Verified reviewI purchase almost all of my balls from these folks and I have been extremely happy with the quality of the ball received and the customer service when I have needed it. I want to relate a story that happened on my most recent order, because I always order mint 5A balls I have come to expect a certain quality of ball, my most recent order I received what I thought were some balls that did not meet the expectations I have for a mint ball, I contacted customer service merely to let them know that I was disappointed in the quality of some of the balls that I received and told them it did not represent the kind of ball that I had received in the past, never did I ask them to replace the balls. my intention was to tell them to make sure that what they are sending what was ordered. I received almost immediately an email from customer service asking me exactly what was wrong and how many did not represent the quality of ball that I expected to receive, I gave them a number after looking again at each ball and they immediately replaced them with the mint quality balls. I asked to return the balls I felt were not up to expectation and they told me to keep them and apologized multiple times for the quality that I received. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a high quality ball that are like new I would purchase them from this organization as virtually everything I have received has been top quality .

Verified reviewPro V1X look as advertised but my Callaway box was not A5 and 10 of the balls were not the Superhot I ordered. They incorrect one’s are Diablo and HexTour. Contact me and I can send you pictures. I works appreciate it if you can send me a set of the correct balls to correct your error and I will review again. Thank you for your help and attention.

Verified reviewI don't think LostGolfBalls could be better. I ordered 48 TP5's and on opening them found 10 that were not that. I emailed to inform them that their processes might need looking at, but they sent me the replacement 10 no questions asked. GREAT service and they now have a customer for as long as they exist and I play!! Thank you LGB.

Verified reviewDid not receive the graded balls as listed on website. Ordered 3doz of a specific ball and 20 did not match up even close to the describe 5A listed on website. Retuned balls for replacements and still have not received notification of replacement being shipment.
