  Not so user-friendly as I expected to be from PrestaShop and not easy to find what I need, too much information around and too complex in general. I have ordered module Products Export PRO (Excel, CSV, XML, PDF), the payment via e-commerce was confirmed on the web, even I have got a bonus to download for free: Checkout built with Paypal and I still did not get payment confirmation via email, the module is still shown in my cart and it is not shown in adds to download, very confusing, not clear what is the issue, maybe payment was not verified, please, help me to solve this issue and contact me via email janas.karol.jk@gmail.com. Thank you.

  I am a bit confused with a new Business Care subscription system, as any time I buy a module, I pay extra 40% for the Service. It makes me look for a product directly from the developers to avoid extra fees.

  Well it seems to me that only positive ratings of addons are displayed or many of them are fake ones. I bought a few modules and one of the most popular and best rated theme but I'm not very satisfied. Or am I the only one who is dissatisfied with imperfections and mistakes that are not mentioned in the add-on description? Please favour more specific and true information to marketing clichés. Especially when there is no money back guarantee.

  A la suite de l'achat du Pack E-commerce – chèque France Num Il faut demander un code (et attendre chaque fois 8 jours) pour chaque nouvel achat pour bénéficier du crédit en cours, Impossible d'obtenir un décompte précis. Les messages par mail restent sans réponse, il faut relancer par téléphone, les factures reçues, l'une avec, l'autre sans TVA ne correspondent pas au prix du panier sur le site. Dommage et agaçant.

  About the plugin "Filter Products Pro - Advanced search of products": The plugin purchased is excellent, works really nice and the developers are awesome people, offering great and quick support, very happy with the plugin and the devs! About prestashop: Other than that, due to the overcomplicated db/template/function structure and the large number of bugs of the prestashop platform, i would prefer getting covid than to touch prestashop ever again. Developers like the ones that made this plugin are people that could make the platform what it could be, perhaps you should think about hiring them.

  This is a superb plugin; I feel the best. I decided to use this plugin on my Veterinary Equipment site (https://www.vetmax.com). The plugin installed and works flawlessly, my site is so much faster. The fact you can compress images and convert to WebP, use lazy loading images (nine was faster without), and clean up a very full database all adds up. Add the clean professional control panel to see what is happening, and this is a very nice bonus. I compared this to other optimization plugins. In the end, this is all I need for speed, database cleaning, image optimization, it has it all. I feel it’s the best speed optimization plugin out there and my site is very fast now.

  Developer does not support product. We have had a ticket open for over a month, the developer waited to answer the ticket until our support ran out, then answered the ticket telling us our support ran out. I tried to report this problem on a live chat, but the person does not speak english well enough to understand the issue.

  it doesnt work. I waited for weeks and the web.dev can't scan my website. Also i had several issues, I was logged out everytime Iclicked something from the backoffice. I tried removing cache and erasing history. I removed the module and everythin was normal again. The developer is not very communicative and 7 days passed without any response.
