    Service Tech was very Professional and up-front with his Pricing. Gave me options of Finance or Rebate program to assist me with the 🥴 Cost $9000 starting Cost. So I passed On just switching out a Unit. If I was just getting a AC UNit 4 Ton and furance installed for FIRST. TIME 😠 make since that amount. My 🐕 dogs Peed on my Unit. Which corroded the area where FREON GOES INTO. THATS ALL.

    My biggest complain with NexGen is their customer support. The guy who sold me the system, sold me a bigger system then I needed. This resulted in the original crew not installing enough vents. Which resulted in water leak in my attic. I’m still waiting for this company to correct their mistake. I have called and called asking for them to install the remainder of the vents, but still nothing.... I wish I would have shopped around before going with NexGen.

    I reason I purchased my complete A/C system from NexGen was they had the most affordable price and their service is ALWAYS excellent, regardless if it's a problem call or just a checkup!!     Chris was very professional and found my problem very quickly. Come to find out that my husband turned off the air conditioner from the outside and that is why it was not working. Chris changed my air filter, checked the incoming and outgoing air and found that I have normal levels. I appreciate his honesty and caring attitude. Very courteous and provides communication on his arrival which made it easier for me to inform him to come 30 minutes later. He agreed and arrived in time. Please give this man a raise or an award for being your best employee. Not too many employees can be honest and maybe lie to the customer and just say I needed a new air conditioner just to make profit. So thank you for having hired him and sending him to my home. I was pleased and ecstatic over the great customer service he provided.

    This company sent Chris out to fix our air conditioner, he did that lickety split! He explained he anticipated the problem to be one of 3 things and he reported the results to me within about half an hour. It was a burned out fuse! In the search for the problem Chris also found out for us that the original installer of our system (NOT Nexen) had torn the mesh filter at install and then EPOXYED the door showing this damage CLOSED! Unbelievable! We've lived in this house three years (we had mold when we bought the house so an air cleaner was incredibly important to us) and that VERY EXPENSIVE air cleaner has never worked (they didn't hook it u! Presumably because of the mess they created with the filter and then hid it with a GLUED CLOSED DOOR)! Sheesh! Thank you Nexgen for helping us get this straightened out. We're still trying to get the other company's attention, let alone remediation... Thank YOU Chris and Nexgen for excellent service and compassionate help!

    Thomas quoted a new system and install on Friday May 22, 2020. We were all in agreement and eager to proceed as planned. Thomas refused to accept a deposit stating they would not accept a dollar until we were fully satisfied but they could start the following day, completing the job in 2 days max, but will never leave us without air. We prepared our house by moving our daughter out of her room with a limited supply of clothes for the next 2 days. She was cut off from accessing everything because we hung plastic to keep debris from the proposed work to the immediate work area only. Saturday 3 installers arrived on time with no equipment saying they were just there to remove the old equipment and take measurements for a parts list because the equipment we agreed to with Thomas was not available. When questioned why the install was scheduled if the equipment was not available they confessed the owner wanted to swap the equipment sold to a lower grade brand and model. They offered to do half the job waiting on the agreed equipment which would arrive Tuesday. Obviously we refused because that would leave us with no air over the holiday weekend so they took measurements only for their parts list. After the team pulled away the scheduler called us saying she has equipment and it's on route to us, but we told her the crew already left. Tuesday comes and the 3 installers arrive reluctantly saying the owner and the installation Manager are now unhappy with the proposed work and now will only allow them to relocate the unit to the attic which goes completely against what we want and contradicts what we agreed to on the contract with Thomas. Every day it's a new excuse on why they cannot do the job. They promise work with both Thomas and the Installers saying it is completely doable and will work well, but don't want to do it. It's obvious the owner is not happy with his profit margin and is doing everything to get out of this agreement even though he was involved in the price by phone originally. They promise work and equipment then fail, fail fail and all Thomas has done is apologize. As of now they are in breach of contract. Buyer Beware!!!! Their apparent game is to pull a bait and switch on the customers once all your existing equipment is out and you have no choice so they can do what they want with whatever happens to be available. Scandalous Company! Watch out!

    We have been working with NexGen for a couple of years.We had an issue with our air conditioner and it was handled efficiently and economically. Since then we subscribed to their prepaid inspections semi-annually to inspect for problems and to maintain. The techs that have been servicing have not disappointed and were professional and very personable. Max just left today and he was thorough and explained the procedures he performed. We recommend NexGen highly.

    Jeff was great at diagnosing the issue and resolving quickly. I would highly recommend Nexgen. I use them for annual maintenance but my tenants had a problem with the thermostat, it was running the fan when it wasn't supposed to and Nexgen was able to fix it. They are reasonably priced and very thorough. Access to my unit was not easy but they figured it out.

