  I recently purchased a Reed's Ferry shed and could not be happier about it. Besides being a high quality shed, the service was great. They called 2 days before delivery, showed up at exectly when they said they would (at 7:00am!), and took only a few hours to assemble it. Fantastic experience all the way around. I think it's because they use their own employees and don't subcontract to other companies. But whatever the reason, I would definitely buy from them again.

  5/27/21 - Other than the long lead time for my Reeds' Ferry Shed, I am very happy with the professionally designed shed, the installation team (in and out in less than 4 hrs) was outstanding and the 30 yr warranty pushes my decision to buy from Reeds Ferry over the top. Knowing what I know today, I would purchase from Reeds Ferry again.

  I was very impressed with Reeds Ferry from start to finish. We toured the vast array of sheds on-site in Hudson and then ordered our shed online to our specifications. The delivery and installation was seamless. Aaron, Dylan and Tim were professional and efficient. The job was complete in 2 hours. They made sure I was satisfied with everything and answered questions before leaving. Would highly recommend!

  The process of creating the shed with customer service was extremely easy. I placed the order in the fall to receive the discount at the time. They called 2 weeks ahead of the delivery date to be sure everything was still the same with the build. Then they called again to confirm the time they would be here on the day of the install. They showed up at the exact time on the delivery date 3/12/21. The crew consisted of 4 guys and it took them 5 hours to build/set up our 14 x 22 Historic Colonial shed. The shed was pricey but would highly recommend a Reeds Ferry shed. The worst part of the process was keeping the pad cleared all winter lol.

  Carl was very knowledgeable at the yard and helped us to design our shed to exact specifications. The installation team was only here for 90 minutes and in less than ideal weather did a perfect job. If you need a shed, Reeds Ferry Sheds is the place!

  Staff at Reeds was top notch from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to go everything with us to make sure we got what we wanted.   Quality product erected/built on site (including cutting and application of roof shingles) by a professional, efficient and courteous construction team. Premium lumber, well-ventilated, including screens on windows. Scheduled for and here at 7am. Done by 11. No cleanup for us or even damage to our rain soaked lawn.

  The crew of Trevor, JP and Ray did a great job delivering and installing my new Reed's Ferry shed today. They came on time, were friendly and even helped me jump start a car to move it, as it had been sitting for a while. The shed was level, and went up quickly and neatly. They went through maintenance and warranty information before leaving. From the staff in the office to the quality shed and installers, it's been a very good experience. I'd recommend Reed's Ferry to all.

  The website was easy to navigate. The employees were very helpful and courteous. This is our 2nd shed. 5 years ago we moved and had to leave the shed behind ☹️ It was a good selling feature. As soon as we were ready in our current home, we purchased another shed. The installation took less than 3 hours. The quality can’t be beat.

  Every part of the transaction was perfect, from my first phone call with a couple questions,to the online ordering. Took a drive down on a Sunday to look at all the different sheds and added a few more options to my order.Received a phone call prior to my delivery date to tell me the crew would arrive between 7-9 AM. At 6:55 AM on the day of installation the truck pulled in my driveway. Great group of guys did the install, very efficient and professional. I see why they have been in business so long. "I got a good one!"

  We are very happy with our new Potting Shed! Everything worked out great, Reeds Ferry staff were helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Carl helped us in selecting the perfect shed for our needs. Office staff were in touch throughout the process to make sure everything worked out right. We were able to customize the shed in ways that were very important to us... the 1 foot higher walls facilitated the higher doors for those in our family that are on the taller side. Multiple larger windows provide good light and ventilation. Shed itself is expertly constructed, assembled on site and placed correctly. We couldn't be more pleased with our selection of Reeds Ferry.   Reeds Ferry Sheds are fantastic. The people are very helpful when purchasing a shed. The installation crew are really great and they do not leave any kind of a mess behind when they are finished. The technicians are very good as well. There was a problem with the cupola on my shed and Reeds Ferry had a technician out within a short time to take care of it. I could not be happier with my shed and I would highly recommend Reeds Ferry Sheds to anyone who is looking to purchase a shed. You will not be disappointed with them believe me.

