  A game of two halves The reason I ordered from Murphy's Outlet is their very competitive prices even, in most cases, beating Amazon. Ordering was easy and when I had cause to contact them I found the staff friendly. The reason for my low star rating is the poor service I received from the delivery company, FedEx. I felt the service from Murphy's Outlet was first class but as I see delivery as part of the service I had to give a low score. If this was a review to FedEx I would have only scored it one star

  Best Bang-for-your-Buck I purchased this X100V package to use for promotional activities within my company, such as product photography and videos for social media, and creating testimonial videos of clients we've served. The package arrived on time, and contained everything exactly as described. I love this camera/video setup, as it's simple and practical. The shoulder mount is a real life saver, and the Rode mic makes for great on board recording, no real need (so far) for external audio recording gear. No complaints.

  Had to cancel my order when finance company refused my application then they set me email one day later to say there was a mistake and now had been approved " Have no complaints about Murphy's but they ware let down badly by the finance company And lost my order as I went elsewhere the same day and got my goods Still give them a good marks as ware very apologetic when I rang and cancelled my order

  Great Value for a Semi-Professional Kit The Nikon D7500 produces excellent still images and video, and this lens kit plus all the extras Murphy's Outlet included are an excellent value. My only complaint is that the bag included is a bit small to hold the camera body, along with an assortment of lenses and accessories.

  Reasonable Service but with a Lack of Communication This is for a pre-order that was purchased with PayPal. In brief: - well packaged camera - prompt delivery within a few days (given it was a pre-order) - communication from staff was polite and they genuinely seemed to want to be helpful On the minus side: - no receipt on order (spam folder was checked) - did acknowledge the order when I contacted them but did not send out a detailed receipt for another 3 days (the morning it was due to arrive) - no confirmation that the camera had shipped (giving me a reduced opportunity to arrange to be in) - no tracking info provided Overall I feel more could have been communicated in advance around both the receipt of the order and the delivery.

  Fantastic Product and Excellent Service! My daughter is absolutely delighted with her Nikon D5600 camera and I'm delighted with the service I got from Murphy's. The product was shipped the same day I ordered it and it arrived in plenty of time for my daughter's trip. While other places offered the camera for the same price, these chaps included a memory card, two extra batteries, a second charger and a 16GB memory card to boot! Also, I was able to purchase the same two-year protection package for less when buying through Murphy's. Thanks Murphy's Outlet - you've done it again!

  I don't usually write reviews for anything, but I was honestly so satisfied that I felt the need to. I'm extremely happy with my camera and there were no problems with Murphy's Outlet! Ordered a Canon 6d mark ii in hopes that it would be here by Saturday for a product photography and it came in on Friday, just as they said! To be honest, I was a little hesitant after reading previous reviews but the process was so smooth, I just wanted to leave this review here. Would definitely buy from this website again :)

  I'm a film student just now acquiring my film equipment for school. I pre-ordered this X-pro 2 camera and received the two I ordered and immediately had to start shooting a music video for a band. Fabulous service and advice , can’t Recommend these guys enough, I have purchased quite a few items lately , and have had all the help and after care that is second to none.   Gift vouchers I ordered gift vouchers for my husband for his birthday. I never received them and when I called them to enquire they said my order was put on hold by mistake.   Does the job very well, four stars for price My BELOVED Nikon SB-800 died after eleven years of (amateur) use. Even with all the criticisms I've read on line I went for the SB-900. Does the job very well. The only reason for only four stars is the price (Nikon's fault, not Murphy's Outlet's). Murphy's Outlet's service was, as always, five star. -!-

  An outstanding 5 star retail experience! I traded in a Nikon D3600 in part exchange for a Fujifilm X-S10. The whole process could not have been easier! Having agreed to a conditional valuation, posted it and received confirmation of safe receipt the next day. The original (very fair) valuation was confirmed the following day and I was able to finalize the deal by phone and duly received the very well-packaged camera the following day. At every stage of this transaction, I felt very totally looked after and was gratified by the patience and in-depth knowledge of every person I spoke to at Murphy's Outlet. Even during this second lockdown, the whole process was seamless and very stress free. I got exactly the spec of X-S10 I wanted (ex-stock) and I could hardly believe how speedy the cheerful, helpful service was! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality retail experience at very competitive prices!

