Contacted Customer service several times, received fulsome to the point of patronising apologies without real updates or explanation of the delay or consideration of the inconvenience caused. Left me feeling like Lostgolfballs didn't really value my custom. A shame, because I buy a lot of golf balls.

Verified reviewOrder status was delivered by FedEx on Friday, however the order was not delivered. Vincent from Lost Golf Balls was helpful in helping me track the location of the order. The order finally arrived a few days later. Upon inspection of the golf balls, two of the balls were not Titleist AVX balls. The two balls were the cheaper “Ultra” brand balls which don’t even compare to quality of the AVX. Overall, not a very good experience with this order.
