  Ken is awesome. He replies very vast and overall a great guy to talk to. He helped me out getting a policy when I needed it due to an urgent matter and never disappoints. I would recommend everyone who is looking into an insurance policy to go ahead and give Ken a call.

  I saw this company with a ton of great reviews and decided to give them a try.   Upon finally receiving my drivers license after 20 years I had the good fortune of meeting Mr. Ken who hooked me up with the necessary evil that is the SR22 insurance. He did a wonderful job for a fair price & I'd recommend him to anyone looking for the same great service.

  This company has some the most astounding persistent amassing customer article representatives around! I had an issue with a claim and nobody could figure out how to help me or who to get in contact with. Then by happenstance this wonderful gentlemen Christian was helping me and he made miracles happen! He quite literally moved mountains, not only did he resolve an ongoing issue i had for 4 months, he got my checks expedited, reached out and made contact with me on multiple occasions concerning this same issue. I would be writing a nasty review. But because of this gentlemen I am writing a great positive one! Keep him around and hire more people like him. He genuinely cared about my situation and because of that he made a huge difference in my experience and improved my relationship with the company!! Go Christian Go!!! This guy deserves a promotion and a raise!

  I needed to have a Non-Owner SR22 to take to court after a car accident. I found the MIS website, and requested a quote. Within minutes I was contacted by Noah Schellert. I was nervous about having to get an SR22 since I knew nothing about them. Noah was extremely professional yet friendly while answering all of the many questions that I had! His response time was phenomenal, and when my printer was printing the copies that I needed correctly he resent another email with the 2 pages that I needed for court which printed perfectly. I would recommend Noah to anyone who needed insurance, and he was such a pleasure to do business with!! A definite asset to MIS Insurance Services!

  This was my first time ever getting motorcycle insurance. Noah was quick to get back to me, said we could handle questions over phone or by text which was nice. He was very helpful and informative about my options. He found me a pretty cheap policy that worked for my needs. Very pleased with Noah's professionalism and quick response.

  Noah at MIS insurance services ALWAYS texts back right away, or calls me back right away. He is always on his A game, I’ve never had any issues with the company and he makes the experience so much better. I don’t think he has ever left me hanging, always comes up with a solution for all my needs. The staff overall is wonderful but Noah for sure knows the true meaning of good customer service

  Company will sell you insurance. Then when asking about your policy coverage you can’t get a definite answer. Only, “Oh, just a minute and i get you a definite answer to your questions…Ok, if you have an incident we’ll decide what we want to cover. Your covered. But we’ll see. But your covered. But we’ll decide. Oh. Yes. Your. Covered. But wait, we’ll decide.

He took the time to help, answer questions, make sure I didn't have any problems and also searched for the best value for me... then when he did that, he searched to make sure there wasn't a BETTER value. He wasn't worried about selling me something and moving on, he truly took the time. He made me instantly tell someone about my experience while coming back from my lunch break(who does that?!?! Talk about excellent insurance customer service). They had my business but now I'm going to refer just based on his awesomeness.
