  So much more than a website - it's a proper service This was my first experience of Madison Avenue Cameras' in New York. I found all the Madison Avenue Cameras staff were very passionate. I was able to discuss products, discuss prices, and do a part exchange with knowledge staff. Pricing matched or bettered a well known US tax avoiding online stores. Part exchange offers were good. One item I wanted was out of stock, so placed on backorder. I was able to easily phone Madison Avenue Cameras' and check progress and they phoned me when the item eventually arrived from manufacturer. It arrived next day, very well packaged. All in all, a great full service. I'll definitely use Madison Avenue Cameras' again.

  Great customer service following an online purchase: It got stuck on the Canon USA & Affiliates Schenectady, NY, USA side, but impeccable service from the Madison team. quick phone call to let me know when the box was sent, arranging things, and as a bonus the little surprise mug in the package :) Canon specialists are rare, but the Madison store is flawless!

  So great to be back in the darkroom after months of lockdown! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone passionate about photography - they offer tons of classes and workshops, plus sessions where members can develop and print their own photos.   Solid Suction Cup Mount I had a third party Suction cup before and I almost lost my GoPro Hero8. It was not solid and firm enough to hold the camera over a car. So I had to buy this GoPro Suction Cup Mount. It is amazing and reliable with a great build quality. Now, I feel more comfortable using this GoPro Suction cup because I know it's the best there is. I don't have to worry that my GoPro would fall. Fast shipping great too.

  RODE NTG5 Shotgun Mic For the price you can't find any other shotgun mic this quality. Paired it sound devices premix and it sounds amazing. Clean audio and almost no self noise ! It is also super lightweight. Highly recommended

  Sigma 105mm Lens for Nikon Fantastic lens which I've already used for close-up videography shots. Don't fully understand the ins and outs of Macro Photography yet but the lens works straight out of the box. Madison Ave Cameras' also provided the opportunity to purchase in three instalments, which certainly helped.

  No refunds!! After one month of use, my Pentax K-70 camera stopped recognizing the SD card. I also couldn’t get the photos off of the SD card despite trying on multiple computers. I asked to return the camera in exchange for a different one but customer service indicated this was not possible since it was 30 days after the original purchase. I won't be shopping from them anymore.

  Camera stopped working after 3 months. The first Olympus TG-6 camera we ordered worked correctly a few days then would turn off if removed from the charger and would not turn back on unless back on the charger. Madison Ave cameras replaced it and the second one did exactly the same thing after only three months. Tried everything including resetting to factory results with No such luck. very disappointed with their products.

  Very disappointed with late delivery I had paid for Saturday delivery but the camera didn't arrive by the 1pm deadline. I had a tracking number but it did not work. I emailed and was contacted quite quickly. Apparently the camera had been delayed getting to the main warehouse in New York and so would not be delivery until Tuesday. This was extremely disappointing and I had intended to spend the weekend using the camera. Communication from madison ave cameras'' was very quick but it didn't help to get the camera to me any quicker

  Madison Ave Cameras have been very good to deal with. My only problem was that the replacement rechargeable battery I bought for my camera, though having the same number/code as my original one, was different and too big to go into its chamber. This was really a fault of the manufacturer rather than Madison's. Money was refunded with no problem.

  Great Customer Service! I was able to find a much better deal with Madison Ave cameras than I could locally. I Chatted with them online and got a real comfortable feeling from the way they answered my questions.   So happy I gave them a try. I had never bought from Madison Avenue cameras before and was hesitant about committing a significant amount of money to an online company. I am happy to say it has been a very good experience. I bought a Canon 80D which was ordered and delivered within 4 day. The emails kept me up to date on the delivery progress up until the final delivery. I've had no issues using it, i just paired it with a Tamron 100-400mm lens, and the image quality has been excellent. no reservations, I would recommend them to anyone.

  These guys are great, extremely communicative, and highly knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience buying a Nikon Z6 camera from them via online and over the phone. They made the whole process a joy, and the camera arrived before the time expected. I took some photos with the adapter and my old 50mm lens and the results were very good. The camera is a winner and the purchase experience with Madison Avenue cameras is excellent.

  Purchased a used camera body. It does appear to work fine though the rubber grip front of the camera was dirty. Had to give it a good clean. Would you guys put it in a shop window like that? Doubt it. Set yourself some standards guys and at least be respectful and clean stuff before you send it out.
