I had initially called back in Dec 2024 to look at rates, i was browsing at the time but I loved their customer service (Melissa) and kept their number in my list when I was looking for insurance. Fast forward to April 2025, I did loop back and call for another inquiry. Orel provided excellent service! Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure I get a cheaper quote, he also answered any questions and concerns I had upfront. I’m very happy with my experience with Orel and MIS Insurance and would highly recommend!

Orel took care of my concern in less than 10 minutes, accurately and efficiently (something that State Farm had been working on for three months). I highly recommend MIS because they are quick, efficient, and trustworthy.
