job cleaning up.

  My experience in purchasing the shed was fantastic. The Saleman help me customize the shed and really knew his stuff. The build crew showed up exactly when I was told they would and did a fabulous job. Good materials, great customer service & experienced craftmanship is always worth paying a bit more than a cheaply constructed shed from one of the home improvement stores.

  Everything about this experience was excellent. I had several questions about the site work and these were answered clearly and promptly. The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. When a small part, one of the bumpers that keep the doors from banging against the outside wall when open, broke off about a month after installation, Reeds Ferry was going to send someone out to replace it right away. I opted to have them send me the part and I replaced it myself, but I was extremely impressed that they would be so quick to offer to send someone for what was a very small problem -- especially considering current labor shortages. We shopped around for sheds for well over a year before choosing Reeds Ferry, and I am glad we did as both the shed and the experience were worth every penny. Their exceptional communication, in particular, set them apart, as does the quality of the shed itself. I couldn't be more pleased.

  From ordering to installation Reeds Ferry did a great job. We had one very minor damage during construction. After calling and bringing the matter to their attention they came promptly back to make the repair. I highly recommend them.

  Reeds was fantastic all the way through the process. Every time I called I was able to get someone on the phone who was helpful and knowledge. When my order finally arrived, the team was great about suggesting I relevel my area and have them install another time. They didn't charge for this, and it made a huge impact to the final installation. I found them very professional and would recommend them to anyone.

  My experience with Reeds Ferry was excellent! The customer service people knew what they were doing and guided my in the ordering process. They initially gave me a 6 month delivery date (mid November) for my shed but also told me that if I got my site prepped early and sent them pictures verifying my site was ready they would put me on a waiting list for an earlier delivery. I did and we got our shed delivered mid August! The men doing the install were awesome. It took them 3 hours to complete the install! I was and still am very impressed with the company and its products! Thanks!

  My third shed from Reeds Ferry. Great company where a phone call gets you a human, not a robot, and that person is knowledgeable and helpful. Their sheds are as solid as a well built house, and the fit and finish is perfect. The construction crew doesn’t waste a move or a minute. They’re as efficient as a well oiled machine and leave a spotless area behind. Solid gold product, start to finish. Oh, and one other thing. There is NO comparison between a Reeds Ferry shed and anything in the big box store parking lots.

  The shed is great, no problems with it at all. Only issue we have is the building permit. They put up the shed before I got the okay to build it. Town officials told me that do this all the time. I'm jumping through hoops now to get the okay to keep it.

  Ordering online and adding upgrades was straight forward. I was surprised by the delay between ordering and delivery, but then again nothing was normal during the year of covid. I had the pad ready in the fall so when delivery and set up day arrived it had had time to settle nicely. The installation crew arrived first thing in the morning and within a few hours had my shed ready to go. I watched the entire process and was very impressed with the materials and professional workmanship as the guys worked together using a proven building system. I would buy from Reeds Ferry again and highly recommend them for your shed, garage or small barn needs.

  Surfing for Reeds Ferry on the website after hearing about them on the radio was very easy and their website has more information than you can imagine. We looked at other companies but decided on Reeds Ferry. We went to the actual site several times to look at the sheds and was amazed of what we saw. The salesman that helped us was "Awesome". He went above and beyond in assisting us. His patience was long-lasting. He answered all of our questions and we are so happy that we decided to purchase from them. The delivery and the set up of the shed was on time and my goodness it's the best looking shed I have seen around. To mention "price" it was reasonable and there were no hidden fees. You get what you paid for and again we are very happy customers. Thank you Carl @ Reeds Ferry!!

  The guys that came to put up the shed where very sweet and friendly! BOY did that shed go up quickly. We were originally on the waiting list for the shed to get here Sept 1st and we got a call a week later saying they can come in 3 days. Service was amazing.

  Reeds Ferry Sheds is an amazing business. Not only did they have a product that it is incredible (we bought a screened in oval gazebo) the team confirmed the site was prepped, the install team was friendly and did an amazing job...not to mention the gazebo was installed exactly on our scheduled time. Shout out to the installation team, site reviewer! Amazing business and I can't wait to buy my next product. Oh and to add the product is amazing. It is built so well! Couldn't be happier

  I bought my shed 12 years ago, and the ramp rotted out this year. I called customer service and they said the warranty doesn't cover the ramp because it's external to the shed. They showed up 2 days later and installed a new ramp and only charged for materials - very responsive, quick service and fair price. Glad I bought the shed there for sure.

  I can't say enough how impressed I am with Reeds Ferry. We were given the installation date and they called to confirm that date several times in the couple weeks prior to delivery. Once here (fifteen minutes early!!), they told me that the installation would take a couple hours. Almost two hours on the nose and they were leaving and we have a beautiful shed! Finally! A company that sets high standards and exceeds them! Thank you Reeds Ferry!!