    Price was better than two other competitors. The job was scoped and bid for what I needed, not an entire AC remodel.     Bryan came a little early than the scheduled time which was refreshing because most of the time the technician is always late. He explained everything why the heater is acting the way it is. So nice to find a company and it’s employees so honest and with integrity. He even help me put something up that I couldn’t do.     Top notch. My furnace was not working so I searched for HVAC companies serving my ZIP code (Laguna Niguel in South OC). The first company I called couldn't schedule within 24 hours and the second number was disconnected. Nextgen not only could schedule within a few hours but the reception team was courteous and professional. When my service rep, John, arrived on time he was clean, efficient and professional. He took the time to describe the nature of my problem (faulty gas line and memory board) and gave me a quote. The work proceeded with great care to protect my house floor (it was raining) and he even solicited the help and advice of one of the owners, Louis, who came. While the cost was somewhat substantial, nevertheless I am pleased at the work John completed and am confident in the outcome. I give my highest recommendation to Nexgen AC for their efficiency and customer service.p.s.John is a snowboarder and he SHREDS!

    They started with an inspection of my heating and air conditioning. I thought I only needed routine maintenance. Turns out my 26 year old heater and air conditioning system needed to be replaced. They sent an excellent project manager to get everything started.Over a period of 3 days my system was installed. The crew was very professional.I highly recommend this company.

    I have no hesitation to give NexGen Air Conditioning a five star rating and highly recommend this company for your air comfort needs.Due to the need of replacing our aging central AC system I contacted several air conditioning companies for advice. At the end, Nexgen had won our contract because of Gary Fisher, Nexgen’s project manager, gave me the impression that Nexgen would be the most knowledgeable and reliable company for the project. Gary suggested an appropriate system based on the size of our property and designated a short turnaround time. He was always punctual, professional, and thorough during the several meetings that we had. Nexgen uses Trane’s AC system which is rated number three by Consumer Report, and carrying a better than normal warranty. Their installation team was technically competent and knowledgeable. They suggested and installed two additional outlets and enlarged a ventilation port to balance the air flow for the new system. This modification hence eliminated some dead spots that the old system could not reach. The team worked professionally and efficiently, kept their paths covered each day and performed a thorough cleanup at the end. All the equipment and ventilation pipes in the attic were orderly suspended and allowed ample air flow. At the conclusion of the project, their Accounting department was also very flexible and accommodating. All and all, Nexgen is a fantastic company that I have had the pleasure to work with.

    I used Nexgen a few months ago and said I would definitely call them again if needed and I did. A decades old heater went out and it was finally time for a replacement. Jeff Larson showed-up and confirmed my assessment. Jeff quoted a great price and the installation was done the next day. Jeff and his crew did a great job with the installation and I am extremely happy with the new heater. They cleaned-up after the job was over and left the place immaculate. I can't recommend Nexgen enough and was impressed with how professionally Jeff Larson and the office staff handled the entire project. Bravo Jeff & Nexgen!

    I called Nexgen because the heater wasn't working. When Jeff Larson arrived and turned heater on, it worked just fine. He still took the time to see why it wouldn't work the night before. He was very professional and patient as I had no idea about certain things that can happen with the furnace. My family has used other companies in the past for our previous home and they were either rude or in a bad mood. I was happy with the service and will definitely use them again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks Jeff!

    NEXGEN really care about customer satisfaction.I called NEXGEN and talked with one of its salesman, Sean Norman. He was very accommodating, and I negotiated a pretty fair price on purchase and installation of a new TRANE HVAC system, 5 ton, a two stage heather (Model XL80) and one stage AC (Model XR16). Note that I was shopping for more than one year and I was not able to find any reasonable company, until NEXGEN. Sean scheduled installation very fast, on same day. The 3 technicians sent by NEXGEN worked fast, clearing all debris, and they were very courteous. It was a pleasure to talk with them and they answer patiently to all my questions. We had a glitch at the end to the fact that a wi-fi thermostat (Ecobee3 Lite per my request) was installed, but wired only for one stage heather. Therefore, my two stage heather was working only in one stage, the lower one. On the spot I did not figure out what was wrong, but I told them that the air blow was cold or warm only, but they assure me that it takes time to warm up. Anyhow, later on, chatting with Ecobee, I got confirmation that the reason for the Heather to work in only one stage was that the wire setup was incorrect. I was very disappointed, and I communicate that to my salesman. From that point, I was amazed by the higher customer services provided by this company. I had several people contacting me and asking me about my experience, my issues, and they scheduled immediately a technician to come over and fix the problem. A new technician, Raul, came over and worked diligently until he fixed the issue, and explained me how the two stage heather is working. Note that the 2nd stage heating is manufactured to kick in only when the elevation is 3 degrees or more. After couple days of research, I became accustomed with the thermostat features, and able to schedule complex comfort settings, the fan running schedule, features which you do not get from any single stage heather. All in all, I am very happy with NEXGEN and with my choice of TRANE two stage heather (Model XL80) and one stage AC (Model XR16).

