Verified reviewI ordered 4 dozen balls on August 11th for an upcoming week long out-of-town golf trip. I requested "fast" delivery. The balls were supposed to be delivered on August 15th by FedEx. They were then delayed to August 18th but didn't arrive. They never made it in time for my golf trip. The balls were delivered on August 28th, the day that I arrived home from my trip. I emailed the nice folks at lostgolfballs.com and expressed my displeasure. They were nice enough to refund the price of 1 dozen balls and refund the shipping. It's not their fault that FedEx are a bunch of slugs and couldn't deliver on time. I appreciate lostgolfballs.com customer service stepping up and doing what they did for me. As for the balls, I can't offer a review yet because I haven't golfed since receiving them.
