  This is the most easy going, thorough and informative insurance company I've ever been with. They're very flexible and will give you all the affordable options so that you may drive safely on these California freeways. I worked with Ken and he is very accommodating and engaging and I appreciated his hard work. I have also worked with Yolanda and a few other of the agents there over the past 4 years and I've never had any issues. Thank you guys so much!

  Noah is Great! I was under pressure to get insurance before Monday morning. I put in a quote request and received an email and text within the next 5 minutes. I was very specific with Noah, he provided all info and I am now insured and ready to go. Everything happened inside of an hour. I didn't think this would happen on a Saturday/weekend.   Shout out to Noah and MIS Insurance! This was the easiest underwriter I have ever worked with. I had tried to get insurance through another company I wont say who, but they never called me back, Noah was prompt on his response and was very quick on getting my insurance set up with an SR22 even with all the weird stuff that I have on my license.   After 3 months of asking for commercial auto quotes from my previous broker I found MIS and Ken. Ken educated me on the finer details of commercial coverage and got me a quote the same day. When I was hesitant about the new insurance company Mat/General Manager gave me a call and let me know they would handle any issue that came up if needed. Hopefully we will not need to initiate any further services/claims but if we did I feel they will be handled promptly and with good communication.

  I was inquiring about a sr-22 which by far MIS has one of the best rates in California for it, Melissa was the agent that assisted me and was nothing less than amazing. She was very helpful and thorough with the information given, even though I had to cancel my account due to me already having the sr-22 , she made both processes very easy.   They certainly have the best deals without any hassle! I spoke with Noah and he walked me through everything because this is the first time I needed an SR-22. Noah did an outstanding job! I'm always a bit uptight when I speak to insurance agents because it seems like they always want to sell you something that you don't need. Definitely recommend to anyone that wants insurance without the bs!

  Ken is absolutely amazing!! I showed up to the dmv to reinstate my license, didn’t know I needed an SR22 before coming in, I called ken and within minutes I had a policy! Saved me a whole possible day of having to wait to come back and waste another whole day there all because he was just that fast and not to mention the rate I got was unbeatable! Highly recommend!

  I called them up and got an answer on the first ring. I’ve had numerous companies not even answer or ask me to hold. Noah picked up right away and made the process super easy. This is how easy it should be getting instant insurance .

  Ken from MIS LITERALLY saved my license!!! The DMV had threatened to suspend my license the following day because my previous insurance failed to submit my documents on time. I only had 20 minutes before the DMV closed to get my situation fixed. I called Ken and he got me set up with a policy just in time before it was suspended. He was an absolute LIFE SAVER!!!! I am so thankful to you Ken. Give him a raise!!!

  Noah was very helpful and made purchasing Insurance very easy. He was very patient and persistent and followed up with me until we got it handled. And he was very polite check the time to explain the different policies and what they meant. They represent all of the insurance companies and he works to get you the best deal he can.
