  I was calling around to look for a company that could service my air conditioning and heater and I happened to find Nexgen on Yelp. Claudia answered my phone call and she was so nice and so informative giving me all the detailed information of what a service contract would entail. I called around a little bit more and after careful thought I definitely called back nexgen and I am so pleased I did they were so great from setting the appointment to making sure to give a reminder call and once they were there servicing the air conditioning the service tech also called to tell me all the details of how the service went and any recommendations. This company goes above and beyond and now I see why they have high reviews. Definitely use this company for all your air conditioning and heating needs and their service contract is above and beyond all the other companies I called so I would use this company if you want the best service.

  Charlee and Armond’s teams did a fantastic and quick job of replacing my entire HVAC system, removing and hauling away my old systems, cleaned all my ducts, put new registers, provided same day service, and a long warranty, all for significantly less and with the top brand vs other quotes I received. No brainer to go with this company! They’re even working with a charity now that I told them about to provide free HVAC systems to disabled veterans.

  Impressive!Met with them on a Sunday and the entire job was done by Tuesday. Installers were very professional. Job turned out terrific and the AC unit works beautifully. I already recommended them to my sister, who used them for her house.

  My technician was Max Lopez. What a dedicated, compassionate, and delightful young man! Due to the association rules, Max had to make two trips to complete a diagnostic review of our air conditioning system. Very thorough workmanship! I would highly recommend Max and sincerely compliment him for his exemplary business acumen and interpersonal skills. Thank you, Max!

  I'm a huge fan of KFIAM640 John & Ken show. I heard about the company on the radio. I had NexGen come out and ""James"" was a real professional. He took pics of the old unit on top of my townhouse and explained to me what was going on. My wife and I are meeting with a sales rep. in the next few days to discuss our options.

  This company is amazing! They were able to qualify me for financing and install a better system at a much lower price than I had been quoted elsewhere. The front office person I dealt with, Jeff, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The installers were efficient and respectful of the house, and cleaned up completely before leaving. The company followed up to make sure I was satisfied. This is ""old school"" attention and service that is not always easy to find these days. I rarely write reviews on the internet. I made an exception for Nexgen. They are that good! John B

  Two guys came to my house. Very rude they yelled at my sister. Demanding answers to questions she didnt know. She was literally too scared to answer their questions. She began to cry after they left our home.. The Tech was fine the project Manager was out of control. In summary the call was extremely rude and disrespectful to my family and property. Based off this experience Will definitely not be using NexGen and will recommend my friends and family to stay away.

  Nexgen Air responded back promptly, provided immediate, excellent service, and had very reasonable costs. My technician, Ruben, went over each step with me and showed genuine concern for my needs. Nexgen serviced my air conditioner and water heater. They quoted me prices that were much more reasonable and lower than other companies for the same service. It's hard to find that level of honesty and integrity in most other companies. The manager, Scott, also wanted to ensure that I was highly satisfied with their service. Nexgen will be the only company I will go with in the future for my air conditioning and water heater repairs.

  Great service, very genuine, My electrician George was very informative and trough in diagnosing the issue with my AC unit. After discovering the issue, George provided a insight and different perspective in fixing the AC unit in repairing it and provided the expectations of what each repair will do. What was great about George was being very transparent and educational which I appreciated it and answered all my questions in how the AC unit works and gave me insight in what to look out for if the unit doesn’t work.

  The technician knew exactly what is going on minutes he got there. Apparently it is a common issue, a very quick fix. The cost of part and labor was $300. Upon reviewing the part cost online, it was essentially $250 for labor. I opted for compressor saver kit per recommendation. It was another $300 fix for another $250 of labor. Essentially the company was charging $500 for slightly less than 1 hr work. They fixed the issue right away and yes it was my choice to say yes or no on the fix but the cost left a bad taste in my mouth. I would recommend just paying for diagnostic of $68 and get a 2nd quote for parts and installation from another vendor can tough it out couple of more days.

  Great experience! Started with the project manager Louis Reveles who came and went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right company for the job. The install went great and I got to learn a lot from the install crew both personally and the step by step procedures to get the job done. Definitely exceeded my expectations with the end results.

  Well, where to begin. There customer service is awesome. The employeee they sent to do the job where, on time and made sure my house was clean after the job. The best thing I have to day the three employees that got sent to my house. They were very professional, clean, and respectful. Could not ask for a better service. Nexgen A+++ in my book.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about our maintenance service today with Jeff!From being greeted excitedly by a rescue dog of only 2 days (great advice was discussed) to the excellent service, information and tips I could not of been more impressed!   We purchased our system from Nexgen about three years ago. I was impressed by them then and am still so now (cost, installation labor and support). The two minor issues we've had (minor leaks - all under warranty) were immediately addressed by friendly, professional technicians. Joe serviced us this go around and was thoroughly experienced in troubleshooting the condition and fixed it after diagnosing the entire system. Seeing him work with the latest tools of the trade was enlightening. The wife is happy the air conditioning is back to its great performance levels and was happy during the winter time with the whole house heating. Nexgen Rocks!!!

  Warning, if good customer service is not expected shop somewhere else. Salesman Jeff is a bit pushy but knows his products really well and is easy to work with. Take your time deciding what is best for you. Overall, our experience was quite good. I highly recommend them and Trane.One year later and all is good. They called to schedule a no charge service. They were on time inspected everything to be certain the system was working correctly.

