Verified reviewMixed bag for me. I ordered 12 5A Titleist Tour Speed Balls and these were excellent and what I expected by the description. I also ordered 12 5A Bridgestone BX and 24 5A Bridgestone BXS balls. The BX balls were OK but I wouldn’t say they were 5A condition like the Titleist balls. More 4A condition with discoloration and some balls were definitely from 2019 or earlier based on the numbering colors. There were Black and Red numbers. The BXS Bridgestones were unacceptable. About 10 of the 24 were discolored and/or had scuff marks on them. I did write an email to customer service and expressed my displeasure. Alexis was very prompt in responding and offered multiple options to ensure my satisfaction. The best option for me was to send another dozen BXS balls at no additional charge. The replacement balls were much better and acceptable. I’ll difference the ratings below. My overall 4 star rating is reflective of half the order being satisfactory and the excellent customer service resolution.

Ordering 5A quality balls is far less expensive than purchasing the same balls at a pro shop and in many cases, the balls are brand new but have a company logo printed on them. I had an issue once when I made an error on my order and Lost Golf Balls resolved it in my favor with no hassle after I sent them an email request. This is my go-to spot for golf balls. I generally order them by the bucket and only order 5A.
