  Overall, the ordering process was easy and quick. Only thing I recommend is to make the mobile app a little more user friendly. Pages looked small on my iPhone 14 and needed to enlarge to see info more clearly, but that doesn't negatively affect my rating. I am very happy with the process and the products I ordered and received!!

  Sold me a used set of headphones, returned said headphones to be exchanged and haven’t heard anything since. I won’t buy anything from prosoundgear again, I will continue to use guitarcenter and amazon.

  That is a lie, a disturbing, bold face lie. I sent back the headphones I was shipped, nothing more and nothing less. Additionally, the headphones serial number was verified by YOUR company prior to me receiving a shipping label. You are a dishonest company and I want my money back.

  I just got my EV everse 8 .I struggled to decide if I get this product or not because is the only company that sells it for the price like the other companies but like a bundle. EV everse 8,cable and carry tote for $749 and taxes that's what made me think 10 times to buy from this company or not.the only thing is that it took a little longer to get it .I ordered it on November the 30 and I got it on December the 11 .great chat service if you have doubts.great, powerful and great bass. It's a little too expensive but I think its worth it.