  We are very happy that we went with Nexgen air on our new HVAC system. We had gotten several estimates and decided to go with this company , they took care of business quickly and efficiently. First off David Huard came out on a Saturday gave us a great estimate on a complete central heating and air conditioning replacement , he was very knowledgeable gave us several options suggested relocating the furnace from a hallway closet to up in the attic. He came across as honest, professional and not pushy. As soon as we let him know we were going with Nexgen He got on the phone and called out a crew Javier, Hugo, and Chris. They removed everything that very afternoon!! They came out that following Monday first thing in morning and by the evening the system was up and running. I tried handing over the check a lil before they finished but they would not take it until everything was done, and i we knew how to run the system! I wondered about all the positive reviews this company got and if they were legitimate. I don't anymore these people don't mess around, they know what they are doing. We had a small issue with our old vents on Tuesday called customer services the nexgen crew was out there immediately and resolved the small yet important issue. So long story short Nexgen earned our business, and we strongly recommend them. Give them a shot you won't regret it.

  We were referred to Nexgen by a friend of ours and we are so pleased that we had them come out. I was able to make an appointment on short notice and Charlie Scott came out to see us. He really took the time to understand our needs and answer every question we had. His extensive knowledge of their products was very helpful in getting the system that fit our home at a price that was excellent. The crew came out quicker than expected and did an amazing job. They made sure that everything looked perfect and that our carpet and home didn’t get damaged in the process. I appreciate Travis, Randy and Armando’s attention to detail, especially while working in the heat of the day. Our new air system is working so well and I highly recommend Nexgen.

  This company is top notch. Our sales rep, Zach, was very knowledgable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted for the price range we were looking for. He helped guide us through the process in a simple, easy to understand way. The whole demo and install crew were courteous and friendly, not to mention they do amazingly efficient and high quality work. We had a full AC changeout, furnace relocation and ducting and insulation install done from start to finish in less than 2 days. Just in time to put the new AC to the test for this week’s heat wave. To top it off, we got free tickets from Susie for their amazing suite at Angel stadium. This company knows what they are doing, not just with their amazing AC services, but also with their advertising and customer service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

  Nexgen is an A+ company.this is a company that as a home owner you can trust 100%.Their technicians are polite ,expert, clean, honest and quick.Their price and serviceAre excellent. I have home warrenty insurance for my home but none of the companies that they sent to my home is as good as Nexgen.I am planning to buy their package for $15 a months. Our technician Chris was very nice and knowledgeable .I will use this company from now on for maintenance and repair of our central heat and AC and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.   We previously used Brody Heating and Air! No way again. They sent out everyone possible to charge us the most they could, escalating the issue to something that ultimately the same person could do for less money. Such a scam that company and the employees! Watch your valuables is all I have to say about that. If you want a good down-to-earth honest reputable company, call these guys. Chris was great, he answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable because he wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. He came out, he did the job that was asked (which was replacing the air filters) and that was it. really makes me wonder if I ever needed previous services that I've been charged for.

  Hot summer weekend and my A/C failed. To my surprise and relief they were able to schedule me in same day. Fixed my A/C in about an hour. Tech was excellent. Same day service and the job is done. Happy customer.

  Darren showed up on time...he was actually a cancellation from another customer--so we got lucky! He explained what he thought the issue was, checked outside for our main sewer line and went about cleaning our drain. He was fast, friendly and helpful. 5 stars.

  My Air Conditioning went out in the late evening. I called and asked if someone could come and take a look at it. Even though it was late, there was no after hours charge, not even a service call fee. Ruben was extremely professional, honest and informative about everything that he was doing. He fixed the problem faster than I could’ve ever hoped for. With it being so hot and humid right now, there was no way we would’ve been able to sleep without the air. He also informed me of other services that the company does, and I would definitely not hesitate to call them first to take advantage of these other services as well. Thank you so much Ruben for all of your help and being so friendly! I would recommend using this company to anyone.

  Nextgen Air Conditioning made my problems go away. The technician showed up right on time, ran a simple diagnostic on my AC unit and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I'm sure glad I found this company and I'll definitely use their service again should the need arise! For fast service at a reasonable price I highly recommend Nextgen Air Conditioning.   Chris the Project manager was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on what we needed and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. The install crew was awesome Hector and Andreas were very professional. The only thing that irked me was the dispatcher or person in charge of scheduling. I don't appreciate being lied to as to why the guys were not showing up as scheduled

  What a lovely experience from start to finish. Although Nexgen ended up not doing anything for our home they were wonderful to deal with. I had up to date information about when to expect our technician and as the window for his arrival was coming to a close, I got a phone call apologizing and giving me the new ETA because their guy's previous job ran later than expected.When George finally arrived at the newly promised time, he was very professional and more importantly super honest with us. We wanted a new thermostat but he flat out said it won't work with our HVAC system. He gave us options to consider but never made the visit a sales, which we really appreciated.Now that this experience is over and we contemplate a redo of our HVAC system, we pretty much know who to call.

  I was expecting a hard sell for replacing my expensive but relatively old A/C system, but NEXTGEN did not try to sell me a new system. They repaired my A/C for very little cost. The repairman was friendly, honest and clearly highly qualified. He found the cause of the malfunction and quickly repaired it. He also ran many tests after the A/C ran well to ensure it would continue to operate correctly. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repairs. They obviously are trustworthy and honest.

  We were looking for a local company to do a maintenance check on our A/C unit. Nexgen accommodated our schedules and were able to come in a few days.   This is a full service company with a very experienced and competent group of professionals that perform an excellent job at your home. They are punctual, organized, and very transparent in the numbers and bottom line. I had a full AC and heating unit installed, tankless water heater, water softener, and a full repiping done.   James was our tech. He's very friendly, knowledgeable tells you what's wrong, what he recommends but isn't pushy. Had him out to clean heater and a/c unit. Never before has a company brought out a vacuum or take pictures to show me. I recommend this company to anyone who need their a/c and or heater cleaned. They aleo do plumbing now.
