    I love all of the features Monday.com can do. It has and will continue to simply all of our workflows and keep everyone accountable and on time. The variety of ways to view different aspects of the data is second to none. The support team is there to help and very friendly. My only 4 out of 5 is the setup is quite difficult due to the fact that it is completely customizable. Getting started was lenghtly and a bit frustrating but the program is exceptional.

    Super frustrated with the support - we stopped emailing support because it was so counterproductive and questions never got answered. You also took away my workspace navigation bubbles and I will never forgive you for that. It takes twice as long now to navigate between workspaces and I really despise that. If we hadn't invested so much time in Monday .com I would move to a different system. Too much time wasted with stupid snowmen and skier and reindeer gifs instead of on important glitches like random duplications and files missing or inconsistent. All of my issues I have tried to address with support only to give up because of all the roadblocks. When someone spends this much on a product, just get a person in touch with them and stop all the other BS. Lots of other issues, but I don't have time

    Monday.com has been fantastic for us, especially when we run into things that we need help with, they are always ready to help. I personally LOVE the dashboards in our Monday account where I can see our KPI's at a glance, and they are so customizable, I can see exactly what I need at any given time.

    I believe that Monday is a very complete tool that has allowed me, in general, to be more efficient on a daily basis. The fact that each of us can create our own templates regarding our necessities makes it so personal.     It's good and it has really improved communication amongst our team. Im sure with time I will appreciate it a lot more. As of right now I don't feel it's very lodging (hospitality) friendly, you can do a lot of the stuff on excel. With that said Monday makes data look cleaner and more professional.     Monday has helped us stay on top of tasks and get organized. It has helped me keep track of what my team is working on and their progress. We have stopped "reporting" what we are working on and the progress in meetings because we already know through Monday. Now we use that meeting time for "real" action not just reporting. The best part is that it is so easy and intuitive to use. My team and I were able to jump right in and start using it immediately without a long complicated learning process. Their templates are wonderful and very helpful. While we are still learning about all of it capabilities, we love what we are able to do now. It is so easy to start using in an effective way and continue to learn as you go.

    It's a great tool. We are using for hotel management. Trust me as an AGM at a property with no sales manager Monday has saved my life. I didn't give it 5 stars just because I feel like it's not designed to be a hotel management tool. It is customizable and you can design it to do what you want it to do with a silique design and powerful automations. But someone well versed in Excel could make a spreadsheet. That does the same thing. Non the less I like the how easy it is to share and make sure everyone is looking at the most up to date status. I am new to Monday; I may come back and post another review once I get to experience it more.

    Overall pretty good, with some room for improvement. Setting up a workflow is relatively easy, but it does take a little bit how to fit an existing workflow into Monday.com. There are also currently some minor issues when making changes on a board at the same time with a team. Your view can reset when someone re-organizes a line item or moves a line item to another board. For example, you have a bunch of task items expanded to make additions, but then someone moves one of those items to a new board. All the expanded items collapse, which can can be momentarily unnerving. Workable, but unnerving if you were unaware that someone was actively working on the board at the same time. My suggestion would be for Monday to show active editors and what part of the board they are currently editing, similar to how Google Docs or Google sheets show the lines or cels a team member is actively editing. Also, it might be helpful to have some sort of optional wizard to guide a manager through thinking through the workflow elements that they would want or need to set up. I realize that there are ton of different workflow situations, however, much like turbo tax the wizard would guide a customer through the different workflow elements they would like to setup. Just an idea. Overall, Monday.com works great.

    First I would like to say Monday.com is a great organizational tool that brings my small team together on a daily basis. It allows us to all stay informed and current on the day to day activities of our job goals. It is also fun, we appreciate the features like GIF's and the ability to use emoticons to communicate in a text world where emotion can be dry if read alone. We use Monday to keep our team coordinated and it allows the front line employees some input and gives them a sense of responsibility for their work. I like that we are able to all reach out to each other instantly and the updates are instant as well. Internet connection is a must, we would like to see a cookie based program where updates are held in a queue until internet connection is re-established as our team uses the software in some remote areas that have poor cellular connection.

    I love Monday.com! I cannot imagine working without a project management system. I love the sorting function for the columns and the search function as well. I appreciate they are always looking to add new solutions to the service portfolio. I wish there was a way to bring in dates from columns into the calendar with the column header rather than the item view. We were able to get some of our clients moved over to start using Monday.com as well.

    I found monday.com while I was managing a high rise condominium several years ago and found it to be extremely useful for both project management and for communicating with the maintenance department. When I changed jobs and started to work from home I was conversing with our CFO who stated that we needed a way to track tasks and communicate progress; monday.com immediately came to mind. I created a basic task board and sent it to him for his thoughts and he loved it! He loves the option to view the tasks and projects in a variety of ways, that we can assign roles and document progress, and most importantly from his perspective...the price! We've been using it for several month now and it has been fantastic. I strongly encourage everyone to give monday.com a try!

    I was deciding between Asana and Monday.com and ultimately picked Monday.com. I went through a number of online reviews and the one that sold me was that it is more intuitive to use (Apple vs Android). I can say after using it with my team for over a month that this is true.     Everything about this program is exactly what we had hoped for with exception of time tracking and any kind of live support. There is no way to call or chat online. Sometimes you just want to work through an issue and back and forth on email slows that down. We have a creative agency, so being able to track time across multiple clients and run reports is mission critical for us. After multiple emails and searching online, we ended up having to use Harvest for a time tracker. If time tracking is not essential to your business, this software cannot be beat!

