  I find the site extremely helpful when having to deal with busy life and not having time to get taxes filed on time. They make it very convenient on this site and worry-free / self-service.

  So far so good, I love that they make it so much less confusing to file a prior year tax return. I have never been behind on tax returns in my entire lifetime but due to something that happended with my employer it caused me to have to file late on my return. I will be thrilled if there is no more drama going foward and so far it seems as though I have found the right website to get it done and get it done right! The only thing I think they need to change is seeing your state return you cannot tell or see anything to do with that until you recieve the downloads which I dont understand but that can be something they hopefully improve upon going forward. I would definatley recommend this site for anyone looking for a seamless experience.

  I am VERY unhappy about this service. It said that I could e-file this return. I am able to prepare the return myself. It didn't tell me that it would have to be mailed until I had already paid for this service. I would like a refund for this return. FALSE advertisement.
