  The items were exactly what I ordered. And once they shipped they arrived earlier than expected. But the only reason I docked one star is it took a week for them to even ship the item. But I emailed them and they responded very quickly and the package went right out. Great price awesome product and fast customer service response time.

  I give my order 0 stars bc once ordered..my card was processed the same day...said my order would be recieved in 5 to 7 days..on the 10th day my tracking still said pending...took me an additional 2 days and 3 customer reps later to find out my product had not even been shipped yet...Your tracking does not do a very good job of updating itself and letting your customers know about a delay.

  Over all a good company, no company is perfect so I won't give a 5 star. There are things that can be done better, like letting customers know that orders are taking longer to receive than normal due to the Cov19. However I'm still a customer and will continue to do business.

  Site navigates easily, adding to your cart works great. Cart lacks the convenient option of emptying the whole thing at once. Site could also use a larger selection in general. Ability to save for later would be nice as well. Delivery was fast and products arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering again in the future.

  This is company has a lot of products and I found what I needed. Most of the items were cheaper than Amazon! The only down side it although the shipping itself was fast, it took a very long time for the items to actually leave the warehouse. I think it was more than a week before they actually shipped. So if you’re in a pinch, your items won’t get to you in time.
