  Monday.com has transformed our business. As a small business, we have to carefully guard the time spent on administrative work. Other solutions we've tried, such as Dropbox Paper and Target Process, we good in some ways but deficient in key areas. Monday.com has excelled as an easy-to-implement, comprehensive solution covering multiple business needs. We started off implementing Monday.com for client project management, and it grew from there (We had abandoned Target Process years ago and hadn't found a great solution till now). Very quickly we found Monday.com worked perfectly for internal task management as well (No more reliance on yellow notepads!). Not long after that, we switched our Dev Team's sprint planning over to Monday.com, and recently we switched our CRM over from HubSpot. With the addition of Docs in Monday.com and the continued feature development therein, we are now transitioning all our knowledge management from Dropbox Paper. Like it's name, Monday.com is simple. The ability to start small and add modules later was painless. Other solutions seem either disorganized or far too narrowly structured for one use, but somehow Monday.com is neither. They truly think outside the box and know how to apply basic concepts to solve innumerable different use cases. I don't worry about deadlines anymore. I don't worry about forgetting miscellaneous tasks. I have visibility across teams in one place. I sleep better at night thanks to Monday.com

  I used to use a competing product, and still do when my clients are subscribers. But for my own personal and business use, I've found that Monday.com is a much better product. There's more flexibility with columns, the colors are more vibrant, the design is sleeker, the ability to move items is easier, action icons are more sensibly located, etc. It's all the little things that make it so much easier to stay organized and therefore, save time. I love Monday.com and highly recommend it. Only giving it 4 stars because the dashboards might not be able to do what I want -- or perhaps I need more training.

  Monday is a good tool for project management. I use it with a small team in a nonprofit organization that is just starting to adopt a project management culture to keep track of about 20 different projects. It is generally easy to use. There have been some things I have wanted it to do for me and after chatting with support, have discovered it's not possible, so I have had to find workarounds. They do make regular improvements which is good, and the support team is very responsive. I would recommend it, especially to a team that is just learning how lean into project management discipline.

  I had been using Monday.com at my last job (in the private sector) and really loved it. Now working for a non-profit that does a lot of project-based work, I thought it would be a great tool to keep everyone on task and on the same page. The adoption by our staff has been quick and enthusiastic and people are very quickly tailoring workspaces and boards to meet the needs of their individual teams and projects. Our Executive Director also has me working on building something that will allow everyone to see at-a-glance everything that we are working on. Monday.com of course has that capability (because is there anything you can't do on Monday.com? I don't think so) and it'll be great for everyone to really be able to grasp the true scope of our work in Suicide Prevention. As a non-profit we have to be very careful about where we spend our budget and so we are incredibly grateful to Monday.com's non-profit plan. It made choosing to sign up a no-brainer. The process is so simple for such a generous offer.

  I do enjoy using it has been very helpful in organizing client, job. Wouild like to see more wdgets that are Mac friendly, Calendar, Contacts Notes, Mail. More integration with Adobe Pro, Also Integration with Sage 50 Accounting. I would like to see a better form widget. Would like to print line items to Word or Adobe Having multiple sub menu. With ability to move to different Workspace without loosing the data. I also would like to be able to individual seat after you by 5. I need 3 more seat but my next option is 10 and don't need the extra seat at this point.

  At work, we started to use Monday in décember and we wouldn't live without it anymore! It's very simple to use, instictive and visually very appealling. But I do have some improvements to suggest: French support (I received this survey in English, and it's ok because I can communicate, but not all of my colleagues.) We would like to be able to move items in "My work" in a day according to our priorities. I also have problems with the automations more specificaly with recurring tasks that do not appear in my work or where I programmed them. The task appear sometimes too late (not according to the date programmed). Do not hesitate to communicate with me in French if possible. Thank you!

  There is a lot of functionality available with the platform. We use it to manage research projects, recruitment, grant tracking, and operations. There are a few restrictions we'd like to see adjusted and Gantt charts that could be exported as PDFs but other than that the platform has really helped to streamline our workflows.

  Very useful to keep all projects and to-do's organized for my team. It is also a great tool for ensuring that projects requiring cross-collaboration between teams are on the right track as each member involved can track and update each other's progress. One thing that I think can be improved on is that currently, Monday does not allow me to create different column names for each table within a board as well as for sub-tables. It must all be the same throughout each board so it's not as flexible in that aspect. Overall, it's a great product and has greatly increase the efficiency and performance tracking the progress of projects as well as collaboration between team members.

  Monday.com is an excellent tool to organize company plans, work and facilitate teamwork. It is flexible, so you can adapt any of their templates to your needs or create your own. We started with Monday.com to facilitate the information flow among our team members, having all process updates in one place. The automation and integration feature is awesome and it works easily together with MS Teams and Outlook at least. I could upload a huge spreadsheet directly to Monday.com during the transition to this new tool. We have also been using the timing feature to control and plan maintenance activities. And I am sure there are a lot more to explore, as I could see. Definitely a very good investment!

  I first used Monday.com in my previous career in office management. I found the learning curve to be a bit steep, but it was well worth it for the benefits of this robust platform. I think Monday.com can be quite intimidating at first, especially for people who aren't computer savvy. Once someone has learned it though, it is very useful and will definitely help keep you on track! I definitely recommend Monday.com.

