  Dr. Adams made the process quick and easy. I just gave her my diagnosis and the medication I was taking, and explained what pets do for me and how they put my mind at ease. A day or so later the letter was in my inbox and I submitted it to my landlord. The ent process was a breeze.

  I would give Pettable 5 stars! They were so flexible with my schedule and wanted to make sure I was able to get the help I needed. The lady I spoke to was so kind and attentive.   Definitely a 5/5! My dog wasn’t allowed at the apartment complex my boyfriend and I were living in because they didn’t allow pets of any kind. I reached out to them about the process of getting him ESA certified and that’s when I found pettable. Even though my complex said they do not accept online ESA letters, they accepted it from pettable. Fantastic company and easy process!

  My experience with Pettable was great! Everything was on time and accurate. I sent the letter to my landlord and there were no questions asked. For me, it felt more ethical to have a psychologist review my need/ request to have an ESA, and it also really pays off to have done the process right and not used a sketchy online website where they say they can get it to you fast but it’s not necessary great paperwork and it might not work with a landlord. I would recommend Pettable to anyone looking to register an ESA— quick, friendly, affordable, accurate!!

  Easy to book and streamlined process. Good turnaround on when I went to book and my first appointment. Only downside is that the process didn’t seem very thorough with confirming my mental health history so I worry that some airlines or businesses may not value the weight of this ESA certification.

  my therapist, was very helpful in getting me what I needed and in dealing with my rather difficult school staff. The only reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a period of time where all communication just stopped for a while and I didn't hear anything back from him. This was in an email conversation between Chris, myself and the man who works in the Office of Disability Services at my school so I assume something just got lost in the shuffle and he didn't receive anything on his end or something. Once I did reach out again, he immediately responded and talked to the school to take care of the issue. (They didn't want to accept my second ESA, they only wanted to approve 1).

  I would rate my experience a 4.5 stars. There was an issue with my appointment and I ended up having to reach out to get called, but the call was straight forward and I got my letter quickly after. The letter was accepted by my apartment complex without issue as well.

  On a scale of 1-5 I would rate you a 4.5. The therapist I talked to was very nice and made the process super easy. I was a little concerned I was going to get a call from them however. Our appointment was at 8:30am and I didn’t get a call till 8:37pm which was a little nerve racking. However when she called she apologized. When talking to her she made it easy to relate, and truly wanted to help get my animal ESA certified. I would recommend pettable to a friend!

  I give my experience with Pettable a 5, hands down. I was going through an incredibly tough time in my life and my therapist recommended an ESA. I found Pettable and was in touch with a professional in less than 24 hours. The process was very smooth and very easy. My dog has flipped my life upside down and I would not be who I am today without her. This was all thanks to Pettab

  I would rate pettable a 5 because I was able to set up a call with a LMHP very soon after signing up and the conversation was informative, but also brief. Also, I recieved my letter almost immediately after I spoke with my LHMP, which allowed me move along the process of getting my dog sooner! Thanks!

  I had a really easy time navigating to get a consult with a therapist! After talking to the therapist, not only did I feel better about the situation but I also had a much easier time with my housing & making sure my dog remi was registered as an ESA!
