  Muy insatisfecho. Mi página ya va a tener un año y no ha podido funcionar correctamente. Se actualizaron algunos módulos y dejó de funcionar. Y pasó un mes para que medio la repararan. Se intentó instalar un módulo y lo mismo, pasó mucho tiempo y no me van a respetar el tiempo perdido a causa de la plataforma.

  The module works great. The whole import has been done without any problems! In my case I needed to migrate from a Prestashop 1.6.1.13 (PHP 5.6.40) to version 1.7.7.4 (PHP 7.3.28) and I was able to do it without problems.

  The modules are good in functionality and support is good. I have a big issue in terms of how the support system works. I got 3 months out of box support and now my support is experied and have no way to extend my support and pay for it apart from buying module once again.

  Unfortunately, the prices for the modules are very high and the quality of the modules leaves a lot to be desired. Not all the modules are bad, but most of them need a lot of work to make them usable.

  I design website for my customer. As I was previously using prestashop for my own webshop I have recommended it. I have bought 20 modules since july 2016. The one before last has costed me 4 times the price so that it could work with the template I use. The last one does not work at all ( Zoho Books Sync) . The deveoper is not answering my demands. Ihave asked you for a refund but you are not asnwering. I have tried to call you 3 times at the french number, but no one asnwer the calls. I will keep on using Prestashop but stop buying modules from your shop.

  Prestashop is a good system. However there are lots of modules and themes being sold on Prestashop site which are of poor quality and I wish Prestashop would have better quality assurance on modules and themes. I have purchased quite a lot of rubbish which is not possible to use at all. So many dollars lost that way and that has not happened to me with any other system I have used. Not in this huge volume.

  Order was diffuclt to download - took days of support to even get it. I bought an add on that does not work at all and is not fit for purpose and I cannot get any answer to messages about a cancellation or refund. It has been 5 days now with no response at all about cancelling, and 2 months of complaints to the developer.

  El Marketplace funciona correctamente, miles de módulos donde buscar, la mayoría contienen mucha información sobre sus capacidades pero poca documentación sobre cómo usarlos o configurarlos. Por suerte, casi siempre, el servicio de atención postventa es más que correcto por parte de la mayoría de desarrolladores, aunque tengo sentimientos encontrados con los desarrolladores propios de Prestashop y alguno de sus módulos de pago.

  Dear company, I am not satisfied for several reasons: I talked to some of the counsellors, and I don't want to talk to them again. Even though they are instructed to do their job, it does not necessarily mean they should have an aggressive tone of voice, and I did not get the information I was looking for. On the other hand, I am still waiting for the PrestaShop technical team to reply to one simple email for more than 12 hours. I spent about £2,000 on addons, and I'm still unable to upload them because I'm not allowed to do it with my control panel. Upload options are not available. How could I be glad?
