  I never received my order and every time I call I get the same guy that tells me he is gonna talk to the shipping department and get back to me but he never calls me back so I requested a refund and he said he would refund the money but still has not. I should have read the reviews first because I am not the only one this has happened to. I would give this site a negative or zero stars but it makes you give one star minimum. HORRIBLE COMPANY I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!

  I ordered a professional kit for my wife for our anniversary. The gun and power supply didn't work straight out of the box. I contacted customer support many times about the issue and have been told for months that a new kit would be sent out that week. Now I no longer even get a response. I even wrote a review explaining this and after a month to review no contact. And they declined to allow my review be posted. This is now the second review I have written for this company and 7 months later we are still out hundreds of dollars with a broken machine and endless promises.

  I ordered and paid for my items. They told me my order was being flagged and they thought I was a scam or something. They asked for my credit card and bank statements, which I did not feel comfortable sending in. They then said I would be refunded. I never recurved my refund money and nobody will email me back.

  Everything was delivered in a fine, working condition. However, the power supply that was delivered to me was a completely different unit and some of the accessories I paid for didn’t arrive with the kit either. I tired contacting support through email over 6 times across 2 days, but the emails kept bouncing (I guess support doesn’t exist anymore). I wrote an email to the person that contacted me about my order processing and never heard anything back. Since I couldn’t get support from ANYONE at this company, I disputed with my bank. If you are going to be selling full kits and advertise certain items with those kits SEND THE CORRECT ITMES. If you are going to show an email as being a point of contact for support MAKE SURE IT WORKS. If someone is going to email me saying to reply to them if I have any questions or concerns about my order MAYBE THEY SHOULD RESPOND. I understand times are hard right now, but this entire experience purchasing from this store was a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

  Worst online experience ever. Had to call & email just to get my order shipped. When I called was told i"t will go out tonight" never did. I contacted USPS thinking maybe it was their issue only to find out that a tracking number was created but the package hadn't been given to the USPS. Had to email this company with USPS info.... only then did it get delivered...It took well over 2 weeks to receive package that was advertised as 2-5 business day delivery.

  I understand delays, but after a wreak and a half, being told it had already shipped, but hadn’t, I was done. I spoke to staff and canceled my order. A week after that I still hadn’t been refunded, and after many phone calls finally spoke to someone and cancelled my order. The only things they provided were lies and failure.

  Customer service is awful. I sent an email to inquire about a package delay over a week ago...never got a response. I got the package, 3 days after my scheduled delivery day. The company emailed me to say with the virus going around they had a staff shortage and shipping may take a little longer but my set still came in a very reasonable amount of time, I really appreciate that they warned me that it may take longer even though it really didn't. Very professional will definitely be ordering more materials from them.

  Great products at a great price point especially for beginners! Arrived a day early than the expected arrival date which was awesome. Took the full 5 days to ship, which isn’t a big deal...however the customer service rep could have been a little more helpful and friendly. Overall, I will be ordering from here again. If the customer service reps are more engaging and supportive, I could give 5 stars.
