  Nonostante abbia richiesto supporto al customer care, per un tema che non era come descritto e quindi inutilizzabile 20minuti dopo l'acquisto, ho richiesto un credito da utilizzare per acquistarne un'altro la loro unica risposta è stata contatta il venditore per risolvere. Nonostante il venditore abbia constatato che il tema non poteva essere modificato e quindi constatata l'impossibilità di miglioramento non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso ne credito. Assolutamente non comprerò più nulla da Addons.

  Made a payment, but order was declined due to issue with a bank card. Tried one more time - was the same. Contacted bank to solve problems. Third time payment went without problems but I could not redeem coupon, because it was used to many times although previous tries to order were not finished. Shame on that. The cod tries to redeem was SEPT5.

  I used to be the biggest fan of Prestashop but lately I seem to be getting locked out due to incompatibilities, bugs and silly errors. Also, I know that the modules are the hard work of developers, but they are just getting too expensive. The need for purchasing many apps is getting very costly for running a website now. There are a few other much more cost effective alternatives out there now that Prestashop is becoming my less favourable.

  Racket organisé Régulièrement le support de nos modules expirait et nous étions contraints de racheter le même module à nouveau. Cette situation n'était pas tenable et vous avez créé le "business care" qui permet de prolonger efficacement le support. Bravo ! SAUF QUE, il n'est pas possible de prolonger le support d'un module acheté avant juin 2021. Ainsi, nous avons nombre de modules dont le support n'est pas renouvelable. C'est INADMISSIBLE que nous soyons ainsi pris en otage à devoir racheter des modules que nous avons acheté. En particulier, le module "CM-CIC / Monetico Paiement en une fois" qui coûte 280€. Nous avons déjà acheté ce module 2 fois alors que le support annuel coûte 80€/an. Il nous est demandé de racheter (encore!!!) ce module. Ce module nous aura donc coûté 840€ en 2 ans !!!! Ce n'est pas possible de travailler avec vos solutions dans ces conditions.

  I have had both positive and negative experiences with the MarketPlace. The positives is that there are plenty of choices and we have had good experiences with some plugins and vendor support / response. On the negative side, it took some time to figure out how to use the Marketplace. This included registering, purchasing and messaging. Some of the prices seemed high for what the plugin actually accomplished. We also had an issue with payment, which took several days to resolve. We also had to hire a programmer to do some customization for the Mail Alert component. This should be an integral part of the core program.

  Very buggy. Upon "approving" users I get fatal errors. This is a clean install of Prestashop with this plug-in. Also when the users sign up for a new account, they get a spinning wheel and then it just stops. The account is created but the user is never told their account is created on the website.
