  The framework is pretty slow and fragile for addons. When I install an new theme, my complete layout is broken and it's challenging to get it back to how it should. Quite some problems with addons that are malfunctioning.

  Module is useless it is not migrating even product prices right and when you ask to be fixed they excuse themselves saying is something that cant be migrated and they wont refund because is not a module issue.

  I'm trying to install the latest version of PrestaShop and it keeps failing on the Metrics module. I downloaded that module seperatly and it still doesn't work. I am stuck not being able to install PrestaShop - I can't find any help relating to this, but other users appear to have the same issue.

  I am not really satisfied with order. The module was half made and it was waste of money. I expected that Prestashop cares about modules which is selling on the website and that's why I have bought here. I could buy the same directly at the developer side for 1/3 money...The module is not connected to Prestashop inside and it is only only graphical modification and full of error....I course when I have downloaded, you cant cancell the order and refund money. Sure I can provide ftp access to module developer to try to solve it but I do not find it as a good idea, because he lost my trust. It makes me very sad about Prestashop.com. It would cost me more that next 100EUR to make module working standardly.

  This product works much better than advertised! The after sales support is amazing, which has not been my experience with many addon developers. If you're selling on Amazon too, this product is for you, it makes it so much easier!

  Some addons did not have up-to-date descriptions or screenshots. Others did not have demo sites to test. It would be better that we have consistency, whereby all plugins give demo sites so that we can test before purchasing.

  Hi, I opened a ticket to billing a month ago. No anwser. Entered chat with support, told them about the issue and they said it will be solved ASAP. No answer yet. Did that again, opened ticket, opened chat, received reassurance that it would be solved. Still.. no answer yet.
