I reached out to customer support voicing my issue and they replaced the 8 golf balls that weren't mint with new ones. very happy with the company and their service.

Verified reviewNot the best group of balls I have received from you guys. I was a little disappointed so I decided to divide them out on how I would rate them. Out of 36 TP5's, I felt like 12 were below average (dissappointed), 12 were average (not what I expected but I wouldnt complain under normal circumstances), 12 were what I was expected. All of the Titleist were in great shape.