  Working remotely presented a significant challenge - add online school and working all hours with collaboration being key, and we needed a better solution than online file sharing and emails. monday.com has given our team the ability to work together, ask questions, assign work, and to really be on the same page, both figuratively and literally.   Monday.com has been a tremendous benefit to our department. Before, we relied on email and spreadsheets to keep projects on track, which greatly limited our capacities and often led to confusion. With the Monday.com solution, we not only have visibility to the breadth of our projects, but we also have the ability to view project status in real time. Beyond project management, Monday.com has also assisted our team in building a ticketing system using the functionality of the built-in form feature. Field-based users without access to Monday.com can submit tickets via a simple website portal. These entries automatically populate in a Monday.com board, create notifications, and assignments. It's truly a worthwhile tool for any project-focused team.

  A useful tool for managing projects and one that we find ourselves using increasingly. Monday could be greatly improved by offering additional levels of task breakdown (i.e. multiple levels of sub-task) and simpler, more effective grouping and summarizing of boards into higher level boards (so that repetition/duplication can be avoided) but overall a good (but not perfect) solution.

  Great CRM. No frills at all, very straight to the point and fluid. My small business was using Sales Force for a year and it had a bunch of extra stuff that we did not need and the price was ridiculous. Monday is affordable and efficient. Definitely recommend!

  As far as CRMs go, I have used MANY! Salesforce, Zoho, Streak, among others. Monday.com has unparalleled versatility and customizations which is fantastic, plus all the integrations make it exceptional. I am a Monday.com Convert and it works particularly well for our recruitment process.

  Monday.com has a been a great tool for our company. Our operations and engineering departments are more organized than ever. Project management and tracking is extremely efficient. Biggest challenge was getting everyone, including some employees less experienced with technology, to use it. Once everyone was on board, the improvements to our business came quickly.

  I have been working in Monday for over 2.5 years. I have worked with about 50 businesses using the platform and I use it myself. It is a tool that is constantly improving and working on updates to bring more value to its users. It's flexibility allows it to be used across so many different use cases. I have tried other project management type software and have found for me personally Monday is the best.

  Love this tool. It really streamlines our work flow and makes it so much easier to keep track of things. The automations are also super handy especially for sending specific people notifications. If I could suggest one thing for improvement would be to have an option to be able to add single paid users onto a plan instead of groups of 10... But other than that Monday is awesome. I really like using it. (I loved the little winter animations when you select the green status button btw).

  I was introduced to Monday.com by my manager as a tool that our team could utilize for project, task, assignments, etc. By updating the tool, information would be visible to the entire team, we would therefore have a view into the status of projects without the need to reach out to someone, In other words, information is right at ones finger pins. Monday.com serves as the ideal tool for remainders and status checks. It has become my new everyday work tool. Monday.com is always open on my computer.   Monday is a fantastic service for project management. I really appreciate the automations between all of the boards, widgets, and workspaces. Managing accounts is much easier in Monday than a Google Sheet. The only concerns that I have are difficulties with boards loading. Sometimes boards/widgets do not load appropriately and it confuses the user if they are in the correct area. Other than that, it is super beneficial!

  Very happy, does exactly what I need it to do. Great tool to connect people and service partners outside my organization. Had a couple questions and had a great experience with the support people, they offer good solution's and work arounds to allow me to get the result I was looking for.   As with any project management app there will be limitations on customizations because of the inherently messy nature of some projects, but I think Monday does a solid job of striking the balance between usability and customization. I manage a project within a small team, but setting up automations and mirroring pages are two awesome things that were a huge step up from Asana.

  Monday.com has been a fantastic way of keeping our teams organized across the country. We are able to share ideas more freely and keep connected at a time where it's of most importance. There are minor issues like time/lags when pulling up reports in the Manger section. There have been minor setbacks that have not affected workflow dramatically. For example, yesterday everyone was logged out of their account and some forget their login info so they just reset their passwords. There was an issue last fall where the processes set up were not functioning properly. We had work arounds so that was fine. All in all, it's been a very useful product and we have definitely benefited by having this service. Thank you.

  I absolutely LOVE monday.com!!! It has been a game-changer for us to manage projects and keep track of sales numbers. It is user-friendly and the possibilities on how to use it are endless. We work in real estate so it adapts very well to our ever-changing world. The only reason I have not given it a five-star rating is because I wish it had a phone line to call and work through a question/problem. Instead, it can take an entire day or two to work through an issue as I wait for a response to my email. Also, it is very disappointing how to deal with repeating daily/weekly/monthly tasks. It took me almost an entire week to work through something so basic.

  The flexibility to create workspaces that reflect your business processes and management made our remote office more productive from day one. If you aren't sure where to start you can begin with templates that are able to be modified to suit your teams' needs.   Had tried many other platforms to help with task and project management but none I could really stick to. My favorite thing about monday.com is that the templates reflect how my mind is organizing and tracking information already. It gives me and my team a representation of what everyone needs to know. Status updates are more efficient, roadmaps are clearly presented, and tracking across teams has become baked into our day-to-day, rather than yet another to-do to write down. Love it!

  We have been using Monday for about 1 year. Primarily we use it to track the business activity we are doing with our customer base. Through the deals pipeline we track jobs we have quoted broken down by category, Contracts won, Contracts completed and jobs lost. This is a tremendous help in helping us to follow up, track and understand where our business is going. The dashboard tells us in a instant what the totals are for all of the categories. Our next step with monday will be setting up our operations activity. Assigning jobs, progress on work, follow up on job site activity, deliveries, schedules etc. Very excited about the next steps. Highly recommend the Monday app to any business looking to streamline the information flow.

  Monday.com has been great to use with my team for our pipeline as well as lead generation. It keeps us all well organized and up to date whenever where ever. The mobile app really assists in that especially. I would definitely recommend it!
