Verified reviewThe website is easy to use and search for items and has good prices on used golf balls. I ordered 2 dozen of the Taylor Made TP5x, 5A golf balls. It was quick shipping and good packaging, but when I got the balls they were far from what I would consider 5A quality. Out of the 24 balls, 7 of them were 5A quality and looked new. 2 of the balls had a complete cut in the cover where I could lift it up with my fingernail and see the grey inner core, and 3 others had major scuff marks like they hit a cart path. The rest has some minor marks as if they were hit a few times and I would have considered 3A/4A condition. I contacted customer service via email and attached pictures with 12 of the balls which had wear marks on them. They contacted me back quickly and offered to send me 15 replacement golf balls for the ones that were not 5A quality. I agreed that would be a satisfactory resolution. The 15 replacement balls shipped quickly, and were in about the same condition as the ones that I previously received. I would consider that only 2 of them were 5A quality, and the rest had some wear as if they were hit a few times and would be in 4A condition. I appreciated the quick response and resolution by sending 15 additional golf balls, but I was not happy with the quality of the golf balls that were supposed to be in 5A condition and most were in 3A/4A condition which would be hit a few times and have a mark on the cover. I will not be purchasing any additional products from them in the future, and wanted to share my experience.