  Everyone we worked with at Reeds Ferry was friendly and professional. Customer services was outstanding! A representative came to our house, listened to our needs, and guided us to the best spot and size for our shed. Installation was quick and seamless. They installed the shed and cleaned up in no time. Once the shed was installed, we realized that we needed a removable ramp instead of a permanent ramp. They came back 2 days later with the removable ramp. We highly recommend Reeds Ferry.

  I looked around at a lot of sheds before my wife and I decided to order a Reeds Ferry. Due to Covid, I did everything on-line, the 3D shed builder tool was very helpful and I could select additional options as well. I made several calls along the way with questions before I placed my order as well as when I was doing my site prep - everyone was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. The team that came for the actual shed build and installation was top notch. During the build I got to see more details of the construction techniques, materials (all plywood - no OSB or particle board!) and finish work and it was all top notch. Couldn't be happier and 30 year guarantee is outstanding! Highly recommended!!Update: I had a minor issue with the shed, I mentioned it in passing to the Reeds Ferry office manager and the head of customer service reached out to talk to me about it and ultimately took care of the issue because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Can't say enough positives about my experience.

  Exceptional professional and courteous service from the first phone call, visit to show yard, delivery and installation. The crew on Truck 10, Trevor, AJ and Jarad, started out at 5AM to be here promptly and cheerfully. I enjoyed watching the perfectly orchestrated installation and I am thrilled with my new shed!   always cordial, professional, responsive and honest. great value, great quality, trained and courteous office staff and installation team. several steps above what is available at local lawn-garden stores - a whole class above the competition. my electrician said he recently built one himself for half the price, but it took several weekends of work, and the quality with RF was still better. he was going to build a second shed in his yard, but after seeing my new shed, he is now going to order a RF shed. being able to design your own shed online, being able to pick from several different sizes, colors, features and styles - fantastic. takes some time to get it, well worth the wait. thank you!

  Having heard commercials for Reeds Ferry on the radio for years and being most familiar with them before I started shopping around for the best place to buy a shed for my new home, I tried really hard to find reasons to buy from someone else because when I kept coming back to Reeds Ferry, I didn't know if it was because they really were the best option for me or because I started my search by being biased toward them. Well, those efforts failed miserably. There were a few (slightly) cheaper options, but there were always trade-offs associated with those lower prices that I consistently felt justified the price differences. NO ONE else matched Reeds Ferry's warranty or reputation and after experiencing their customer service and the caliber of their installation team, it would be hard to imagine anyone else's being superior. Thank you for a very positive experience and a beautiful shed!!!

  We needed a small shed for a small backyard to store tools and bikes. Reeds Ferry sheds had a wide selection. We ordered an 8x8 shed with a gambrel roof. Great quality - fast install - responsive service. Five Stars.

  Great installation crew did a fantastic job. Our new shed looks amazing! 14' x 24' Historic Colonial with extra wall height, Sagebrook vinyl siding, black architectural shingles, larger and extra windows ... if we insulated it I would just move right in!

  Reeds Ferry creates a high quality shed. One of the best features is that you can customize it to your desires. We added extra height, moved the door and windows and added a cupola with weather vane. Delivery and installation was great. The crew arrived early, rolled everything into place, and assembled it all by 2pm. The factory built walls are perfectly straight and made of good quality materials. I normally DIY, but am so happy we chose Reeds Ferry since the price was good and product is exactly what we wanted.

  Reeds Ferry did a phenomenal job. They were very accommodating during the ordering process, allowing me to make some modifications after the initial order. They were also able to pull in my install date, after adding me to the cancelation list. And then they did a great job on the install. Very efficient, very professional, and the crew was very friendly and helpful. We're very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Reeds Ferry for your shed needs!

  From the start of our shed buying process, everyone at Reeds Ferry Sheds was informational and helpful. We were using Techno Metal Posts to accommodate a slope in the land and we were a little anxious about the correct placement of the posts and unsure if the builders would have any problems onsite. To our surprise, we got a call from Reeds Ferry to schedule a site visit 10 days prior to the install. It was a great relief to know we would be able to address the issues, if any, ahead of time. The representative arrived on time and explained everything to us, putting us at ease. There were some complications, so he came back with the same builder that would be building our exact shed. We discussed more and they were able to accommodate all the issues caused by the slope in our land. On the day of install, the team showed up on time. They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. It is not easy to find contractors that arrive on time and do what they say and say what they do, but Reeds Ferry Sheds went above and beyond to prove this is their motto. We love our shed!

  Everything was outstanding. The 5 men put the shed together in 3 and half hours. The crew worked very well together. The guys had fun working and were very precise with there efforts. I do have one of my doors that losing some of its lamination. I will need to call and get this checked. I have recommended Reeds Ferry Sheds to a number of my friends.
