    The Olive rep. that I worked with to renew my policy was helpful. However, the claims person that I spoke with was another story. She had a poor attitude regarding my questions, it seemed like I was bothering her. While she did finally respond to my questions, I had to drag the answers out of her, again it seemed like she was not really interested in helping me, and annoyed with my call. My questions had to do with working I was having done, specific coverage, and how submit a claim after the fact. Yes, I did not remember to consult a list of providers, but rather sought out a mechanic/garage that would perform the work at a reasonable cost. I'm sure this isn't the 1st time this has ever happened, and I'm puzzled as to why it seemed to annoy this person.

What concerns me is that I got an email after purchasing the contract that the coverage would start at midnight, and that I would also get a follow-up email w/in 24 hours once submission was reviewed. No email thus far and kind of waiting to be told 'Sorry, we don't cover your car'. A very disjointed and unnerving process thus far.

    I shopped three or four of the popular warranty companies. Olive by far was the easiest to enroll and the price was better. Also I liked the fact that I didn't have to listen on the phone to a bunch of high pressure salesmen to get a quote. They don't tell you how long the service contract is good for when you ask for a quote, and they don't tell you when you buy it. only AFTER you buy do you get to find out it's only 3 years. On the flip side, at least they let me cancel right away without giving me any crap. But being murky about what you're buying is a really shady deal.

    I have not used the repair segment of Olive but the buying experience was not good. Of the three plans I asked for the middle one and my declaration shows that. When I got other documents it showed I purchased the most expensive plan. I called and had it corrected. To their credit Olive credited the overbilling to my next months' bill. The other issue is I bought the policy effective 04/28/2023 but I am just now getting emails welcoming me as if I just bought the policy on Aug 8, 2023. I still have to check with Olive but my brakes needed replacing in St Joseph, MO. I looked for a repair facility in the area but there was none. I needed to get my brakes repaired before I towed my trailer. More on that after I call Olive.

    Absolutely wonderful. Great service, great coverage. I am more than happy :) I had been shopping around for coverage and had several estimates that were way out of my income level but I checked online and Forbes had a very high recommendation for Olive so I started checking them out and while I was on their site, one of the Olive Sales Reps called me. He was just a breath of fresh air!! We talked and had a few laughs, he was very patient with me and explained all the coverage in detail. My car, even though it was a 2017 had minimal milage, only had 17,000 when I bought it and when I told him the mileage was now just a little over 21,000 he told me the price for full coverage and I said 'SOLD'. I am so happy with Olive and my car is completely covered. I don't drive much but knowing my car is now under warranty makes me feel so much better. We are going to have a very long relationship :) Thank you Olive.

    I'm new to auto warranty coverage, but choosing Olive made the best sense for me. Monthly price fits my budget and knowing I will only have to pay 400.00 dollars for any repairs if I schedule through Olive made sense to me.Also choosing my plan on line was a breeze. Haven't used their services yet, but feel good knowing their there if I need them.

    I started to enroll online, but called when I had a question. Olive support took over and finished the effort for me and answered all of my questions. No pressure., very pleasant experience. Also, the best price of the three that I checked. Lots of good information available if you set up an online account. I was very impressed.

    There was no information about auto-payments for the policies you pick. I am old school and don't trust auto-payments. It has been a problem for as long as I can remember. Plus, the deductibles are as high as auto insurance. So, I had to cancel after one month.

    Took my car in cause I noticed I was loosing coolant. Olive requested multiple teardowns to figure out what was wrong with the car. Once they found out what was wrong with the car they denied the claim due to "pre existing" Conditions. I asked for them to prove it since this was the first time I had this type of issue, they wouldnt/couldn't. After the mechanics dialed in on the problem, They left me with a bill for $8,000 to replace my head gaskets. Mind you I got the power train plus option and the head gaskets were not covered. Customer service was awful and got no help whatsoever from the olive team. They do not honor what they say they cover. I Do not reccomend this company to anyone save your time and money.

    My buying experience wss excellent. I did a lot of research and had some questions. My agent, Tung Trang, was extremely helpful, professional, and not pushy. The coverage seems thorough and the price was the best I could find. The Forbes review was what led me to this company. I would recommend considering this company if you are looking for an extended auto warranty.
