  I would rate Pettable a 5!! The health counselor I met with was very understanding and was able to answer all of my questions I had regarding the ESA process. They are very helpful and very quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend Pettable to a friend!

  I would give Pettable 5 stars! The process was so quick, from the initial inquiry to receiving the certificate. The licensed therapist I was assigned, Dominique, was efficient and quick when it came to filling out further paperwork for my apartment building.

  I would rate you guys and your service a 10! This service was a breeze to use and affordable. I loved that I could fill it out online and when I spoke to the representative regarding my situation they worked with my schedule, were easy to talk too, had a quick turn around time for receiving the letter and were very professional! I would definitely recommend Pettable!

  It was a great experience, the doctor was super friendly and helped accommodate my specific needs. He spoke with me 4 separate times in one month to make sure my letter was perfect for my situation and I felt very comfortable and at ease with the process.   Hello. I would say that your service is a 5! I was given a time frame to speak with one of your physicians. They called promptly. They were very understanding and helpful.   As a Marine Corps combat veteran, I have seen and felt the benefit of having my furry best friend with me over the years. I deal with the affects of PTSD, general anxiety and depression, and random other daily struggles. I know, without a doubt, that having my dog by my side has helped with these issues tremendously. So when I was recently preparing to move to a new place, I decided to look into the whole ESA thing, to make sure I wouldn't have any issues keeping her with me wherever I landed. The process with Pettable was as great as I could have asked for! Amazing communication and explanation of everything by the folks at Pettable, who connected me with a very wonderful and caring therapist. The visit with my therapist was comfortable and smooth, and did not at all feel like I was simply being rushed through. She was thorough and made sure to understand my issues, and my need for having an ESA. A couple days later, I received my ESA letter via email. I am relieved to know that I don't have to worry about being separated from my doggy companion now. Very happy with the service offered by Pettable, and with the treatment I received!

  I would give Pettable 5 stars. The process was very simple and straightforward from start to finish. I’m in the process of moving into an apartment and finding and establishing care with a therapist seemed like a lengthy process. Pettable made it easy for me to find a licensed therapist that could provide me with the documentation I needed to keep my pets with me when I moved. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs an ESA letter.

  Pettable was great and the process was very smooth and easy. The process from signing up to getting the letter took about a month and required minimal effort from my end. Furthermore, my ESA provided for my landlord was fully accepted. Would definitely recommend the service!

  At this time, I would rate 5 out of 5, since I was able to receive the letter in a very short amount of time, and use it immediately for my job. I am in the process of moving so I am not sure how it will work for apartment rental, so fingers crossed. And for your website: After a difficult divorce, my dog became a fundamental part of my healing process. Thanks to Pettable, not only is he cleared to be with me all the time, I have everything I need to get him enrolled in official PSD classes. Thank you!

  I rate my experience 5/5 stars. My experience with Pettable was positive, quick, and professional. Both the initial and final consultation went smoothly and I had no issues with the documentation that was provided. I was able to submit my documentation to my landlord and received a refund on our pet deposit and first month's pet rent. My dog has always been my unofficial emotional support animal and now I have the papers to prove it. I'd like to say thank you to Pettable and their amazing staff and therapists.

It just shows their dedication and just shows how much they really care about their clients. I am very thankful to my psychiatrist.   I would have to give Pettable a 5 star rating! The whole process was very smooth. Payment was easy, scheduling a therapist was easy, and getting the ESA letter to my landlord was easy. Definitely a good value for the price! The therapist asked basic questions about my mental health and past experiences without expecting detail or prying. The wait for an ESA letter via email was less than a day, and I was able to forward that email to my landlord who handled it appropriately moving forward.

  I had a great experience with Pettable, I was able to register my dog Fruit Loop as an ESA right away, within one day of filling out the form on Pettable. My apt asked for more information from the doctor and it was super easy to pay for the additional services for the doctor to fill out additional paperwork, and it was the same price to do it even if you didn't buy it initially which is awesome. So you don't lose out on your money. I recommended Pettable to my friend who got a cat! :)

  The process was fast and simple. Unlike the other services I like that Pettable connects you with what you actually require to have the legal rights of an emotional support animal. No non-existent esa registry database or certificates. The price is much more reasonable than apartment pet deposits and rent. I’m so grateful to more easily afford to live with my kitty Jade who helps me with my anxiety, thank you Pettable.

  I would rate Pettable 5/5 stars! My experience was as smooth as I could have ever hoped for as I was guided throughout the entire process. I was able to receive my ESA letter ina matter of days, took it to my leasing office and was all done and approved! The letter had all of the info my leasing office needed and I felt so good that I was able to speak to a licensed therapist. I highly recommend Pettable and have already recommended them to my friends! Thank you SO much for the services you offer. :)

  I would absolutely give Pettable five stars! Everyone was super efficient and helpful, even when I made an error on the paperwork. My therapist got back to me quickly and was a huge help in approving me for an emotional support cat. I’ll be bringing him home soon; we’re naming him Geralt.

  I would love to write a review on the services provided by this company as they were outstanding and they went beyond expectations in helping me out during my certain situation at that time. I would rate this at 10 if I possibly could but unfortunately it only goes up to five. If that’s any indication of the services they provided to me in the most professional way ever imaginable. I’ve done lots and lots of research and trying to find a place that’s willing to fill the needs that I have and like I said this place went above and beyond without expectation and would highly recommend this to anybody looking to retain the services in which I was looking for. That also goes along with the doctor that calls you back with the questionnaire to verify your status was unbelievably unprofessional and went above and beyond my wildest expectations to make everything seamless as possible. And I would like to thank them personally if I could each and everyone of them for all the help guidance and advice provided within our phone calls. Don’t ever think for one minute that was ever paid to write this review because I don’t I don’t do reviews but the services in which I received deserved to be recognized in every way possible let other people know it is well worth everything investment wise to have this professional guidance direction help however you want to put it thank you all for all that you’ve done for me and believe me Word of mouth goes fairly quick and I’ve got your back and will be spreading the Word to whomever needs to render the services you provide once again thank you

  In my experience, I’d rate Pettable 5 out of 5. I thought it was extremely easy to book an appointment with a therapist. After I chose a time that worked for me, my therapist followed up promptly with more details and to ask if I had any questions. The appointment with her was straight forward, and I got an emailed ESA letter the same night. It was a quick and easy process, and I’d recommend Pettable to any of my friends.
