I needed help finding a rental that would allow us to keep our family dog and came across the website in a Google search. I had my ESA letter within four days and was able to secure a rental and keep our pet! Kya was so sweet and so easy to talk to which enhanced my experience. I would definitely recommend Pettable. Just a bit of advice, you’re going to receive several emails after signing up. I recommend reading them throughly because there are forms to fill out and instructions on how to upload info.

I would like to take a moment and write a review about my session with Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW. It was on 6/19/2024 @ 9:15am. Beginning with, she was very punctual and from the first interaction on the phone Ms. Miller was very professional. I felt heard and understood by her in regards to the tremendous help I have from both of my cats helping me cope with my anxiety. I have a really high stress job and sometimes have stressful moments with my physical health during my time of the month. Her evaluation was very thorough and I feel that if in the near future I need advice I can reach out to her. She has a very genuine persona and I am thankful that she was the professional I spoke with.

The whole experience was very easy. I got my over the phone appointment with kya Miller filled out a couple forms beforehand and when the time came she called right when she said she would and I didn't have to relive my past she just asked me what I needed and why. I have been seeing Kya Miller through Pettable for the past 2 years with regard to getting my cats their recognition as emotional support animals. Talking with her is smooth and setting up appointments as well as navigating the website is easy as well. The site is also very good with sending reminders about upcoming appointments and renewals which I appreciate very much as time is valuable and missing an appointment would not be good!
