Verified reviewI ordered 2 dozen mint and one dozen near mint. I received 2 dozen near mint and one dozen mint. I contacted them, they asked what quality issues there were. The 2 dozen were easily the poorer quality golf balls, so the order was just messed up. I really want them to replace the dozen near mint with mint ones. The near mint are for my spare set.

Verified reviewAlthough the product was good, it took almost a week to process the order. Normally my order arrives within 2 days. I had to email them to ask what was taking so long. Not sure if they are short staffed but sat in set up forever.

Verified reviewPrice was great, balls were all very close to expected quality. A few less-than-good Vice balls (scuffs, scratches, worn finish) but otherwise very happy with the product received. Shipping and processing time was a bummer. It took 4 days to leave the warehouse, when the website says "Day of" or "next day". Emailed about the delay and the response I got actually told me that they "reworded" the website copy to include up to 4 days. That was done in direct response to my email so rather than apologizing for the delay, they simply said (and I'm paraphrasing here): "Oh yeah well now it's longer so we updated the copy." Not a great impression on the service side.
