Verified reviewNot all the balls in the 24 order were The VIVID model about half were the XT AMT model. I ordered VIVID Matte Green but not a mix of XT AMT model which are not the VIVID model. I know this and I am not in the golf ball business. Also only received 23 golf balls ( how does that happen)... i notified LostGolfBalls and was given a credit. There is some room for improvement here.

Verified reviewThe balls came mostly in mint condition, but at least 10-20% I wouldn’t consider mint. I’ve ordered with lost golf balls before and this was my most disappointing batch of “mint” balls I have received.

Verified reviewAll the balls were in great shape. The only complaint I have is that I ordered pristine quality and out of the 3 dozen I ordered, 6 balls had logos. I was under the impression that pristine condition was balls with no logo or blemish. Otherwise the balls looked like brand new.

Verified reviewI purchased 3 dozen Chrome Soft golf balls. I purchased their highest rated balls, which they said were like new. 8 of the balls had serious blemishes, the kind of scuff the happen when the ball hits a concrete cart path, so those went straight into the shag bag. Several more had discolorations, possibly from being in the water. I was pretty disappointed with my order, since I was expecting “like new” and received “obviously used”.
