  This was my first time using NexGen and they completely blew me away with their knowledge, skills and efficiency.   Kitchen sink backed up, ran 50’ snake twice, clog would not clear so we chose Mini Hydro Jetter which cleared the line but clog was very stubborn.   CK came out to check why my heater stopped working. He was super kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. He figured that the problem and tested my unit a few times to make sure that it worked. He also went over with me preventive maintenance tips and made sure I was good with the service he provided! He is an absolute GEM!!!!

  I had an appointment with NexGen Gen and they were amazing, on point, on time, courteous, and very professional. Financially I'm not capable of doing the work, but it's not because they can't do it but because I cannot afford it right now.   The HVAC Technician Jose that came to my house was knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up after his inspection and offered he offered honest comments. No upselling!!! $40.00 to climb into the attic,open the furnace, he took pictures and videos and sent them to my email. Fantastic! Highly recommended.

  Had a great experience with this company replacing our water heater and furnace this week. Every one of the people we have dealt with has been pleasant, more than helpful, and knowledgeable.
