    The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was AWESOME!!! By the time I spoke with him, I had spoken with several of your competitors and I was disgusted. I had decided to forget even getting coverage because I felt like all them were rip offs. When I spoke with Olive, I changed my mind because he was pleasant, easy to speak with and he answered all of my questions without pressure. Thank you!!

    My review is solely on the pricing and the terms and conditions. The person I spoke with that sold me the policy I would give 5 stars because she was nice. However, based on the information and the whole “pre-existing whether known or unknown” is insane and ultimately l cannot get passed this verbiage because technically anything can be called pre-existing and the whole unknown gives them an easy out. Unless you buy a car brand new, olive is not the way to go and even then, you have to keep up with maintenance like a hawk according to the terms. As far as pricing, they are not cheapest. I ended up going with the factory warranty from Chrysler directly for less than what was offered by olive. I have asked for it to be cancelled and was told it was in a pending cancel status and I will get a follow-up call. Personally, that is a bit extreme. Why can’t the CSR just do it when I requested it? I’ll guess on Monday I’ll see if it happens or not.

    I called so many places getting prices for a extended warranty. I finally called Olive And 1st I spoke to Scott and then I spoke to Alicia both of them were very professional and understood my needs. It was such a pleasure to talk to both of the representatives I think you guys are great And you absolutely cannot beat the price for the Extended warranty anywhere.     We have tried over and over talking to Alex in request for the actual coverage. we are buying. He keeps sending some copies of a system we cannot print. We need it to be sent to our email address in a for that we can copy If we can't see our coverage in writing we will cancel the policy!!!

    so,, this is not a simple review- because there are things about olive that i like , and also i had to cancel because it turns out the coverage does not cover what i need. I also note the consumer reports site from the internet that recommended Olive it is not a consumer protection group it is an advertising site for their approved partners and they recommend only those who are paying them, and non-that are not so, that is misleading. I also worry olive seems to be a new sort of start up, so it not like AUL that has years of solid reputation , But I found parts of contacting Olive to be something i had to make some effort but when i did the people with Olive were pleasant and helpful,

    Olive provided a great value for my son's 2012 Toyota 4Runner that was out of warranty. Everything was handled easily 100% online and we are happy to have some peace of mind from worrying about high repair costs if something goes wrong. I have had to call a few times to change a payment method or have questions answered and they are very nice and professional. I have not had to file a claim, but I know of a few others who have and they had great experiences. We are very confident olive will be there if we need them.