  Well built, solid structure. Installation team was professional and and easy to work with. I identified a problem as it was being put together on site. We discussed how to correct. They sent out a team a week later to get it done. Only complaint is there is no way to keep the doors from blowing closed in the wind. The customer service rep told me the part they suggest could cause damage to the door. I would encourage Reeds Ferry to come up with a system that works! I can't be the only one with this problem.

  Everything went well, Shed was installed a month and half early after i sent pictures of area prepped for shed. Doug Anderson accommodated me making a couple of design change's, one was a a week before installation. The installers where very professional and kindly answered some questions I had about some of the installations they have done in tough locations. Very Happy with new shed. Thanks Kevin

  Crew was on time ,considerate of neighbors, knew their product and were done in a very few hours . Most important is their concern for homeowners .   The entire experience was great. When ordering, the folks at the office were patient, courteous, and informative. Frank and Matt answered all our questions. Got the details right. Katie and Heidi provided support, and stayed on top of scheduling. The crew that built the shed were awesome. Also, they worked their butts off- it was in the 20's and it snowed for a while. They never let up. When they were done, place was completely cleaned up.   The whole experience start to finish was just awesome! The web design tool ensured I could make exactly what I wanted and I could see the accurate price effect instantly. Communication once I purchased was crystal clear. Delivery of the shed was amazing. They say you don't have to be on site to have it delivered, but I would recommend it. My kids were enthralled by the process and how quick the shed went up. Reeds Ferry simply does things the right way!

  I could not be more pleased with my Reeds Ferry experience. When we ordered our shed we were aware of the amount of work that was needed to prepare the area but the person who had done that job did not do it right. When the crew came out to install the shed the first time they explained how the shed was going to look, suffice to say not so good. When we changed our mind they could not be more understanding about rescheduling another date. When the boys from truck 6 arrived, Mike, Josh and James K they could not have been more polite and professional. The shed came out looking even better than it had on line. I would recommend anyone who is looking at purchasing a shed to go with Reeds Ferry, you will not be disappointed in your experience. Thanks again

  Love my new shed. Two crews totaling 5 guys showed up right on time and installed my 20x12 shed in just 4 1/2 hours. They did a great job and were very professional throughout. All this on a freezing morning in February with a snow storm on the way. I highly recommend Reeds!

  We bought an 8' x 12' and the install was scheduled for a few months out. They said if we had the site pad built they would try to push it up. I sent them a picture of the site pad and they scheduled our install for the following week! Their arrival window was 7-9am. They arrived at 7am and finished by 9:30am! I was amazing at how fast and professional the crew was. We couldn't be happier with the quality as well! Well worth the money since we'll own it forever!

  Can't say enough good things about Reeds Ferry. There is no sales pressure so the buying process went great. I came by and looked at the sheds many times both before and after I purchased the shed, but before installation. The crew arrived right on time and got started quickly. They worked great together and did a great job. The shed is a high quality shed and the guys did a great job putting it together. I did not lay crushed stone for the ramp because I was unsure how big it was, I should have asked. But anyway they offered to come back at no charge to give me time to dig and lay the stone. Then they came back, a different crew, and mounted the ramp for me at no charge. Each team ask if there are any questions or issues and are extremely responsive. It's exactly like the commercial says, if it says Reeds Ferry, you KNOW you got a good one.

  We are thrilled with our new shed! Just had it installed today, it took less than 3 hours. Our entire experience dealing with Reeds has been first class from our first look at the sheds at their yard in Hudson, NH to speaking with the salespersons, front office folks and the installation crew. I don't usually recommend products and services, but I am happy to in this case!

  Just received delivery on my Reeds Ferry shed and it is worth every penny. You may find a less expensive shed but trust me, it won't be as good as this shed! Plus a 30 year warranty! Tim, Pat, and Carlos were professional, neat, and efficient at delivering and building the shed onsite. And they were just all-around great guys!   We were told we would have to wait up to 3 months - instead, they were ready in 2 weeks! The 3 person crew got here on time and acted like a professional orchestra, where each performed their parts , worked together, and created a wonderful product! They were awesome, and we would totally recommend them. We had planned on using another company, but between the extras that we would have to complete (painting!) with the other company, and the difference in the quality of the materials, Reeds Ferry was the better choice, and we are very glad we chose them.