    Monday.com helps keep me organized with my different clients in terms of getting them live and using our software. At my company, we use Monday to manage the statuses of our clients and to check off our big “to do” items with each clients so that nothing gets missed. Monday is extremely user friendly. For me personally, I was able to figure it out myself the first time using it! I find it to be very intuitive!     I manage training & systems for a small, family-owned hospitality staffing business. Prior to adopting Monday.com as our primary work-flow tool, too many data items in our scheduling process were getting "misplaced" in our mainly verbal communications. Monday.com has rapidly and clearly allowed me to create colorful, widely customizable boards in which our small office team (me plus two) can document employee contacts, monitor steps in a variety of projects and much more. In early 2022, we are embarking on an additional direction for our company - one which will require a CRM. Great news for us - we don't need to seek and purchase another tool for this as Monday.com will be excellent for the general pipeline management which I will soon oversee. Monday.com fills multiple needs for us and it solves a number of problems for me. I am grateful that we found and are continuing to expand how we use this outstanding tool!

    I tried some other CRM’s and they were complicated hard to understand and wanted to charge crazy amounts for service plus setup. Monday CRM is east to use, has allowed me to scale my business, has great support, and lots of videos to show you exactly how to do anything yourself (or your assistant)! At first I was lost in the sauce then support sent me some videos that made it all make sense now I have several boards and workspaces functioning to scale and organize my business from customer to employees to vendors. And the option to use a template board or build your own, love it. And the option to use pre-made automations or create your own, love it. There are so many other features it’s just well worth it and the VALUE as a business owner that’s important to me.

    Monday is the best if you want to organize your work and build your team with the best tools for your missions. the best about this application is you can work from your phone and your computer, both ways are perfect and it comes with simple from the end so you can easily teach your team how to use it. the other great thing about this application you can follow up with your team and add mission on their calls so you don't need to call them and text them anymore. we have been using this app for 3 months and I believe we will keep using it for our company.     I could not be happier with Monday.com. As someone who gets ridiculously excited by organization, Monday.com took my work organization to a whole new level.     Monday.com has been a blessing for my company. We have so many pieces that make us a whole that so many little tasks slip through our fingers. We joined Monday.com in November of 2021 and it has helped us get so in shape, we found items from 2019 still unfinished!! I could not have found a better place to not only get our ideas down, but now have the ability to EASILY follow everything too beginning to end... It is just too incredible to pass up!

    Over all, Monday.com is pretty great. extremely flexible and can be setup in pretty much any way to fit an existing workflow. However, we did have a couple of issues. We're a video production company and our company's workflow seemed to take a while to set up. I'm not sure if our pipeline is incredibly unique, but setting up the workflow didn't feel intuitive at first, and we had to get little creative. Monday.com is great for doing this, though! Also, when multiple team members are working on a board, and a team member makes a change to items on the board, the other member's view seems to reset (collapsing all the expanded list items, for example). Not a huge deal, if you know that someone is making changes to the board you're currently working on. It gave one of our team members a frustrating WTF moment, but we got it figured out. Something that would be incredibly helpful would be to have some sort of indicator in the user interface that would show which team members are actively working on a board, not just who is added to it, with another indicator as to what they're specifically working on/editing. For example, indicators that serve a similar purpose to the colored indicators in Google Docs and Google Sheets which show what a team member is currently editing. That's it. Over-all Monday.com is pretty great.

    The experience I had with monday.com was great and fell short simultaneously. It was great because of all the features that the software has for business, which helps reduce the number of repetitive steps that an organization must repeat and in its daily operations. The automations were the best part, as they were customizable according to what was important to our company. I also love how easy it was to customize a Projects or a board according to the work flow that occurred in our business. Where it fell short was that the use of monday.com is not really conducive to a small business that doesn’t have one person completely dedicated to the software. If everyone is busy with daily operations it’s very difficult for us to integrate monday.com into our pattern of daily habits. The other place where I fell short was the daily list of things to do. It is quite cumbersome to change your list of things to do on a daily basis when you’re on the go and outs in the real world without much time to sit and stare in front of your phone and or computer. All in all, Monday.com is a great project management tool that I would recommend to any company that has the time, resources and energy to stick it through to adoption and further.

    My experience has been amazing. Fast response from the support team when glitches occur (which are minimal). The Reps I have worked with have been exceptional. They are knowledgeable about the product and if they did not know the answer to the question, they engaged someone who had the answer or a viable solution until an answer could be obtained.

    I like that Monday.com is able to hold my projects. The line-items that I can put in Monday.com can be as detailed as I want and that's the biggest advantage of this platform. However, many of the multiple dashboard functions (using which you can see multiple projects at once) do not work for more than 20 projects. That works only for a small company.

    We are a small non-profit, and fell into the trap of everyone doing their own work, but no one else knowing what they're doing. Monday.com allowed us to dump all our projects into one space, and allowed everyone to keep tabs on different parts of projects! It streamlined project work flow and got rid of back-and-forth emails!

    Enjoy how Monday.com looks. There are still some issues I face trying to use Monday.com. I am still a novice on the system so there probably a way to do the task I need but I haven't found it yet. The integration system is still difficult to understand and trying to use Zapier with Monday.com. I would put a 5 star if Monday would either help guide or make it easier to link Google sheet with Monday Boards.
