Honest review as a return customer. Ordered PRO Design Side Marker lights with turn signal capabilities, no issues. Liked that the design allowed me to seal the lighting connectors inside the assemblies to prevent a buildup of moisture and corrosion. Most competitors don't have that which makes these a bonus. On the other hand, only thing I would like procivic.com to consider is financing options be made more accessible; PayPal is good, simple terms involved. Affirm, however, is much better and offers better financing options than PayPal. Something for the company to consider later on if they choose to do so. Hence, the 4 out of 5 stars this time.

Product said it fit my model civic but didn’t fit. Very disappointing . If you line up the lip on the passenger side and walk around to the drivers side the lip is about an inch to short .

Note that we do provide tracking numbers on all orders so it is easy for you to keep an eye on what is happening with anything you order from us. We use premium shipping options and we fully cover packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In this particular case, it appears there was some internal issue on UPS's end that was out of our control. Per what their notes say, there was a service disruption and they simply returned your package to us. We have seen this sort of issue before, but it is quite rare. I do apologize this occurred. Again, please understand this was entirely out of our control, and we'll make sure this gets resolved as soon as possible (either a full refund or reshipment at no cost). My order was easily placed through the websites easy to use interface. The shipping was amazing fast. So fast that I actually had to wait on other sites to ship there parts before I could use this part. I'd highly recommend due to there easy to use part tracking. It's unfortunate I'm going to give this 3/5, I've ordered two things that has something to do with my suspension. I live in chicago il and I ordered these parts at the same time and now the last part is still not with me. I wanted to install all my suspension parts all at the same time before winter hits. My order came loosely packaged with no insulation around the carbon fiber trim pieces. This resulted in all 4 pieces being scratched and scuffed to the point that I will probably not install them on my car. This could of been avoided with proper packaging and this has been a total waste of my money. I am going to nail them to my garage wall as a constant reminder of this awful occurrence. As we notate in our ordering and shipping guidelines, we provide insurance on all our packages. This will cover it from any types of damages, lost packages, or missing parts as well. Since they are fully covered, we always recommend to contact us to report the issue and have it properly handled. However, you never contact us regarding this to help resolve the issue. Considering the situation, we can definitely help replace the product. I can also have our mangers look over the shipment to ensure it is properly packaged as well. If not already, please ensure to email us regarding this issue and we'll be happy to help as best we can. If you are not able to, I will have a rep email you as well. The customer service was good. Always answers emails quickly. My issue is with the item received I was sold. Bought brand new head lights for '07 civic si 1. Your website listed the bulbs are H1 low beam and H3 hight beam so I took it on good faith to order new LED bulbs. So they arrive all at same time.. upon opening up the box realized your website is wrong. They are BOTH Infact H1 and NO H3 bulbs at all. Now I have to order more bulbs since I ordered the wrong ones. 2. When Installing the head lights also realized there is dust inside the head lights from factory and seal in and a finger print in the dust on the projection lense glass. I can not clean it! Tho it doesn't effect the light for the head lights .. it looks dirty and my car is very clean. 3 lastly they do not adjust horizontally and both point towards eachother crossing like a X What am I to do? I Uninstall everything? To return it? Then Try to return $180 worth of LED bulbs I can't use. I haven't even got to the point of actually driving with them.. Extremely frustrated with my purchase!

We had a tech look into the matter and found that the notes the manufacturer provided was incorrect. Since we do not manufacturer the parts at all, we rely on the information the manufacturer provided us. Since finding this, we did get in contact with them to correct this and we updated the listing on our site a well. The dust could have also occurred during the manufacturing as well. Unfortunately, as mentioned previously, we do not manufacturer them. However, since a warranty is offered, we can definitely follow up with them to help have this corrected. As for horizontal adjustment, not even the stock headlights offer this. In most cases, you must adjust the actual headlight to do so. From our experience, no headlight for the 8th gen (06-11) civic, whether stock or aftermarket, will offer direct horizontal adjustment. Though we understand that there are issues pertaining to this order, we do still want to help you resolve these issues. As mentioned in our conversations via email, the parts have warranties, we answer our customers questions quickly, and work to ensure our customers are happy and well taken care of. Love the look, but the tabs didn’t line up. Although, I will say that the carbon fiber skull caps looked like high quality. It was just the mold used is not the same as OEM.

I've never had an issue with anything I've ever ordered from this site, however I recently ordered a set of MG style window visors for my type r and I had an EXTREMELY difficult time getting the two front visors to stick. I even taped the crap out of them with masking tape to make sure they would stick over night, even that did not help much, the next day there were still one or two sections that came loose. I ended up having to add trim adhesive to finally make them stick properly.

I ordered a hood deflector for my 2024 civic, the only one y’all had available was one for a 2023 civic, I spoke with my Honda dealer and they said the body style never changed so I should be good, so I ordered it from y’all, when it arrived, it did not fit at all, the front lip was to rounded, I did not mount it to my car, I just put it up to my hood to check alignment, that’s when I saw how off it was. I put in for a return and you’re salesperson seemed helpful, but when I received the email back saying it was my fault and you are not refunding my money, that’s highly upsetting to me, I will never purchase anything from your company, nor will I recommend you to anyone looking to purchase accessories for their civics, if I could take away this one star I would, it’s very hard to rate a company that acts the way y’all treated me with my order #670006.

On our site, we list the requirements to accept a return. As is mentioned, products being returned must be in a brand new condition and cannot be installed, used, or modified in any way. Unfortunately, do to you attempting to install the product, we would not be able to accept a return for the product. Since returned products must be returned to the manufacturer, all parts must be in new condition. This prevents used or damaged products from accidentally being added back to inventory.