    Nexgen did a great job installing my new HVAC. I called Nexgen to setup an appointment for a quote and Charlie, the sales guy was out at my house within 2 hrs. After a 20-30 min conversation about what I was looking to do, I was given a great price for exactly what I wanted. Charlie also offered me some great advice on energy and tax incentives. To my surprise, Charlie was able to schedule the install of my new system 2 days later. Wow!On Friday, a crew of 4 techs arrived at my house at 8am. They were nice, and respectful of my home and tried to be as clean and efficient as possible. After all, I was getting a whole new HVAC system and that is a lot of work. The crew finished about 7pm the same day. They went over and above on the install. They installed new electrical breakers, relocated my attic light so it offered more light, they replaced all but one of my ducts, built a new platform in the attic for the new system to sit on, installed a new attic access hatch which required some demo and framing, relocated where the new AC condensing unit would be in my back yard and installed a new disconnect box, replaced all vent grills and added a new NEST Pro controller upstairs (The new HVAC system is zoned so I needed an additional thermostat) There was only one hitch with the whole job and that was that the dampers for the zone control were wired backwards so the system thought that upstairs was downstairs and vice versa. So, the first night was a little rough, it was 80 deg upstairs and 68 deg. downstairs lol. I called Nexgen that evening and scheduled a tech to come back the next day. The tech was on time and quickly rewired the dampers. Problem solved. My system is AWESOME. On a side note, during my discussion with Charlie he had to call the owner to get approval on the negotiated price. The owner agreed but asked that I write a review. I said, no problem. I will give you guys a good review. He replied, no, I want an honest review. good or bad. Let me tell you, you will be hard pressed to find a business owner who wants a REAL review. I was impressed.     What a fabulous job the crew did at our home! We live in the High Desert area in Apple Valley. Our 12 year old heating system decided to give up the ghost and die during the Winter. In a panic, I hit the internet looking for an HVAC Contractor that could come out in a hurry. Nexgen contacted me and showed up quickly. The Technician diagnosed the problem, explained our options, and scheduled a Sales Person to discuss options and pricing. Surprisingly, the visit was rather painless. We settled on the unit and the price. The crew was onsite the next day. Nexgen provided ample labor to get the old unit out and the new unit installed in the same day. The crew was meticulous in keeping the inside areas as clean as possible. As a Construction Inspector in my regular occupation, I kept up with their progress rather closely. The work was performed in sequence and was performed professionally. At the end of the day, the unit functioned as expected. The crew picked up all of the materials and scrap. The affected areas in the home were cleaned up satisfactorily. The unit has performed flawlessly. Of course, it is a TRANE. As the old commercial tagline goes: ""Nothing can stop a TRANE!"" I will remix it and say: ""Nothing can stop Nexgen Air!""

    Not getting any air upstairs so it was recommended that I have someone diagnose the HVAC. Technician Dan R. came over and provided me with a thorough diagnosis. Furnace is 30+ years old, AC is 20 years old, Duct work in falling apart. Was given 3 options that I could choose to try to remedy the situation. I asked how much for a new system, so Dan called one of the Project Managers and Mario came over within an hour to explain 3 options to upgrade. Both very knowledgable, both very professional. Now I have to decide what to do. Fix an old system, replace or do without.

    Project Details - Replaced air conditioner and heater in my home and my moms home end to end. I waited 6 months after install ( as I want full value for my dollar and test it too ) to test their products before giving my review and it is the very least to say that this was one heck of a deal with truly professional service and top of the line products & parts used in the projects.Sales Interaction - Worked with Jeffrey Kieffer from start to finish. He was one of the most professional salesperson with no pushing for any product. He came as per our working schedule (as we work for a living) and spent time with us to satisfy all our questions. He was a very pleasant personality who had a lot of subject matter knowledge of air conditioning and he patiently cleared all our doubts & wrong ideas . He gave the best deal we could wish for. We signed for the deal and he promised truly a great experience in this project by NexGen.Work Interaction - Like a slick machine NexGen installation teams (Gustafo & Pablo & Mario) as leads) came to both our homes. All of a sudden we had all supporting staff & machinery to lift Air conditioner and heater to the right place in our home. They were very clean, professional and technical. The team leads gave us an estimate of time needed to complete install, setup the work area in a clean professional way to leave no debris and completed the work on time. They answered all my questions (code requirements etc) and I was very impressed on each activity of theirs. They checked all my plumbing and electric free of charge to ensure that nothing was out of code and have no effect on my new units being installed. Products used (Trane A/c and Heater) was installed and I was updated on each step. Bonus they installed a filter on my tankless water heater. They cleaned the place to ensure that no debris or dust was left behind. Initial air filters were installed and the addition (I paid) filters came via delivery from them. The office support staff (CeCe and Maria) were so professional, on time and proactive on notification that I was updated in right time frame for delivery. No wonder NexGen is such a slick operational team.Final thoughts - I will use them for any future Air Conditioning & heater efforts and am very impressed by their work product. I recommend them to all who want a stress less air conditioning and heating installed. Trust me after the install you would feel that every dollar spent was worth it and become the growing NexGen set of satisfied customers.     Great price, great service, clean, quick installation. Very professional company. I received a call a half hour before arrival to expect the installation crew. They put down heavy tarps before starting. For no extra charge they expanded the intakes. They also put sound proofing on the walls of the furnace closet so it's really quiet.They cleaned up the old AC spot before putting in the new one. Before they left they cleaned up everything. Very professional staff and process.I definitely recommend Nexgen.
