  To be honest, I thought this was a scam at first. I never received the email confirmation of my order. And when I looked at reviews on Facebook, the latest said that the company was a scam and they never received their orders. I was going to contact my credit card company but to my surprise, I received my order within a few days! Now I feel bad for doubting them. Tnx for the great deal and fast delivery! I have everything I need to get started.

  I got the product I ordered at a good price but it took a while to ship and when I received the product the black ink had opened and more than half was leaked out. I emailed asking if they could send me a replacement but never heard anything back, probably won’t use again.

  Not everything pictured is what the customer receives. Otherwise everything has been pretty great. I wish I was able to actually read the reviews as well since the site just displays the stars and not the actual written reviews for me to base my purchases on.

  Was not happy to be waiting for my order which I was emailed that it had been shipped the next day just so I can get another email about ten days later to say you are out of the product and my money was refunded. That should have been said the day I ordered it this shows bad customer service.

  I kept checking my order status and all it said was processing for about a week or so. I finally decide to call and ask what is going on with my order I’m told oh the card was declined it doesn’t tell me why. Which isn’t right because the card has plenty of funds. So the next day I received a email saying they refunded my money because they were out of stock. Which would of been nice to know sooner instead of a week saying processing. I just checked it now and it still says processing!!! Then to tell me my card was declined only to find out it’s them being out of stock. I won’t be ordering ever again and I’d rate a 0 stars if I was given that option.

  It took them 10 days after the order date, to determine that I had made what they called a "false" order. In other words, fraudulent. No contact, just crickets. They refunded, leaving me with a very irate student. They could have contacted me and gotten all kinds of proof that a 60 dollar order was legitimate, but no, made me waste time and scramble to find another supplier. I understand that there are times that transactions just look weird, but a little customer service work would have gone a long way in this case.

  Everything was here before I expected to be. products were nicely packaged and everything is what I wanted, except 1 item, whether it was misadvertised... or misread, I don't know what it was, but I will still order these items again and from OTW again. haven't dealt with customer service yet, so I can't really say anything about it.   Five stars because of the quality of the product! Five stars because of the fast delivery and very reasonable prices! If i had any complaint at all it would be customer service its been a week since I've tried to get a replacement power supply box and still haven't gotten any closer to getting a replacement power box for my kit i ordered two weeks ago. Would give lower rating because of this but honestly wasnt manufacturers fault it was a setting miscalculation on my end and I'm sure the guy that emailed me is doing his best to get back to me over this replacement issue I'm experiencing.

  I ordered a Bishop Rotary from the website which said it was in stock. A week went by and never got a shipment email. I called and was told they could get it in the following week I said ok. I called a couple days later to cancel the order and was told the person who handled returns was not in. Never received a cancellation email like I was told. Sent an email requesting to cancel and no response, a week later I disputed it with my bank.
