I order a bucket of 96 bales, and when I opened it and counted them there was only 92..it may seem like a small amount but it’s still 4 balls that I paid for and am missing..quality control needs to do a better job, maybe package in sleeves of 4, so that this won’t happen when just putting into a bucket

Verified reviewHello! My apologies for taking a while to respond to the request for a review. I ordered a bucket of 96, 5A rated Pro V-1s on 9/10. I have ordered golf balls from you guys about 10 times over the last several years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the balls and the speed of the delivery. I have to be honest, I was very disappointed in the quality of the golf balls delivered. Over half of the balls had damage; cart path/tree scuff marks, and many of them had cuts in them. I have not ordered anything less than the (5A) graded balls before. Perhaps I received a box of 4A or 3A balls by mistake. I was just surprised with what I found when I opened the box and started going through the balls. Is this a common occurrence? I'm not sure what the next step is from here, but I truly do love ordering from you guys. Can you send some replacement balls that are up to the quality that I paid for? Verified reviewUsed them for the first time and ordered 5 dozen mint PRoV1x balls. Overall, the balls are mint and happy with the purchase. I would say at least 5-6 I would not consider mint. They look a bit worn and older but expected a few this way. I am happy with the purchase and would use again. Shipping was fast.