  Best Camera Outlet Ever! I wanted to buy the Canon EOS 80D body only which Murphy's Outlet didn't sell. I went on a search but after looking for days I came back to Murphy's Outlet and only wanted to deal with them even if I didn't need another 18-55 lens. I've bought other cameras and several lens from them and found the service and advice to be the best. I trust them and know I will always get the best. I feel like they are friends and know they will take care of any camera needs I might have. Always 5 stars in my book.

  Great customer service from start to finish. I was looking to upgrade my old Canon camera kit and decided to purchase the Canon 5D Mark IV camera. They had Best possible price given, way cheaper than their competitors. And also given a 3 year warranty on the camera body for free. I'll definitely be using them again for my photography needs and highly recommending them to my friends and family.

  great service from the online team. the shipping was a little slow though. i ended up getting accessories from the Murphy's Outlet store and the guy there was super helpful on binding to make sure my warranty and after care was taken care of. this would not have happened if i just got it from the online store. there is an advantage to buying in store over the internet for first time drone purchasers. overall Murphy's Outlet has been great to deal with.

  Helpful staff but terrible experience with product. I doubt I'll be buying a Pentax product again. This is probably not a Pentax authorized Store issue but more directly a binocular. My Pentax 8x40 PCF WP Binocular wouldn't pair because the accessory included was wrong and not branded. The instructions supplied by Murphy's OUTLET was to use binos to observe Eagles in Colorado Springs, but this wasn't possible as that option wasn't available. I eventually found a 'hack' to alter the edges to get it to work. It shouldn't be this hard!!

  Nothing to Complain About. Let's see ... brand new APS-C in a real, gold Panasonic box. Lumix DC-GH5. Quick delivery. And (drum roll) ... no sales tax when shipped out of the NY area. This was the feature that sold me. Murphy's Outlet's price was the same as Amazon and Best Buy, and I could have picked it up at Best Buy the same day I ordered it. But ... sales tax. Another $100 in tax. No thanks. I can wait and use the extra money for a lens. Yes, the camera is wonderful, but you can read about that on Google or panasonic.com. This review is about Murphy's Cameras.

  Murphy's Outlet has terrible systems and the staff are a bit of mixed bag but generally they do good deals. If you want to order something be prepared to wait as no matter how good the staff are they are limited by slow computers and have to resort to using their own public website for some functions. Product knowledge of staff is good and most are friendly, sadly I have met some who have handled me like a chore rather than a customer.

  Easy to Use, beginner Telescope This super light weight, easy to use telescope is perfect for the casual night sky observer.   I purchased a Nikon Z fc camera from Murphy's Outlet. Excellent Service (as always) with excellent gears at a competitive price. This has to be the best mirrorless Retro Camera on the market. Very lightweight and a good choice of lenses available with the innovative FTZ Mount Adapter. Items were fully insured to delivery address. Well packaged and nice people to deal with. Thanks

  I Placed an order for a Canon 35mm lens on 25 Sept which was a Saturday and I received It on 28 via UPS, I was more impressed with the quality pictures I got out of this lens. I was able to shoot all my Decorations and details shots at weddings. I got Great customer service, all my inquiries were answered within 12 hours in a courteous, professional manner…thank you Andrew!

