  Robert, To note, we do notate a possible restocking fee on our site under the "Returns and Cancellations" page. Per our guidelines, most returns are subject to a restocking fee. This is due to the parts needing to be shipped back to the manufacturer. Since we do not offer or sell any used items, they are shipped back to the manufacturer for refurbishing or disposing. The manufacturers will charge us for this process which is then passed down to the customer. The only time your returns are fully covered are if it was a mistake on our end, it arrived missing parts, or damaged. In these types of situations, all costs are fully covered by us. However, if the customer simply did not want to keep it, found it was not correct for their application, or decided it was not what they needed, it falls on the customer to cover these charges. Though we do try our best to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, situations where they need to return them can occur.   Kinda pissed. It said vehicle fitment check, with a big ol thumbs up! After selecting vehicle, yay. . Then i realized it said doesn’t fit after I purchased it. So im Making it fit with a grinder and hammer.

The shifter you ordered was listed as fitting your model according to their fitment information. However, you also never contacted us to notify us of the fitment issue. We looked into the fitment information from NRG and shows it will fit all Mitsubishi Lancers from 88-04, excluding the 03 Ralliart.   The lights I bought were advertised as having sequential turn signals. They do not have sequential turn signals. Just order these lights off ebay and save yourself some trouble.

  Hello, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I went through your order and emails and simply wanted to clarify on a few things. As is notated in our returns guidelines on our site, all returns are done via email only. This is to ensure that anything that is discussed is kept in writing. Looking at the emails, the return process was handled quickly and by 1 person. Between both parties, there was a total of 8 emails, all mostly discussing how you wanted to proceed and the process of how to return it. We also notate on our returns page that we supply labels only for parts that were wrong, damaged, or missing parts as this is our or the manufacturers fault. Unfortunately, labels are not provided for customers who simply changed their mind or decided it was not what they wanted or needed. The descriptions we have for each product are also based on the descriptions that the manufacturer provided or provided guidelines for. We understand that some people may be upset with the guidelines, but are here to work with the requirements of the customer, ourselves, and the manufacturers we work with.   Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Do note that we provide this return info on our site. Most parts being returned have to be sent back to the manufacturer. Since we do not list, sell, or offer used or returned parts, they are sent back to the manufacturer. Manufacturers as such, generally charge a restocking, repackaging, or refurbishing fee which we partially cover with the 15% fee notated. The rest of these fees are paid by us. Do also note that we do offer an option for store credit without any fee charged as well. This will allow you to use the credit towards the part you did wish to purchase instead. However, this option was not selected. Our customer service does see all the emails and in some cases, we may be able to work with the customers to lower some of the costs. Please keep in mind that returned go through a time consuming process, which in some cases, ends with the part being disposed of.   One of the rain guards in the package was cracked. The rest of them have very sharp edges like the were not de burred after they were made. Overall just a poor quality product for how expensive it is.

  I purchased a brake kit from their website and it was delivered super fast. When it got here I noticed one of my rotors was on back order but I never saw anything stating this when I bought the kit. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes I got a reply to verify I was missing a rotor and only 15 minutes after I sent the pictures showing I was missing a rotor I received an email saying that the rotor is already on its way to me. Yes, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place but what company can you think of that replies and fixes an issue same day, same hour even? These guys are amazing and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Very disappointed with the rear roof spoiler. Installed first time followed exact directions with cleaning glass and using rubbing alcohol prior to installing with the adhesive. After about a week the adhesive started to lift. Spoke to customer service and they told me maybe the 3M adhesive is faulty and to purchase the recommend new 3M tape. Reinstalled and yet again 1/4 of the spoiler is lifting off the glass to the point where I was not comfortable driving without it coming off and hitting another car. Had to take off for a second time and now I’m stuck with a part that I cannot use.

  I was very pleased to receive my package in a timely manner as I live in Canada and it was here in about one week ,nice.The springs appear to be of a top notch product and I can't wait to get them installed When the time comes that I need other products I'll be looking here first and not wasting my time here in Ontario.Just as a note for fellow Canadians looking to buy here I was quoted $272:00 per spring at the stealership,I got four springs to my door for about $120:00 per spring with a one inch lift.and what look like a far superior spring.Thank you Pro Import tuners for the great service.
