  Hard to get in chat with Prestashop - They are almost unable to get in talk. The platform here don't support ThirtyBees or Prestashop 1.6 it seems that they are forceing the platform out.

  I wanted a review produits and I tryed Judge me, m'y crédit card was obligated to one month try. When I started thé program I Saw that I had to open a New website shopify I don't have Time for it, so I annulated m'y account, but they still taking thé payement of m'y card, impossible to stop withdraw from m'y crédit carte, I try pretashop phone nimber 1nd there is 13minuts that music play and nobody answers nowhere, thé emails for Judge me impossible to get throug what I want close m'y account, thé program doesnot have anywhere to close m'y account myself. Nevers try it

  They only thing that annoys me if I can never leave a review of a module or the support, some developers are terrible and need the revie but sometimes modules takes a month to work as bugs. I can’t leave reviews after 2 weeks of buying from you, that poor it should be a couple of months so we get chance to see it working as modules are not always simply to install as de bugging can be a nightmare

  Prestashop appears to be free but becomes extremely expensive when you want the slightest functionality. Their help forum is only here for some developers to offer you a paid solution, and if that paid solution does not exist, no one will help you. When you buy a module, you are entitled to 6 months of updates, after that you will have to pay again if you want to stay up to date. I do not recommend Prestashop.

  Some of the modules in prestashop adons not working good, and provider of this modules dont even trying to fix the problems.So prestashop need to chek more acurat modules whey are selling and block some of them to not scam customer.

  I have been using the Prestashop platform for several years. It is one of the best free e-commerce platforms. Of course, there are bugs and problems, but the prestashop support team and partners are quick to respond to comments and issue software updates with bug fixes. I also like the fact that there is a large selection of modules and themes produced by third parties, which allows you to configure the e-store according to your wishes. Thanks Prestashop team!

  Todo perfecto, el módulo "Pretty URLs" funciona perfectamente. En nuestro caso teníamos un problema con las URLs de productos con combinación de color y contactamos con el desarrollador y en cuestión de 3 días nos hicieron una modificación custom para que funcionase como nosotros necesitábamos. Muy contentos con el servicio y la atención. Un 10! Gracias!

  Scandaleux, prestashop vend un module qui est livré gratuitement par wordline. Si vous avez besoin de wordline passez directement par eux, c'est gratuit. Le module que vous achetez avec prestashop est exactement le même que celui de wordline qui est gratuit. Aucun moyen de se faire rembourser !
