Verified review6 balls had visible cuts. 5 were practice balls with scuffs. After trying a few indoors wedge shot, paint is missing and small cuts are visible Either these are resurfaced or of terrible quality control. Will not order again

Verified reviewI ordered 3 dozen 4A ChromeSoft Truvis Pink balls. They arrived promptly, however, upon inspection, there were 5 that didn’t meet the 4A criteria. Four of them had scuffs that placed them in 3A status and one was cut through the cover to the outer core. I emailed customer service and included a photo of my findings, leaving the results to them. Very quickly I received 6 replacement balls of 4A or higher quality without having to return the 5 unsatisfactory ones. As a longtime customer this is the first time I have had an issue and their customer service is top notch. Color me a continuing satisfied customer.

Occasionally get some Chromesoft X LS balls mixed in with my order, which is my only minor gripe, but at least that's a comparably premium ball. Order always arrives very quickly.
