  The marketplace add-ons are a great concept. Too sad that prestashop is not offering any guarantee to buyers if a module is not working. Sometimes you need to be in the wild with trial and error to see if a module that you want might be compatible with your website.

  I have used for over 13 years the majority of e-commerce platforms such as virtuemart for joomla, opencart, woocommercer to name a few. I downloaded version 8.0 although there is an older version that is more proven and has more modules so I chose version 8 keeping in mind that the module developers will surely update their modules. What I appreciate about PrestaShop is the really well thought out process for customer management. I have been using PrestaShop for my online store for a year now and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it accessible to users of all technical skill levels. One of the things that I love about PrestaShop is its design. The platform's design is clean, modern and responsive, which makes it easy to create professional-looking online stores that look great on any device. I was able to create my online store in no time, and it looks great. I also appreciate the ability to customize my store with a wide variety of add-ons and plugins that can help businesses to customize their stores, and to add new functionalities. Now I'm waiting and hoping that a template developer I like will eventually update their template to version 8 Overall, PrestaShop is an excellent choice for businesses looking to create a professional and functional online store.   Doesn't respect my selection for newsletters. I got emails despite not wanting them in the first place and then got this feedback for with no way to unsubscribe after selecting AGAIN to not get marketing emails. Horrible customer services due to that.

  Great module, first was a bit difficult to understand but it really with Deepl API makes a work a lot easier and cheaper and also translation looks like manually translated. Very good thing and must to have for those who want to make multi language shop and do not want to spend tens on thousands for for manual work.

  The refund policy of the site removes the reason for using the PrestaShop marketplace, as the price is higher than if you go to the deveopers site and the deveopers do not want to give refunds witout a big hassel if at all.

  I still haven't been answered about capacity or marketing issues. Also, I can't set my description and picture because I get an eternal and unsightly Powered by Prestashop, especially on Facebook. I have not received an answer to these questions. If there are dissatisfactions, the purchased products are not checked in order to make a refund, so I paid for non-functional products. It's like roulette.

  Unfortunately the app is a mess Full of bugs and malfunctions even for the most updated versions Now every other day our access in the back office is blocked and we have one to reinstall and restore it, every time This happens for more than TEO months already That's not at all convenient as the platform does not fulfill its basic purpose I would definitely not recommend PrestaShop to anyone

  Gli addon sono praticamente tutti a pagamento e sono esageratamente troppo costosi. Prestashop sembra una trappola dove, una volta entrato con l'abbaglio del cms gratuito, sei costretto ad acquistare altrimenti ti ritrovi solo ad aver perso tempo nel capire come funziona. La documentazione è scarna e superficiale.

  Very expenssive market, with a lot of good developpers but if you want to be uptodate on each of your purchase modules you'll need to buy a buisnesscare who sometimes cost the price of the module.... If you want to have a custom prestashop website it's a budget
