  this is just sharks for money....very very greedy.... a lot of standard features are missing and you force people to spend money on programmers or paid add-ons. PrestShop in default settings has very very very limited features.

  I am very happy with the module. It is modern, well developed and looks professional to clients. It has everything that you need and it can be suitable for small and large companies. Also If you have a complex modules on your existing checkout - be sure that everything will work with this module or the developer will solve to meet your needs. From my experience the developer adapted a local module for automatic postal codes, and believe me no other module or developer could provide such professional help.

  I left PrestaShop to start a Shopify store - because the payment modules would not work properly. I struggled for many months, thinking that somehow it must be my fault or something. Shopify's payment modules worked INSTANTLY. I'm back on a PrestaShop store and am struggling once again to get Amazon Pay (and PayPal) to behave and work properly. YOU GUYS ARE DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!!

  Not happy with the new "business care" which is on by default. Should be an option on checkout/order. Cancellation of orders should be better provisioned. If a product has not been downloaded, it should be possible to cancel/refund the order without being dependent on the developer. Prestashop should have a mediation role on disputes between plugin developers and customers. If you now buy a non working or bad module, and a developer does not respond to support requests, there is no easy way to resolve it..

  it is very big problem in photo gallery, a lot of plugins demo/preview gallery photos are to small to be visible, and needs to be opened in separate browser tab as single photo, to have possibility to look at image closer. There is so much great photo magnify plugins, to make preview photos larger, shame that there is no such simple thing in the prestashop plugins directory, and this causes a lot of inconvenience when inspecting and selecting plugins and trying to evaluate them based on plugin demo images, that are too small and unreadable.

  The messagin system has a few flaws. I was regularly unable to have a quick conversatison with the theme developer because it kept telling me I was not able to send a message so soon after sending a previous one. This was after the developers had already responded. I had to wait to answer their question or send me response. Seriously flawed logic.

  Does not try the addon before sell it on the platform ! a very shame... about he "Product Builder next generation addon" Don't buy this addon... doesnt work, lots of bug...the module is not working at all, not finish... The developper ask always the same question without give you reel answer... It's pure fantasy... More than 8 years with prestashop, I bought a lot of module, this is the worst ! It's very dispointed than Addon Prestashop sell this product on the market place wihtout try it before.. what a shame ! I want my money back but no answer! scandalous ! 1 star is too much!

  Many modules you purchase simply are misleading or do not work.. Once you download the module you cannot refund the module. How can you test the module correctly without downloading the module? Your refunds policy sux.. you need to be more flexible.. We have modules we have purchased and cannot use however the process of refunding is too difficult. Most developers modules are rubbish and do not live up to expectation. Trying to deal with Prestashop addons is impossible, you need to be more flexible and allow people refund rubbish modules.. We have purchased over 120 modules over the last few years, nearly every single one has not worked first go.. Then you have developers asking for BO access and FTP - serious security risk, I have no idea who these people are, they could download database, and connection details.. The whole Prestashop process of modules is flawed and a serious security risk. At the moment, Prestashop is a 1 out of 10

  Very few modules that would work properly, and still ask us to pay for the support. PrestaShop marketplace should sell modules that work, not those who don't even have the basic functions that the module is supposed to have, then ask for money to "add" it.
