  I like Monday.com. The flexibility with automations is great, but I do still see room for even more improvement and flexibility in this area. The system (in the past 2 or 3 months) has gotten a bit more glitchy than usual. It still works well (which is why I gave it 5 stars) and I will continue to recommend Monday.com to my clients, but the technical glitches sometimes causes things to take a little longer to execute. Hands down though, monday.com has the best customer service I have ever experienced consistently from one company. The response times are usually very quick, the answers are thorough and helpful and all of this takes place without ever having to hold the line for a phone call. The reps have never made it seem like a question was too big or too small. KUDOS to monday.com customer service team, and Sales rep Chris King for selling us on this tool earlier in the year.

  Overall Monday.com is a great project/task management tool. The UI is very colorful and aesthetically pleasing once you input some of your work/projects. Admittedly there is a bit of a learning curve when you start using the tool. At first all of the different features and the dynamics of the site can seem overwhelming, but once you get a hang of it, it’s a nice tool to use! I would definitely recommend watching a few of the tutorials before diving it, that way it’ll be less intimidating.

  Monday.com really helped our team organize, prioritize, and follow up on tasks! Now that our managers can assign tasks to specific individuals and set expectations in terms of timing and priority, everyone is clear on expectations and how to best use their time. Monday.com has eliminated the confusion of "I thought YOU were working on that" with everyone pointing fingers at a different individual. It has also helped everyone keep track of the progress on long-term projects as well as helping us manage recurring tasks. Things no longer slip through the cracks now that Monday.com keeps us on track. Thank you so much for helping us succeed!

  I took a few tutorials but then just dove in. Very easy to learn on the go! Giving permission for clients to see visual progress and things we need from them is invaluable. The permissions for specific employees also make it useful for all teams, yet still, protect certain information. Highly recommend the product even for small businesses.

  It is an excellent, versatile tool that allows to organize your projects and work in collaboration with your team. I wish I could use more features, but I am still getting to know it and work around it.   Monday.com is exceptionally easy to use and has been incredibly helpful in managing multi-departmental projects. The only thing that would make it better is an option for all members of the team to receive email updates when changes are made instead of having to be @mentioned each time.

  Being set up with the task to set up a CRM to track sales and leads for our Account Representatives seemed daunting but Monday.com made the transaction seamless. The online help, drop and paste fields and pre-made templets made it possible to set up the software tailored to our Logistic company with no developer skills. For the ease and affordability I would give Monday.com 5 stars.

  I enjoy the ease of being reminded of multiple tasks so I don't have to try to keep up with my sticky notes, etc. It also keeps me posted on what my co-workers may have done on the same task so we aren't wasting our time duplicating the same steps.I could get overwhelmed easily if I didn't have a place to put the various moving parts of my daily duties.

  Great platform to keep folks in your team up-to-date on what you're working on. Works very well as a lite version of Jira or Confluence, where you can quickly create and assign projects with notes and descriptions. I would recommend it to any team that does not already have a method of tracking current projects/issues.

  Out of all of the project management programs monday.com is the easiest to use. Very user friendly! Monday.com can be used for very basic project management but also has the capability as a very powerful tool for complex projects. If your team has varying skills with technology monday.com is perfect. Highly recommend!

  Monday is an excellent team collaboration tool; it has made possible an 'one-stop shop' for our ongoing activities and enabled an tangible anchor for our meetings that everyone can view. Its ease of use makes it simple to 'sub-divide' as well; each sub-team can work on and track their own progress that rolls up to the wider audience.   Spent some time trying to find a decent ticketing/task management tool that wasn't a bloated mess like Jira. Overall Monday seems to have fit that need super well for us. My only three criteria were simplicity, ability to customize to just what we care about, and coherent rollups from task>project>epic. Monday so far has done all three well.

  Monday has been a Godsend for us. We've used it to organize and streamline several different processes here in the HR Department. The templates are good, but it's really the customization that shines. Sadly, within our corporate structure, we cannot use all of the integrations as our Admins haven't approved them, but that would only make things even better! It's really been great using it and we've just scratched the surface. We have lots more plans for Monday!

  Monday.com has been an integral part of my work flow process, as the tool allows me to easily track, prioritize and automate all of action items. At any given time I have 50 or more tasks in my queue, so this platform has allowed me to keep track and more importantly, keep my sanity with so much to juggle. I would absolutely recommend this platform for anyone with a heavy work load where to-do lists in notebooks and Excel sheets just aren't cutting it anymore.

  Monday is a lifesaver for people who work with clients on multiple levels and have a large number of tasks that need to be organized in various manners. I started using Monday a couple of months ago, and the organizational system is incredible. It takes a little while to figure out the full capabilities of the system, but let me tell you that once it works for you, it REALLY works! I use Monday as a wedding planner, and it is enormously helpful in guiding people through booking and planning various levels of services. Can't recommend this system enough .

  I've had a very satisfactory experience with Monday.com. Working within a small business requires each member to be incredibly good at what they do, and yet still asks for more. Monday helps our team get the most out of our time by allowing us to automate processes and build out organized workflows for each of our departments from marketing and HR to recruiting and project management. The barrier to entry is also quite low, and usability is very simple for anyone unfamiliar with similar software. The only areas for improvement that I see are further automations refinement, and creating formatting options to view more information in specific board views.

  I have had a very satisfactory experience with Monday.com. Working within a small business requires each member to be excellent at what they do, and yet still asks for more. Monday helps our team get the most out of our time by allowing us to automate processes and build out organized workflows for each of our departments from marketing and HR to recruiting and project management. The cost is also quite low, and usability is very simple for anyone unfamiliar with similar software. The only areas for improvement that I see are further automations refinement, and creating formatting options to view more information in specific board views. They also have a conference that I attended called Elevate, which helps their clients best utilize the wide range of features.

  Monday.com is amazing. One of my favorite tools. It has been the best experience to use for the last 4-5 years and to see the ongoing development and innovation this company drives.   I would give Monday.com 10 stars if I could. I have a small team with most of us working remotely. We did a 2-week trial with both Monday.com and Asana. After one day, both me and my team loved Monday.com. It's so intuitive and easy to manage. My favorite part is the ability to start conversations/leave updates on specific task items. I appreciate not having to dig through emails to find that one sentence someone mentioned about that one important thing - now, everything is contained in one place for easy reference, which is especially helpful when most of us aren't working in the office next to each other. Highly recommended!

  I was able to take our teams partner program tracking from a Google Sheet to a fully automated CRM within Monday. We're able to track our partner programs objectives, referrals from partners, and comarketing campaigns. Our team was so impressed that they're now looking for ways to use Monday in other areas of the company (marketing, product, etc)

  I love the flexibility to customize what I need--I can create the system I want, without hiring a programmer or being constrained by a generic system that doesn't fit me. Monday.com is easy to learn, with lots of tutorials and videos available. Plus, the support staff is very responsive when I have questions, and Monday.com is constantly adding great features as users request them.

  Monday has been awesome! We thoroughly enjoy the level of customization, especially when starting with a template that gets you close to what you need.
