Only, “Oh, just a minute and i get you a definite answer to your questions…Ok, if you have an incident we’ll decide what we want to cover. Your covered. But we’ll see. But your covered. But we’ll decide. Oh. Yes. Your. Covered. But wait, we’ll decide.

He took the time to help, answer questions, make sure I didn't have any problems and also searched for the best value for me... then when he did that, he searched to make sure there wasn't a BETTER value. He wasn't worried about selling me something and moving on, he truly took the time. He made me instantly tell someone about my experience while coming back from my lunch break(who does that?!?! Talk about excellent insurance customer service). They had my business but now I'm going to refer just based on his awesomeness.