  I’ve never purchased a Canon 90D camera cheaper than a well known high street store. Murphy's camera was the cheapest online. The camera is brand new product, boxed, sealed and the only difference is that the battery charger is supplied with a small adaptor to suit. I ordered on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday. I highly recommend them

  This place is absolutely amazing!! They have a great selection of new and used cameras and lens. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. My sale person Andrew was professional and help me pick out a Canon RP camera. The camera takes great shots of my family, friends, vacations and special events.   I went in to check out a Hasselblad 21mm lens I saw online and the two salesmen that helped me were patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable. I decided against the used lens and they were happy to show me other lenses, they even opened up new boxes and let me test the lens before deciding. This is my second purchase and it certainly will not be my last!

  I Ordered a Sony a6400. The camera Arrived as stated on their email confirmation within 4 working days. I Collected It direct from their Depot yesterday. Very happy with the lens and excellent customer service from Luke. Will check their website regularly in the future as prices very competitive.

  Very impressed with the service I received. From placing the order to the package being delivered as promised things went really smoothly. The Camera packaging was environmentally friendly and the Camera was exactly as described and arrived in pristine condition.   I've been meaning to write this for awhile but I was out for a hike today and my lens reminded me of the great services I received. I went in a week ago to pick out a new lens for my Canon 90D camera and took some interest on some bags. I ended up being helped by Andrew. He was really helpful and super friendly even though he was busy. I have to say that their bag collection is extensive! I had no idea they had so much gear. Anyway, Will definitely be back.

  I was able to Drop some Film for development and was in and out. The staff was nice and the turn around on film development was pretty quick. I was sent a drop box link via email for digital files, and if interested you can come back in (or call?) to request printed copies. Super easy, and pretty affordable. I want to look into purchasing a point and shoot camera and may come in for some advice from the experts.

  These guys rock. They were helpful and friendly and answered my questions thoroughly, offering recommendations that suited my needs. I called to ask if they carried a certain digital camera and they suggested a Fuji X100V camera. I have been in the market for a higher quality. something with a small, discreet profile that I can just grab and go. Mainly for trips / vacations or family gatherings where it is just not convenient to bring along all my gear.. The Fuji x100v fits my professional needs perfectly. Strongly recommend them for any Photo/video equipment.

  Excellent service, good contact by email and a phone call to inform me of my Sennheiser ME 2-II Mic dispatch with next day delivery which arrived promptly. The mic was as described was well packaged and the one year warranty provides peace of mind. This is the third item I have purchased from them with great service and good value at all times.   This place is awesome. I have an old Pentax K-3 III camera that I hadn't used in years and I took it in to have them check it out and make sure it was still in good condition. They were super fast and nice and also gave me a free lesson on how to use it since it had been so long I forgot. Thank You.

  Very good selection of cameras to choose from and detailed information about each. Their articles about a variety of topics are a good starting point on understanding what you're getting into. I've only used the advisor service once but it was very helpful. Shipping is quick and efficient. The Sony HXR-NX100 camcorder I have purchased has always arrived with no damage and no problems. Small thing but also appreciate that they use biodegradable packing peanuts. The rewards points are another nice perk. I will definitely come back whenever i need equipment.

The product I received was above what I expected... your photos and descriptions were accurate, but at times you can't judge the dependability of something until you have it in your hands. Davis & Sanford makes a very good product and I'm totally satisfied with my Davis & Sanford V9 Traverse Pro Monopod.   Panasonic AG-UX180 a great choice for church livestreaming!! We purchased this camera for a church livestreaming set-up. It is very easy to use and has a great picture. Very good camera, excellent 4k image, we work the three cameras in production by SDI and the image is perfect. All the other equipment that came with our order was also of great quality. I was very satisfied with the excellent salesman who helped put the order together! He was very knowledgeable about the products we needed. Thank you dry much! You are a great company.

  Nikon D850 As an upgrade from a D600, this camera delivers on all that I expected. I won't repeat everything that others have already mentioned, only to say that I am extremely happy with this purchase. The added hard drive, memory card, and MB-D18 are just icing on a well prepared cake. Kudos to both Nikon and Murphy's OUTLET. hanks Murphy's OUTLET for always getting my order to me promptly and having the gear I need!
